Sarah is an Accupuncture genius! It was only after seeing her and letting her work her magic that my body felt at peace again. Sarah's experience and care was a large part to me falling pregnant, I now have a very healthy baby girl. I can't thank Sarah enough.

Sarah is not just an acupuncturist she's one in a million who can support you emotionally throughout your journey. I saw Sarah post birth for a number of issues not just with me but with my son also. I had a breast abcess which after regular treatment from Sarah helped if not cured it. My surgeon kept wanting to operate but I kept seeing Sarah and he couldn't believe how much it healed after 3 treatments. If you have supply issues when feeding go see sarah, you'll never have issues again. My son had terrible tummy issues and after speaking to Sarah about it she suggested giving accupuncture a go on him. I had been trying for 2 months to get him on solids and after only 1 treatment he no longer had issues and was tolerating solid food, amazing.

I cannot recommend Sarah enough! I've had 3 sessions with her for induction accupuncture and she makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She has such a warm and gentle nature and I look forward to every session. She is amazing!

Sarah was wonderful. I had been to several other Chinese Doctors for Acupuncture and found Sarah totally understood the whole IVF process and how stressful it is and was able to support me emotionally and physically to enable my body to be at its best. We were lucky to finally have success and Sarah was able to support me through my pregnancy. Totally recommend Sarah.

Sarah is highly knowledgeable , she knew more than my fertility specialist ! She held my hand throughout the process and was kind compassionate , and totally understood all my irrational fears and thoughts . In fact she made me feel wonderful ! I would recommend Sarah in a heartbeat! Not only is she highly skilled as an acupuncturist, she is also warm and compassionate. I loved our weekly sessions and found that they really helped to calm me. I felt genuine care from Sarah. It is immediately obvious that she is passionate about what she does. I really appreciated also that Sarah was happy to explain some of the philosophy behind the acupuncture she was doing when I asked her. Truly a wonderful person and excellent practitioner. Ive been taking mum to see Sarah for awhile now and nothing else has compared to acupuncture. She was in constant pain from nerve and arthritis and having her feel relief and be able to sleep is something money cant buy. Highly recommend

Having just completed a marathon, I can't thank Dr. Sarah Arkell enough for her post run acupuncture treatment. I arrived sore and hobbling and left with almost a spring in my step. Sarah is very in-tune with all those niggling sore spots. Her needle insertion is painless and really unknotted all the stiffness! The final massage on needle removal really had me glowing. Thank you Sarah! You are a gem!!

I tried very thing to fall pregnant until I met Sarah , I was hopeless, negative and stressed . She not only managed to help me get pregnant naturally , but her warm , down to earth and friendly nature was so gorgeous to be around . I felt like I could tell her anything .

Sarah Arkell is an absolute delight! She is so insightful and positive that it's hard not to feel better even before the first needle. During a tough IVF battle I turned to acupuncture for the first time and it was a genuine turning point for me. I felt so much calmer and more relaxed as a result of our weekly sessions and am happy to report that our final IVF attempt was successful. Fertility treatments can become very clinical and cold and Sarah is warm and understanding and provides a perfect balance to all the medical "stuff" that has a tendency to be all consuming. We will be forever grateful to Sarah for playing such a huge role in our IVF success and cannot thank her enough. Dr Sarah Arkell is a highly skilled acupuncturist and treats holistically. On my first treatment after a full history was taken Sarah explained how acupuncture works and what she was going to do, this immediately put me at ease and I felt confident I had come to right practitioner. I have had excellent results with hip/back pain and very low energy, and recommend her to my friends. Doncaster Acupuncture has a beautiful healing energy which aids relaxation.
