We contacted Phil to assist us insetting up a new website and email addresses. The service that Phil provided was outstanding, fuss free and comprehensive. Our website looks fantastic, our emails are all set up and Phil even set up our social media marketing for us. The additional information that Phil provided was greatly appreciated. Rates are very affordable and the results are impressive. Great work Phil.

This professional business was an absolute gem of a find - local, affordable, great communication and able to make us look really great! Phil was efficient and somehow knew exactly what we wanted and needed in a website (even though I was hopeless at explaining). All the extras such as email and website addresses were no problem - just said the word and they were done! Phil was very easy to talk to and obviously knew his business. I thought initially I would need to take my Mac down to Melbourne to get it fixed, but he was able to do this for me at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend him based on my experience and very happy to have local computer back up when I need it - which is most of the time!

Phil reviewed our internet/network setup in our workplace made cost efficient recommendations that worked, and ended up costing us very little. Also replaced a screen on a laptop at a reasonable price which we had been told by another wasn't worth repairing because of the cost. I like your whole outlook of keep it simple, and repairing rather than the whole throw away mentality of today's consumers. Thanks Phil, will recommend you to everyone.

In a brain fade moment, I let a cryptolock virus into my laptop. Alders computer repairs - although unable to unlock the affected files - was able to clean up, restore some files and set me up ready to go quickly & cheaply given the time it must have taken. Based on this experience, I would definitely use them again & highly recommend them to others.

Our computer was suffering, very sluggish from pop-ups and multiple nasties running in the background. It was collected from and delivered back to our door. Phil explained what the problem was and had it all done in 24hrs. Very highly recommended.
