Very professional and reasonable price.

It is a family run business and the crematorium is situated in the cemetery gardens. The crematorium is in Rowville and the office is in Glen Waverley.

Our cat died on Sunday night and we contacted John (0418 313 417) in Monday morning. We were given the option of having our cat collected from home (it was a natural death at home) or we bring her to the cemetery which located in Rowville. We took our cat to the cemetery and was welcomed by John warmly. He carefully handled her and let us stayed for a while and looked around the cemetery. We saw lots of animals buried in their memorial garden and they even have separate areas for cats and dogs graves!

John assured us the ashes would be ready in 2 days which others normally take at least 2 weeks. He called me today (Wednesday) afternoon and I went to his office (in Glen Waverley) to pick up my pet's ashes.

The whole experience was smooth, quick and hassle free. They are very professional and caring. I would highly recommend Pets Memorial Gardens to everyone.

Unprofessional, Inconsistency, Confusing and Misleading

I wanted to do the update Child Care course (Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care CHC30113). I saw Sage's website adverting that they are offering the new course. I enrolled with them and confirmed by one of the course advisers that this is what I will receive. During the 17 weeks of training, we had 3 different trainers which I found very hard to cope since they all have different training methods.

The first aid training was confusing. At the beginning we were told the course would not include anaphylaxis and asthma training. Then half way through they said now both are inclusive. However, the first aid certificate we received did not mention anything about we had done the anaphylaxis and asthma training. After numerous calls and emails the Lead Trainer blamed the first aid trainer forgot to give us the assessment and agreed to rectify the situation but we had to go back to the campus for extra 2 days training.

After the completion, I received a certificate indicated I have only completed the old Child Care course (Certificate III In Children services CHC30712). When I complained to the Lead Trainer she replied as "Sage has never offered the Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care as a separate qualification." So why said you're offering Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care CHC30113 on the website then?

Academically, I found the trainers were generally professional and experienced. However, the administration part was horrible. They were very unprofessional and gave me false information. After what we had experienced, the students from my class all agreed we will not return to Sage to do the Diploma and I will not recommend to anyone as well.

I want to thank everyone from the Heathmont Animal Hospital who helped us gone through the tough times when saying goodbye to our cat we had for almost 19 years. We were given all the support we need to make sure our cat pass away at home peacefully without pain. Special thanks to Dr. Woo he's not only very professional but also very sensitive that he helped me to comfort my heartbroken children. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.
