During the lock down we had to setup for work from home quickly. With all the computer shops out of stock we were desperate for a solution. Our medical centre was attacked by Ransomware and we thought we had lost our backups as well. Ru and his team came in and found backup's from the day before. We only lost a few hours of work which was considerably better than having nothing. We opted in to fully protect the entire centre with business-grade security along with upgrading our emails to office 365 managed by Techbug. We also went for improved secure backups to prevent this was re-occurring. Thank you Techbug

I have been dealing with the same provider for almost 2 years. I continuously had issues with email freezing, delays, loosing data. My IT people suggested another server, same problems...they then blamed me for the number of folders I have and the way I work - I HAVE BEEN DOING IT THIS WAY FOR 20 YEARS including when I worked in IT and T!!!! Ru (TechBug) visited Thursday morning, by Friday night we were migrating to a new server, and my email is a dream. Aron saved the day!!!! I had been having some internet trouble over the past few days and he went through some steps logically to figure out the issue and had my system back up and running. Saved me a lot of time trying to figure it out myself. He was also able to assit me some general maintenance of my computer to ensure it stays running efficiently. I will definitely be calling again next time my computer isn't working as it should. Thanks Aron :).

Aron efficiently fixed an internet connection problem with my laptop that I had been experiencing for a long time. He gave very clear, easy to follow instructions over the phone. We were unhappy with our previous IT provider and contacted Ru to do a review of our IT needs. We proceeded with Ru's recommendations and have been very happy with the results and the services provided by Ru. He is very knowledgeable and is always prompt in responding to our requests. He has set up a new server for us and got everything up and running very quickly with minimal disruption to our accounting practice. Most of our systems are cloud based and Ru was very helpful in getting us up to speed and setting up the right systems for our needs. We contacted Ru and his team when we got hacked by ransomware. Ru was on the job right away and got us up and running quickly. Fortunately Ru managed to recover most of our files. On Techbug's recommendation We moved to a cloud solution and more robust internet security which will prevent this disaster in the future Our new website is being designed by Ru and his lovely Wife Shenya. Our hosting and domains have all been moved to Techbug. Very happy with the service and ongoing support is excellent

An excellent person to have on board if you are thinking of upgrading or just not happy with how your computer is performing. You may not have the terminology it does not matter Ru speaks to you at the level you can understand and gain the information that allows you to make the right decisions. Then after everything is sorted if you have a question or cannot sort out a problem, just call Ru he will help you fix the problem or give you the answer.

I have just retired had had to set up a new home computer with a laptop, docking station, two screens, scanner and printer, and change from Windows 7 to 10. The scanner and printed were old and the rest was new. Not being very tech-smart, all I had managed to do was connect the laptop to the docking station. The rest was beyond me, mainly because the display drivers needed altering and the screen connections were different from the old ones and did not seem to want to docked. I called Techbug and got Ru to come out. He was quick (I waited two days, only because one was a public holiday) and right on time; he sent a text message to confirm he was on his way. He was pleasant, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. It was not an easy job, even for an expert, yet he did it all quickly and well. I now have a fully functioning system and am very grateful. What needed doing was well beyond my abilities and in fact well beyond most computer users as nothing was matching up, despite me buying all of the same brand. Ru is professional, competent and extremely pleasant. I would not hesitate to use his services again and will recommend Techbug to my friends.

Nice to find someone who goes the extra mile to help and I would not hesitate in recommending Techbug. My computer crashed on a weekend and I needed it desperately for what I was doing. I used my phone to find someone to fix my problem and contacted Techbug expecting the worst price wise being the weekend. Not at all, Ru was definitely a breath of fresh air. His price was a pleasant surprise. He is professional and friendly and knows his stuff. He even picked me up (I had no car) and helped me buy a new laptop after working out mine was well past its use by date and no parts would be available for it. I am one of those who can do what I need to do on a computer but if something is too Technical I am lost. Do yourself a favour and contact Techbug next time you have computer problems. You won't be disappointed, I wasn't and Ru will be the first person I will call next time I have a computer problem.

Very helpful. I thought I could always figure out how to fix most things with the help of Google. I had a problem with a secondhand laptop that I tried so darn hard to figure out. I gave up and called Techbug. I had some business to attend to, not far from them, so I dropped it off. A little while later I get a message that it was fixed and ready to pick up. I kind of wish it was a little harder to fix than that, but that's what they do. I can rebuild a motor in a car, these guys know computers. I was expecting a bigger fee than I was charged. Thanks so much.

I had my gaming computer taken away for repairs. They called me up a few hours later advising on what the problem was and the solutions they can offer. I dropped in at there office the following morning to select a new graphics card. Darren was were very helpful in helping me select the right one for my needs. Had my computer back and running in a day! And ended up buying a new monitor (unexpectedly) as they had a great deal on.
