Dean is highly professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Additionally, he is prompt, reliable and accommodating. The customer really does come first for him. He has serviced and repaired my car and organised a Safety Certificate for me. I have never been disappointed with either his work or prices, which are very competitive - cheaper in fact than I've paid in the past. Add to that the convenience of Dean coming to you and leaving the area in an immaculate condition and you have a winner! Highly recommended.

When my previous regular mechanic retired I tried several alternative all of whom disappointed me. Then I responded to an advertisement from Dean and he was exactly what I was looking for - a mechanic who is accommodating with appointments, clearly knows what he's doing and explains as needed and will help with any automotive issue, He's also meticulous about clean-up and charges reasonable rates.

Excellent service provided by Dean. With very little notice, he came out first thing in the morning and fixed my car so that I could get to work that day. Very professional and knows his stuff. Highly recommend and will be using Dean for future repairs and servicing.

Our old Mazda 626 needed a new clutch master cylinder and I didn't feel able to do it myself. According to the manual I had to remove the brake pedal and the clutch pedal to do the job and I am way to old to be doing stuff like that.
Dean quoted me one hour to do the job and I really doubted it was possible. He took one look at the car and said that the manual was wrong! One hours work later and my clutch is as good as new. Dean could easily have taken longer but he is fair and honest. And yes, the manual was wrong :)

Dean Watt of Premium Mechanical Services - I can't praise your customer service & professionalism enough. Dean does complete logbook services; is thoughtful about what needs to be done when - which is helpful for me because my kilometres travelled never tallies with the recommended logbook services; he has identified an issue & repaired it early before it caused more damage; he is thorough, works tidily & is respectful & polite. He returns calls promptly & if he is running a bit late he rings to let you know. I have never had any issue with the quality of his work. And did I mention, he comes to my home or work to service my 2 cars and his charges are very reasonable for the great service he delivers. I will continue to have my vehicles services by him & will happily recommend him to my family & friends.

I found the number for Dean the 'old fashioned way' by taking it off the community board here in Bulimba. Every other aspect of the experience is 21st Century! Online quotes and payment options which are easy to use and great to see. Dean is a polite, professional and honest Family guy who did an excellent job on my ML. Dean's demeanour was such a relief, I felt I could trust him, and I was right. With little notice he stepped in and helped with an urgent vehicle assessment, he came through with a thorough report, at exactly the time and day he said he would, that I could understand, and a phone call as soon as he was done to explain it. I haven't got the car yet, but I feel relieved and confident already that it will be as good as he has told me, both verbally and in writing. Thank goodness there ARE male mechanics that treat me, as a woman, as an equal on a need to know basis! Thank you Dean, I will use your expertise in mechanics AND solid good customer service in the future. (it is only that I have not actually got the car yet that I haven't given 5 stars all round, although I genuinely suspect it should be!)

Dean was on time, polite, and friendly. When I told him how far overdue my car was for a service he fitted me into his schedule very quickly. He didn't ignore what I told him about the car's issues, even though I'm not a mechanic. He stuck to the timeframe he expected the work to take and charged a fair price. He has a good set up, and explained the situation to me well.
I will be getting him back to do more work on my car in the future.
