Sorry for the delayed response to the email. I'm happy to report that the event went extremely well and I couldn't fault the inflatable slide or the operator that ran it. He was very friendly and ensured the day went off without any injuries any complaints. In fact the feedback from over 300 guests were overwhelmingly positive. I would like to say a massive thank you to yourself and everyone involved in making our playgroup party a massive success. The young men who delivered the jumping castle were polite, efficient and on time. The Jumping castle was a massive hit with the kids. Our face painter for the day, Nina, was unbelievable. Possibly the best face painter I have ever seen. Her work is exquisite, her interactions with the kids was gorgeous to watch, she was able to work so fast, but still produce immaculate work when painting on our youngest kids and she made the day (sorry the year) of my 70 year old father by giving him a 'tattoo' of his favourite football team!!! I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

The Bouncy Castle was terrific - was the best babysitter ever. Our Grandson had no idea we were getting it and was very excited to see it go up. Dont think he came off it very much at all - he was very sad when it deflated - your guys had folded it and it was on the ground while they went and put other stuff away and Braxton went over and gave the bouncy castle the biggest hug. Thank you again for your help with paperwork etc for shire - it was much appreciated. We will be sure to use you guys again.

This was great! I have already posted feedback on facebook :) It was so clean!! Most castles you hire are dodgy and rough, The guy who did the setup was lovely and friendly too :) Gave it all a wipe down inside once it was set up and it didn't have that smell that most do! At first I was going to go with another company who had similar for $180 but I'm so glad I chose this one!! My daughter had the best day! I'm going to send you a video of her excitement as it was a surprise for her. Thank you again.

Thanks so very much for the hire of your 'frozen' jumping castle on the 9th of september. I would also like to say a huge thanks for allowing us to hire with only a couple of days notice! The kids had a absolute blast and jumped from the second it was declared ready till it was picked up! It was a bonus having an extra 2 hours before the party started it gave my 2 smaller kids a chance to get used to it and with out charge- can only be a good thing right?! I didnt (or cant remember) catch the name of the man who dropped it off and picked it up but he was lovely and very patient as we were trying to remove protesting kids! I hope you guys are around for a long time, I have 2 big girls who now know what they want to do for their birthdays and im sure the younger 2 would agree! The sun came out for us which was amazing!! We are from Perth but live & work in Dubai UAE with our 2 children, we leave for Dubai on Thursday, and we rented this holiday home in Nedlands for the past 2 weeks. We loved the frozen bouncy castle - in good condition and pleasant staff and punctual...the face painter was friendly and talented and went out of her way to accomodate our demanding toddlers! Lots of guests complimented us and wanted contact details - prob would be good idea to leave some business cards with customers who are agreeable to pass on if happy with service! I just wanted to write you a quick email to thank you both and Perth Bouncy Castle Hire for making Eli’s party a huge success. The service that your company provided was excellent to say the least. Thank you for promptly getting back to me once I enquired about booking the castle, and for always keeping me updated with emails until the day of the party. The castle arrived at the stated time and was set up efficiently and quickly. The delivery person explained everything to me fully about the use of the castle during the party and it all went off without a hitch. The delivery person arrived promptly to pick up the castle and it was once again efficiently taken away. This is one of the best delivery and set up services I have encountered with a company and I thank you very much for your second to none service. My son and his friends loved the bouncy castle. It was so much fun and the perfect way to entertain the kids. Ken was right, there was no need to watch them as the castle was safe, fun and entertained them for hours. The face painting and balloon twisting service you provided, by Nina, in your party package, was awesome. She was so good that a lot of the people at the party were commenting and asking for her details. She arrived on time and completed the face painting for all the kids within the stated time. She is absolutely brilliant, especially with the face painting and I would recommend her for any kids party without hesitation. She is so talented and has a passion for what she does which was very obvious to us all. She was very polite and kind and dealt very well with the kids. The castle was a huge hit! Such great value for money. They should make castles for adults too!!! It was hot on Saturday but we hired a big mist fan which seemed to help. Not that the kids noticed the heat anyway. Thanks ever so much. And, Alex is such a friendly and efficient, nice chap. Much appreciated. We have nothing but glowing reports of our experience with your company. From my initial phone call to when the castle got collected on Saturday, it was excellent. Actually, if I had to pick at anything, it was that my son was devastated when it left!! Special shout out too to the lovely young man that delivered, set up and took it away. We absolutely loved the bouncy castle. My son and his friends had a wonderful time. They especially liked the slide and basketball ring. When the castle was delivered, my son said to his dad "is it a bit small" then they came back a couple of minutes later when it was up and he was amazed at how big it was. Thank you for the hire of the Princess & Fairies castle my daughter & her friends absolutely loved it!! It was much bigger than I expected so that was a bonus! Setup & pack up was done very professionally & guys were wonderful!! Thank you so much for our Disney Princess Bouncy Castle on the 10th December.. The Birthday Girl and her guest enjoyed the experience immensely. The fellows that set up the castle were prompt, on time, courteous, helpful and ran through all of the safety first procedures before they left. When they returned on time to retrieve it they thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned it which was good to know. The sandbags were an added safety feature. Many of the Mothers are interested in hiring a castle for their next events. Thanks from all of us

Chequers Golf Club’s family fun day was very well received mainly by residents of Bullsbrook and Chittering but with a fair smattering of families from the metro area. We estimate that 120+ families with an average of 2 kids made it to the function between 11 and 3pm. Your bouncy castle was set up and dismantled on time and efficiently with no operational problems during the day. My compliments to your maintenance and to the friendly operator who performed the set up and tear down (and remembered to ask where the reticulation pipes were located!) The kids loved it and it was in constant use throughout the day – obviously a great attraction for the youngsters who dragged their parents along so that we could promote the golf club to them!

Although the fete was not the success we were hoping for we did learn a lot from the experience and how we can improve for ourselves.
