Andrea did a great job with the photo shoot for my Airbnb apartment. She was professional and friendly and reliable, not to mention talented. I thoroughly enjoyed the photo shoot and am absolutely delighted with the result. Andrea's communication was great too. She was responsive, set clear expectations about timeframes and met them. Thanks so much for your great job.

Andrea took an amazing amount of trouble to get my passport photo looking just right - not an easy task as I am not the least photogenic. Yet the charge was only $20. Strongly recommended.

Thank you for making our special day that little more special as now we have those beautiful photos with the precious memories. It was the best decision to hire Andrea and Mars for our little wedding ceremony in St. Kilda. They made us feel so comfortable and special and managed to perfectly capture the atmosphere on our ceremony and the bond between my husband and me. During all the planning process and even afterwards they always stayed in contact and spared no effort to provide us with helpful tipps for the location or our honeymoon plans or whatever else we just needed to know. As a special surprise they made us a little clip with a few of those beautiful wedding pictures which we could show at home to our family and friends. That was so lovely and really touched us. They supported us so much more than we expected and we can only recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding. They are the best and we are deeply grateful for everything they did for us!

Andrea and Mars are truly unique photographers. They have great chemistry and their work is second to none!! They are also flexible in terms of budget and can make your day special without breaking the bank!! Highly recommended!

The most amazing experience we could have ever hoped for on our special day , Andrea and Mars made us both feel so comfortable and relaxed and captured all of our memorable moments. When receiving our album we were blown away by how stunning all the photos look and also the incredible layout , it really told our love story from start to finish , if you want the best Andrea and Mars are by far the best ! We cannot thank them both enough :)

We had a blast with you two - which was very special for two people who have never had professional photos taken, and on a day that was as full on as our wedding, you two made our day. A big thanks also to Mars who looked out for me before the actual ceremony, and I'm sure Elizabeth feels the same with the help you provided her, Andrea. Words cannot express the level of commitment the two of you showed, the professionalism that you both upheld, and the friendliness that took the edge off of the nerves. Hats off to two classy people!

Hi guys, just want to say you did an amazing job..again..on Ciara and Adrian's photos. They are soo beautiful. Our family portrait session in Amarcord's studio was a such a delight. Our ages ranged from 4 to 94. A challenge you may think, but not at all! Andrea and Mars were so welcoming and made each person feel at ease in front of the camera that we now have the most amazing family photos. Those of us who started camera shy were into the groove in a few minutes and had so much fun. Andrea and Mars work so well together and their knowledge and professionalism shone through. They clearly love photography and working with people. The end result of our family portrait session is that we have so many wonderful photos and memories of a lovely family time together. Thank you both so much.

If you came here looking for a decision making review, one that will make you choose Amarcord Photography over everyone else , look no further. Excellent is not a good enough rating to give Amarcord Photography! Unbelievably amazing, perhaps... Andrea and Mars are fantastic! We contacted them the week before our wedding, and they were more than happy to be our photographers/witnesses on such short notice. We stayed connected throughout the entire process, via email. Our lovely photos were in our hands within 3 weeks (and that's during the holiday season)!

Our initial inquiry was promptly followed up with an unintrusive email and later a planned phone conversation which quickly won our trust and confidence in their services. No hard sell whatsover, they are flexible in offerings, very reasonably priced and were a pleasure to deal with before, during and after our wedding. Photography of a very high standard, they have everything covered. Professional website, high quality final products with the choice of receiving photos in all desired formats and/or having albums etc put together by them. With so many photographers and charlatans out there to choose from, choosing a photographer was a tough task until we came across Amarcord which was a clear winner. Highly recommended, will not disappoint.

Working with Angie and Mars on our wedding day was an absolute dream. I dislike having my photo taken and said to them "seriously, if we get 10 photos I like from the day, I will be happy". I think Angie took that as a challenge. Instead of 10 photos I like, I have literally HUNDREDS of lovely images to choose from. I never once felt uncomfortable or too staged in taking the photos, and they knew exactly how to maximise the locations we chose for the pics. And their photos of our ceremony and greeting everyone after are truly magic. Everyone who has seen our photos has commented on how amazing they are. On top of all this, they're just a lovely couple to hang out with. You will be spending a lot of time with your photographers on your wedding day, they may as well be nice people! I cannot recommend Amarcord Photography highly enough. I have no hesitation whatsoever in saying you will be thrilled with their work and in getting to know Angie and Mars too.

Andrea and Mars have provided us the most amazing photos but it is not just for this reason that we brag about them to everyone we talk too. We used amarcord photography for our wedding (one of the most personal days of your life). They were with us for the entire day, capturing the excitement of getting ready, the special moments with our loved ones, the intimacy of our ceremony and the fun at our reception. Nothing was to much for them. They contorted themselves in almost impossible positions just to ensure that the captured each and every moment. As in all families we have our problems and they made sure that they dealt with these problems with kid gloves and respect. They have integrated themselves into our family. The service and care that they provided us will never be forgotten. The only problem we face now is choosing our favourite photos to put into an album.
