He came when he said he would he worked on my grandsons broken laptop for 45mins but was unable to fix it due to broked parts he charged me nothing for his time and gave me a number to fix it i highly recommend this business as fair and honest highly recomend

Miguel Martinez provided very sound advice on our replacement PC requirements. We received a cost effective and timely solution. He has since provided good advice on action in regard to unsolicited requests to install updates or purchase software. Our recent antivirus update was provided in a timely manner remotely with efficiency. We are very satisfied with the service.

I am extremely satisfied with the help of Relief IT Computer Services. The technicians are always very helpful, friendly and very patient with all questions asked. We feel very safe and comfortable with the advice provided. The technicians are very prompt and reliable. I am very happy with how the company ensures our data on our computers is always backed up, making sure that safe programs and files are installed on our computers. Very importantly that data is not lost. We are always made aware of new software and hardware available.

Relief IT are fantastic! I received an on-the-spot quote over the phone, as well as a clear explanation of what needed to be done. My laptop was picked up, repaired, and returned to me within 24 hours. Completely hassle free. They took the time to answer my questions and help me out with other technical matters. I cannot thank Relief IT enough for the fantastic job Miguel did setting me up my brand new computer package. I am a designer and rely greatly on my computer for my day to day work and when it crashed, I was so scared I had lost everything. Miguel not only was able to recover all my data, but he also knew the importance of my computer to my work and had a whole new setup finished in three days. My new computer was custom designed and built to suit my needs and design demands. I wish I had upgraded my computer earlier as it is 1000x faster and makes my job so much more efficient. I refer to it as my "new baby" lol. I could not recommend Relief IT highly enough...thanks so much Miguel...awesome job! Tania Delport

I have had Miguel's help with my computer problems for a few years now. Being somewhat on the senior side I do get a few small problems and a lot of bigger ones. Miguel has always been able to solve these problems without any problems and with a lot of patience. At his busiest, he is always available within a couple of days. I'm 85 and I'm not what people call "I.T. savvy", but I struck it lucky when I found RELIEF IT. This guy Miguel deserves a medal for the help he gave me. Found a great new computer for me, at the right price; installed it; talked me through the difficult Office 2010 programme with amazing patience and then, in his quiet and friendly way has coached me these past twelve months and managed to get this old man to become a half-decent communicator (to all my friends' surprise). My main hard drive failed recently failed, to which I had no backup. The Relief IT guys came out that day, retrieved all my important files and set me up with a backups so it wont happen again. Fast, efficient and cost effective! Will use again any day.
