Purchased venetians for my caravan. Order was a bit different because they had to fit to existing tie downs. Nick was very helpful and patient with advice on how to correctly measure. Received the blinds and they are perfect fit. Very happy customer. Only rated five star because six was not available.

Oz Blinds was very helpful with colour & style selection. I got exactly what I asked for & am very happy with the finished product. Delivery was timely. The casing on one blind arrived slightly damaged (bent) but this was easily fixed prior to installation.

We had ordered blinds from a WA blind company spent $5000 on 5 blinds. They were ok but they had made a mistake measuring the blinds and 2 had to be remade. I decided to look online as I had heard good things of Oz blinds, I proceeded to order 5 blinds for $1000 now I just wish I had ordered all of them through them. Blinds arrived quickly and were well packed and quite easy to assemble (mind you you need to hit the velcro strips hard onto the other velcro as they are both male velcro). The blinds look great, are sturdily made and work perfectly. I enjoy using them every day!

I wanted to tell you how happy I am with your service! I ordered and received my blind very quickly and with no problems at all. However upon hanging we discovered there was a fault. I contacted OzBlinds on 20th of May who very promptly answered my email and kept me up to date on the process. I received a replacement on 2nd of June. Absolutely rapt with not only the quick delivery but the whole process. It was such a pleasure to deal with a company that puts their customers needs first. Ordering the products on line is really easy. The explanation of the way to measure the blinds was easy to understand. Ordered verticals for all windows downstairs & once delivered, installation was easy, everything fit correctly, & no blinds were damaged in transit. Price was great compared to anywhere else. The quality of their roller blinds is fantastic but what has impressed me most is their great customer service. Email enquiries were responded to on the same day and I even received a phone call with a follow up email regarding an installation issue I was having. My venetian blinds arrived but unfortunately 3 of the 5 were damaged in transit. Sometimes you can tell more about the integrity of a business and their staff by how they deal with a problem. Oz Blinds product is great, my blinds fit the spaces and have an extremely professional finish and at a reasonable price. Your customer service is A1 especially in dealing with my problem. You already have 1 further purchase and 2 referrals via my recommendation

We needed to replace all the blinds of a holiday house. Quotes from other companies were between $6K and $10K. The quality of OZ blinds was equivalent to what we had been quoted on by others. Delivery was ahead of time, blinds were easy to install, instructions were clear and the price was terrific - around $2k for whole house. Have just sold this house and real estate commented that the blinds sealed the deal. We have just purchased another house and will be using OZ blinds for this property.

Absolutely love my blinds double roller with sunscreen and all other rooms with sunscreen. They look fantastic, only issue was wrong bracket sent for double roller blinds but all sorted eventually. Very good price best online deal and quality product. Installed throughout house 11 windows in total.

We bought 6 blinds to do our apartment and found them to be good quality, well made and easy to install. Because these are custom blinds made exactly the size of any window (to the mm!), we found them to be far superior to buying an 'off the shelf' blind and trying to make it fit a window space. Family and friends have already asked where we got them and bought some. Nick was super helpful at answering my questions over the phone before I put my online order in. We preferred the venetians to plantation shutters because they are less cumbersome. We love to DIY and will definitely buy again for the next house or unit. Thanks Nick!

Purchased 50mm Tuscany pvc blinds for my kitchen window. Couldn't be happier, the blind which comes with a small pelmet was the final touch to our renovated kitchen. What we found really helpful, as we did everything over the internet, was being able to order samples of the fabric. We had 8 premium venetians and 1 blockout blind made and delivered. I did everything online from a remote area in North West Qld.
