Kim did my make up for my Bridal Shower, and also the make up and hair for my bridesmaids on my wedding day. I was very happy with all of her services!! From the very beginning, Kim was extremely professional and answered all of my queries very promptly and with so much detail which I loved and really appreciated. As a soon to be bride you have so much to think about and Kim was great in terms of letting me know everything I needed to know and providing some great tips and advice along the way. I felt really comfortable with Kim - she is a gorgeous, friendly, warm and genuine type of person. I had a salon do my hair for the bridal shower, but I was not happy with it at all and Kim went above and beyond and helped fix it up for me without me having to even ask! I loved my make up, and Kim made sure I was happy with everything. With my bridesmaids, Kim also did a wonderful job and even provided touch up kits, and thoughtful little gift bags which we all thought was such a beautiful touch. Thank you Kim for everything! xx

Kim did such a fabulous job on my wedding hair and makeup! She executed the exact look I was going for. I was quite nervous to skip the trial, Kim quickly put me at ease with her professionalism, patience, and expertise. I was confident enough in her work because of this I also had Kim to do my tea ceremony hair and makeup. Kim went beyond to ensure the look was perfect for the wedding day. On the wedding day, my hair and makeup turned out better than I expected and she made the changes I asked for perfectly. Kim also went to finer details such providing me of the lipstick colour and powder for touch up throughout the day. Kim and her team also did my five bridemaids hair. All the bridemaids hairs were styled differently which I thought she executed perfectly. My bridesmaids I would highly recommend Kim to any bride or bridesmaid!

Kim was very professional and patient, days leading up to my engagement shoot, she reviewed what I wanted for the day and gave me advise on them. On the engagement shoot day, she was punctual and attentive. She made sure that I was happy with every step of the make up and was accommodative to suit my preferences! I felt very comfortable with her and enjoyed the make up session! During my engagement shoot, she was always ready to help and touch up my makeup and for my second hairstyle and make up change, she worked fast to make sure that we were able to catch the sunset with our photographer! Overall, I was very happy and grateful to Kim for helping me feel and look beautiful on that day! I recommend her services! (:

Hi Kim, I would just like to say thank you so much for doing my makeup on my wedding day. You did such an amazing job and made me feel beautiful for my groom. I appreciate that you listened to everything I wanted and you understand and respect that there is a difference between what you as a person and makeuparist prefers as opposed to what your client prefers. It can be difficult to be detached from your own preferences and just go with what your client would like and I really admire this about you. I decided to get my makeup done professionally so that I could be relaxed in the morning without worrying about anything at all. I also would not have been able to do my own makeup as successfully as you had. Time management is crucial to me and you worked within a reasonable timeframe that gave us enough opportunity for touch ups and relaxation afterwards. You listened and took action when I asked for something to be changed. You asked me often throughout the makeup session if I liked it so far and you explained to me what products you were using on my skin. I really like that you explained this to me and were open to any questions I had. Thank you so much again for your precise and professional service. I absolutely love getting my hair and make up done, especially if it's for a special occasion! I feel that when I have it done by a make up artist I feel more confident overall and that my outfit just looks even better when my make up is on point. I also feel like it's more of a different look compared to when I do my own make up. I decided to have my make up & hair done professionally this time because it was for my birthday, so I wanted a new and different look for this night. I thought my experience of having Kim as a make up & hair artist was absolutely amazing. I was happy with almost everything she did and she was very patient and helpful with all my questions and changes I had. Overall I thought my Experience was excellent and I would definitely re book my next appointment with Kim! :)

Kim did my make up and hair for me for my graduation ball. She was very professional and the make up looked great and lasted the whole night. Price was very reasonable. She also gave me some great advice for my own make up. Thanks Kim!

When I first met Kim she seemed so professional and she definatly does know makeup. I have found it hard to get an affordable makeup artist and a friend recommended Kim. Her makeup work is fantastic and it is a plus she does hair too.

I had a fantastic experience with the Makeup Siren last Saturday. I have been doing makeup on my own for couple of years but never really attended any workshops or learnt it professionally. I wasn't sure whether this kind of lesson would really help, but now I am so glad I decided to go and learnt the valuable makeup techniques! The lesson I had with Kim was extremely helpful in that I learnt how to do contour, a few tips and tricks for makeup and also get some really good recommendations for products! The lesson was very tailored and Kim was very good at finding the best make-up that is suitable to the specific individual. Another thing I find very useful is that Kim showed me the right way of application for cosmetics. Before I have never paid much attention in how to actually apply the cosmetics. After the lesson, I realised how important it is to apply the makeup right and how the result can be so different. I would definitely recommend Kim's make up lesson to my friends in the future.

The first time Kim did my make up, I really liked it. It was very good. I did not have that heavy feeling when you have make up on. So when I had another photoshoot, I contacted her- and she was great as expected. I really liked her technique. I specially liked the foundation she used to me. Kim also is a very friendly and nice girl to be with. Would like love to work with her again in my future projects.

I don't often write reviews, but I believe Kim is somebody who truly deserves to be recognised and acknowledged for her exceptional work in hair and makeup. When booking Kim for my wedding, she was professional, helpful, organised and reassuring right from the start. She responded promptly to emails and asked numerous questions so that she was prepared and able to tailor the beauty products to suit my skin and hair type (I have sensitive skin and had absolutely no issues with the products used). Upon meeting Kim, I immediately felt comfortable as she was very personable and approachable. She really understood the look I was after (natural glowing skin with soft smoky eyes) and delivered 100%. She took the time to explain what she was doing at each step and made sure I was happy with how it progressively looked. Kim did an immaculate job with my bridal hair and completely exceeded my expectations. Being the indecisive person that I am, I didn't give her much direction except for “curls pinned to the side”, but Kim took that and added her own touches that just completed the look and made it even more perfect. I can't thank Kim enough for the wonderful work she did and the effort she put into making my day just that much more special and stress-free. I will definitely be calling on Kim for my next big event!

I love how Kim understands your features and just get it so right! It's very hard to find make up artists who specialise in Asians and it's been amazing working with her. She uses beautiful products and has great sense of colour too.

Kim was professional and friendly and explained the process from start to finish and what products she was using for the day. She had some great insight and provided me with great tips on how I can be applying my own make up too which I found very helpful. As I had a wedding shoot I felt the need to look into having my hair and make up done professionally for the shoot day. Kim was refereed to me from a friend and previous to the shoot I had been liaising with Kim via email. I sent her a mood board of what my ideas were for the look. She was quick to respond and very organized.

My experience with The Makeup Siren was very positive. Kim did my hair and makeup for a fashion show I was working with at as part of a fashion show case. The look we were aiming for was sexy/sultry/ glamorous, the results were fantastic and above my expectations. I received a lot of compliments for the public that attended the fashion show. During the makeup application I felt safe and looked after- one of the things I really appreciated was that Kim made sure I didn't have any irritations/ reactions to products and that I felt generally comfortable. She also took a lot of care into creating the look we were after, as well as providing several tricks of the trade I've found very useful since then. Kim is a very knowledgeable, experienced and innovative artist. I will be using her services in future and highly recommend to all who are in need of a professional and an instructor who knows the industry.

Our Organic Nissa launch party on Saturday 29th March 2014 would have missed one of its main highlights if we didn't have Kim Le, The Make up Siren. She saved me so much time getting my hair and makeup done (allowing me to have more time focusing on preparing for the event!). She gave me the transformation i needed, boosting my self confidence so i was ready to welcome and entertain the guests for the night. Even though I only had a few hours sleep the night before, Kim managed to make me look fresh and vibrant. Her technique applying makeup is very gentle but fast. She is confident when applying make up and doing any form of hairstyle. Her nature and the way she worked on the night helped keep me calm and relaxed. The red carpet look she gave me fitted perfectly with my red dress that I was wearing on the night, the make up and colours that she used on my eyes helped people to focus on me bringing their attention closer to what I was saying to them. Thank you Kim for being a true artist and a complete professional. Anyone can feel comfortable hiring Kim to be their make up artist, they can relax and feel safe that they are in great hands knowing their big day or event will be a marvelous success.

I personally really respect what Kim Le does! Her work speaks for herself. She is a high achiever and a passion-follower. It is so inspiring to watch her playing with the colors and brushes like a kid at a playground. It is very hard to describe the impact Kim has brought to my life just through a transformation with makeup. It was really magical. This is the 2nd Makeup Transformation where i have had my makeup done by Kim (this time i had my hair done aswell) and i can confidently say that every time i come back Kim has helped me to grow; to grow and appreciate myself as a woman. Her transformations have really changed the way i view myself. I previously never wore makeup. Through both makeup experiences i have had with Kim, I was not only able to discover my deep and well hidden feminine side (which I have always been ashamed for) but Kim's creativeness, passion, and love for what she does has helped me to start feeling confident in this new life-role. I'm Very proud and grateful for every feature I have gotten. It grows more and more every day. I know I would not have been able see and value the person and the way i look without Kim and her phenomenal makeup skills. Even my boyfriend sees the change in me, so does everyone else I meet; even random people on the street. Everyone tells me the same: "Zuzi, you just glow." She views her clients as not money signs, but as someone she can learn from, but also that there is always something she can give back to her clients. She has made a life change in me and how a feel about myself! and for me to say that is massive! Kim does an overwhelmingly great job and you can tell just how passionate she is about making people have an experience that will be memorable for a lifetime. Highly talented professional and makeup artist! Amazing techniques and knows what shades, colours and products that would work well on my skin especially when i have acne prone skin with hyperpigmentation. Kim was very professional and attended to my needs. I was SHOCKED at how flawless my skin looked! I FELT RED-CARPET READY! My family saw the makeup and could not believe how beautiful i looked! Kim is not only professional but she knows face shapes and what make up and hair style suits your race/nationality. Not only is she talented but has an amazing personality and character to go with it. The Makeup Siren (Kim LE) is the BEST Hair & Makeup Artist I've been to by far! She would definitely be my go-to Makeup Artist in the future! She is Amazing!

So it has been sometime since I had The Makeup Siren Kim work her magic on me but I'm excited to be back seeing her soon for some more hair and makeup work. I've worked with many makeup artists and can confidently say she is one of the best I've had, highly recommended to anyone not sure where to head to! (I had comments and compliments from everyone that day!!) Her flair and creativity are amazing and I'd trust her 100% whether I wanted a dramatic glamour look or something more natural. I haven't been in the model industry for long and always iffy about who does my makeup or how it will look. I like a really simple and natural look. On the day of the photo shoot at Balmoral Beach with photographer Chester John and Makeup Artist Kim Le - The Makeup Siren, I must say i was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with her makeup! It wasnt what i'd expect. It was exactly what i wanted and liked.. the makeup was light, it brought out my features and gave a natural glow with the bronze gold blending colours used. I love it as it went well with the colors i was wearing on the day. I would really like to use Kim (The Makeup Siren's) services again! I highly recommend Kim for her amazing makeup skills!
