Definitely highly recommended. I found Vivera through a facebook forum and decided to engage them for my newborn shoot. Richard and his wife are extremely friendly and very professional. They are so patient with my newborn who weren't sleeping peacefully during most part of the shoot and Richard took the time to try to calm the constantly fussy and crying baby. Photos were delivered on time and needless to say, we love every image that was captured!

Fantastic service, Richard was very professional, friendly and welcoming. He was also very patient having a toddler and newborn to photograph. Our pictures are great and we love that he captured these memories for us. Highly recommended.

We had both maternity and newborn shoots done with Richard. Very professional, great communication. RIchard was very patient on the day of the shoot and demonstrated great knowledge and experience in capturing the best poses of our son.

We decided to get some family photos done as a gift for my parents' wedding anniversary, now that us children have all grown up. After researching a few photographers, we came across Vivera Studio. From the first point of contact, Richard from Vivera Studio was very professional and helpful towards our requirements. His flexibility and ability to work with our needs was great and much appreciated. The photos he took turned out great and we're really happy with the final product! Will recommend.

We took our son to have newborn photos taken, Richard was very patient and professional, allowing plenty of time for settling, nappy changes and feeds. The photos turned out great and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

We took our baby son Charlie to have some newborn photos taken at Vivera Studio. Richard and Jiini were both extremely helpful and professional when handling Charlie and most importantly the photos look great. The family portrait Richard took was by far one of the best photos we have taken as a family, we have since received so many compliments. As for the final product it was beautifully presented and wrapped. We are extremely pleased with everything Richard has done for us and would definitely recommend his service to our family and friends. Grace and John

If you find getting your photo taken challenging , Richard's your man. He's ability to loosen you up and capture the moment is amazing. I got a great set of photos and had a fun time in the process!

Richard was very professional and I am very grateful he managed to fit me in for a professional head shot very quickly within his very busy schedule. Richard was very efficient and provided the photos within couple of days after the photos shoot. Richard is professional and warm from start to finish. He is quick in responding to inquiries. His assistant aka wife and himself were very patient and good with handling baby throughout baby shoot. Quite happy with the Value for money package plus My.husband and I are happy with pictures taken.

Richard made our first professional shoot with our bubs such an amazing and comfortable experience. Upon arrival there was the cutest chalkboard with a personalised welcoming message. With he's wife assisting him it really is a family affair. I was anxious with how our little one would be during the session but both Richard and he's wife were very understanding and accomodating to her needs. We ended up getting some lovely family photos with our little one, couldn't be more happy with how they turned out. As a side bonus we were lucky enough to meet Richard's little girl, Isadora. She is the cutest little girl and makes the best little assistant.

We received a voucher for Vivera when our daughter was born. I chose to wait until she was older to get her photos and a family photo. Taking photos of a ten month old proved to be quite the challenge however Richard and his family were a great help throughout the shoot and we got some great photos that reflected our babies personality.

I chose Richard based on the glowing review here. I purchased a package of baby and family sessions after contacting him via email and phone. On the aspect of professionalism and customer service, I do enjoy the experience, great communication, patience on day, delivery on time. On value side, as with many studio photographer in the industry, the pricing is very much upon negotiation (or they'd like to call it a tailored deal for customer needs). On the quality side, due to the nature of the work, it's upon individual customer taste, I just want to point out that it is photo studio run from photographer home and the camera/lighting equipment could have been improved.

We recently had our newborn and family photoshoot with Vivera Studio. Richard and his assistants were extremely professional, patient and understanding during the 3 hours process! Our newborn was calm and our 4.5 year old was co-operative during photoshoot which was great! Very happy with the outcome of the photoshoot and will definitely recommend Vivera Studio to anyone.

Richard was extremely professional and patient during our little one's photoshoot. Our daughter was very unsettled, however, Richard and his wife very calmly handled the situation. Richard was gracious enough to reschedule the session at no extra cost. The second time our little one cooperated and we got great results. The whole experience was beautiful. We highly recommend Vivera Studio to every one who is looking for an affordable and professional photoshoot. Richard and his wife are also thoughtful enough to provide snacks which came really handy as the shoot lasted for 3-4 hours Thanks Richard and Gini.

The whole process of having a social media portrait performed by Richard at Vivera Studio was driven by good communication and easy organisation. Preparation material, on how to achieve the look right for me, sent out in advance of the shoot, allowed the most to be made of the generous time allocated. Richard’s friendly encouraging advice and rapport put me at ease and the range of backgrounds and poses resulted in a wide variety of shots to select from. The hardest thing to do was to make a choice from the great selection of shots presented for review online.

My experience with Vivera was only positive. I found them very approachable and responsive when I enquired about professional head shots. Booking a session at a time that suited me was straight forward too. The session was both professional and fun. Richard was so helpful in providing tips to prepare for the photoshoot and he provided coaching during the session. I'm so happy with my photos, they have really lifted my profile on social/professional media. I highly recommend!

As first time mum, I wasn't sure what to expect when booking our 3 month old daughter in for a baby session with Vivera Studio. From the moment we stepped into the home studio, Richard and his assistant Jiinni made us feel very welcome and relaxed. It was a bright, warm and cosy environment which made us feel very comfortable. Richard and Jiinni were very professional, understanding and patient with us which helped us to feel at ease. The whole experience was wonderful and we couldn't wait to view the photos after the session. The beautiful photos of our baby girl and family were delivered in elegant packaging.
