Smart building specialist came and did and inspection on my house, I felt very comfortable with Martin, he took me through and showed me step by step what he was doing and inspecting. Professional and quick turn around. Martin completed an extremely accurate building inspection and spent the time to explain all his findings clearly. The reports was detailed and easy to read and included photographs and thermal imaging when needed. He advised us of maintenance issues that we weren't aware of and also provided recommendations on how to address the issues. We were very happy with the service. Highly recommended!!

The thoroughness of the inspection completed was outstanding and it certainly highlighted some issues we did not know existed with the property. The quality of the report was excellent with all issues explained in detail and clear photographs supporting each issue, along with recommendations for repair. Allen was very easy to deal with and the turn around time from inspection to receipt of the report was super quick. Can't rate these guys highly enough.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and expertise of smart building specialists. Their report was so in depth and detailed but so easy to understand for someone like me who has no clue about houses. They picked up things I wouldn't have even thought to look for and I am so happy I made the smart choice (pardon the pun) to use their services for a pre-sale inspection, they helped me to negotiate a better price for the property and saved me some massive headaches! I will certainly be using their maintenance and renovation services in the near future as I know I can trust them - they really know what they are talking about, I cannot rate them highly enough!
