I live in Brisbane, QLD and had ordered a last minute gift late Wednesday afternoon for a Baby Shower Saturday morning in Melbourne. The Staff went above and beyond to ensure this happened and it did. Our gift arrived early Friday morning with no extra expense for postage, communication with this company was prompt, efficient and they were so friendly and more than willing to do whatever it took. The quality of the gift we purchased was of the best quality m, beautifully wrapped and the extra touch of the hand written card was a beautiful touch. I would definitely use the Baby Gift Company again and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thankyou so much for all your help we really appreciate it.

Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful, when they realised I missed a step they contacted me to make sure the order was complete and made sure I had wrapping and a pleasant message which I had missed. When I emailed to ask them if they could send me a picture of the completed gift because I wouldn’t be seeing the recipient in the short term due to my physical disability and Covid they generously did so and the gift box looks fantastic. The box was very poorly put together, i had to open and re-arrange prior to giving it out. Looked as if a bunch of things had just been thrown into the box without any care of thought at all, otherwise the delivery was very speedy and the company offered clear communication throughout the process.

Superb caring customer service and well priced gifts. Who wouldn't love that! I received a call soon after I made the online purchase, to confirm my delivery address because it was a bit of an odd address and when I mentioned I need the item in the next few days they expedited the delivery. I ordered it around 1:30pm Tuesday afternoon and I received it the following day before lunch time and this was an interstate delivery too. It was less than a 24hr turnaround. I'm telling everyone!

One suggestion I would make would be to email the customers when the order has been sent with a tracking number so they can keep an eye on it, i never got a confirmation it had been shipped which worried me as most companies do. Website easy to use, fast delivery. Pretty good range of products - however I would suggest that you look at increasing the range of items particularly for people wanting to create their own box. Some items which appeared in the pre-made gift boxes were not able to be purchased separately. Also would be good to include the ability to choose more than one add-on gift as I would have purchased more (looked at the suggestion of making own box - but then encountered the problem of not being able to select the individual toys I wanted which were included in other gift boxes). Would definitely use your company again when ordering baby gifts!

I came across The Baby Gift Company by accident on Google and couldn't be happier! I was instantly drawn to how much value for money their gift boxes and hampers were compared to some of the other sites I've found. Their online ordering was simple to use and I was contacted by them immediately when there was an issue with my payment. The order was filled and dispatched at great speed and confirmation received from them today that my delivery was successful! Highly recommended and will definitely use them again at the end of the month when another employee is expecting another baby!

Quick and easy. Perfect for when you just don't have the time to put together your own gift. I usually put together my own baby gifts in the months prior to the birth however on this occasion the baby's sex wasn't found out so it made it hard to plan in advance. Will use again.

Couldn't be happier with the quality and service of this product. You are able to pick and choose what you would like in the gift box and can include a special note. Everything is reasonably priced. I had a few issues as I got the last name of the recipient incorrect and Priscila rang & emailed me to get the right details & the gift was delivered to the interstate destination the very next day. Trying to buy a gift for new parents is hard - especially when you know nothing about babies and baby clothes! The Baby Gift Company makes this so much easier. The quality of the products is exceptional, speed of delivery was amazing (received the following day, and it was going to a rural area!) and it really made the recipients feel special. I wont hesitate to use this service again.

Even when an incorrect address was advised to them they still contacted us to advise and then arranged for a redelivery to the right address. I love the fact that you can create your own gift box and although the postage/delivery maybe a little higher than what some of the other companies offer the service is excellent and the gifts have been extremely well received with praise for the quality of the merchandise. I looked at a number of companies that were offering baby gifts that could be delivered to Canberra and this company offered the best value for money (comparable gift packages with other companies being $10-$15 more expensive). I also inadvertently failed to include my name in the message with the gift. Within minutes of submitting my order i was contacted by a staff member requesting name details for the message. Upon delivery I received a delivery notification from the company. I couldn't have asked for more efficient service.
