Was impressed with very informative, helpful staff when made initial enquiry. Also, most impressed with the electrician as he guided me through exactly what needed to be done, gave me options, allowed me to make the decisions, and was very open, honest, courteous, and did a great job. Satisfied customer.

To everyone who helped me, from those who scheduled my service, to the repair team who fixed my oven and installed my light fitting you were very nice and respectful. I had to order lights and United even contacted to reschedule my light install because the lights had not come in yet. I felt like United was on top of things

Nice to have a company say what they say, United quoted a price over the phone ( very surprised and skeptical ) about this still gave them a go. We agreed with times and pricing. Arrived when they said they would with a call I might add and all completed in time. I would use again Thank you.

Was very impressed with service . Rang before coming ,a quote given before went ahead with job. Was fixed in no time . The guy who did job(didn't catch his name) was very helpful polite even gave advise on another electrical matter. Would definity recommend and use this company again

Friendly efficient service. Called before to confirm appointment and arrival time. Provided a quote for work before proceeding. On approval repaired the appliance - even when the manufacturer wouldn't. Will use again when required.

I am very happy with the quality of service and work provided by United, there were a number of small jobs that needed to be completed. The electrician kept the rooms clean and used a vacuum after completion. We had a number of quotes but decided to go with these guys ( not the cheapest) , the office staff organised the work very efficiently.

I would like to thank the team at United Electrical, our tenants had major issues with their safety switch tripping leaving them with no power for most of the day. Peter was the service person that attended the job. Based on this i can recommend United Electrical and will be using then again. Price, Service all good.
