This is the 2nd time I have used their online company (1st - CurtainsOnTheNet) and I am so impressed with the service and product that I have received. On this occasion I was ordering Roller Blinds for my son's new home. My husband helped him with the installation and I must admit, it took longer than I expected (partially because my husband is a perfectionist). Obviously, the more you do, the quicker you become as they did find the process straight forward enough. The Blinds were of excellent quality and you can't tell the difference between them and my blinds that I had made from a local supplier. Well, you can really, they are HALF THE PRICE!! For anyone who might be considering using this company and are a bit nervous about it, don't be. You are able to have any number of sample fabrics sent to you from all of the different price ranges, free of charge. This enables you to feel the texture, see the colour choices in the room and make a decision without any sales pressure. As long as you have someone who can install them for you, you will be sent all the instructions and can even watch a demonstration video online on their website, you won't regret it. Then, your order is delivered via Courier right to your front door. It is definitely worth the money you will save. I have already recommended Curtains/BlindsOnTheNet to other family members. Thank you BlindsOnTheNet for everything and you will be definitely hearing from me again in the not too distant future.

We ordered blockout rollerblinds and were very impressed with the quality, price and how quickly the blinds arrived. Local companies were quoting 8-9 weeks to deliver and we received the order within 10 days and significantly cheaper! We also made an error when submiting our order and the customer service and discount we received to reorder the correct blind was very much appreciated (especially given we had mixed our measurements up!). Highly recommend this company! And will be ordering again when we move to our new house!

I have installed verticals on 4 windows of my home and would not use any other supplier. So easy to order and install, and such quick delivery. When I made an error in measurements, I e/mailed customer service to discuss options. Malcolm was quick to respond and help me rectify the problem. We just received and installed our Focus Blockout Roller blinds from Blinds on the Net and we are stoked. The price was absolutely unbeatable, we had been quoted for the same product by a local business and it was double what Blinds on the Net charge. Postage was free to my area which means I can order progressively as we update each room, without financial penalty. We were blown away by the speed of the delivery, ordered on a Monday evening and was delivered Wednesday of the following week. The local business we used previously took 4-6 weeks plus wait times for an installation appointment. Blinds on the Net were great to deal with over the phone, the product was perfect and easy to install and they look fantastic. I will definitely be back to purchase blinds for the rest of the home. I received my order 3 days before Christmas without a dual bracket so I phoned your office late in the day of 23rd December. I really wanted to have my blinds installed before Christmas. Malcolm was more than helpful. He went over and above what I was expecting. He calmed me down and explained that there was nothing that can't be fixed. And to my delighted surprise in the mail the next day (via express post) was the missing bracket. I was able to install blinds on Christmas Eve. Blinds fit perfectly. They were super easy to install. And they look great!

Currently deep in renovations. So far Blinds in the net have been the most easiest item to order and install. My blinds look fantastic but they also make the room look fantastic. Care was taken in transit and I would definitely use them again as well as refer them to others.

blinds on the net was my first ever shop on- line experience. i found them on google. They were most helpful as i kept getting the measurements wrong and had to phone and change them a few times, nothing was any trouble to them, they were wonderful, and service was excellent !! I now have all my blinds up and they look wonderful, I am very happy with the result and would recommend them to everyone.

These guys are really good. At risk of this sounding like a fake review - I just couldn't be happier. I spoke with Mal and his team at least 4 times - every time they were really helpful. The blinds are of a much better quality than I was expecting - and they look fabulous. I ordered 11 roller blinds - and got the measurements for one wrong. Again - Mal and the team looked after me. I may have been able to find slightly cheaper blinds online - but I have absolutely no regrets going with these guys. Thanks, all.

We ordered 4 two-in-one blinds which were manufactured in China, so a longer wait for them to be custom made. The first delivery of the blinds had flaws in the fabric but Blinds on the Net were very quick to arrange replacement blinds. The next blinds came back perfect, so we were very happy. The quality of the blinds is very good, installation was easy (for a handy-man husband!) and we have had many glowing comments about our blinds. They look fabulous.

Ordered a Sunscreen Roller Blind from these guys - the entire process was seamless. They sent out samples within 2 days, the website gives you an instant quote based on the dimensions you need, very easy measurement instructions, the installation video is perfect - took me all of about 6 minutes to install the blind. They have good systems in place, e.g. an (automated) follow up email after receiving samples to see how you're going. If you can use a measuring tape and a drill or screwdriver, you can order and install these blinds. Delivery was 6 days from ordering to delivery, which is weeks less than others for custom made blinds. The produce itself is great - high quality everything, sits well immediately and looks amazing. I would recommend this group to anyone - wish we'd known about them years ago.

I would normally go to Spotlight to buy my blinds, however our windows on our verandah are custom made. Therefore, I had to find a place that made custom blinds, that wouldn't cost a fortune. Found Blinds on the Net after goggling, had a look at their products, and loved what I found. My husband and I measured and ordered our blinds, following the easy steps on line. Received the blinds within 2 weeks, and it was a breeze to install. The overall service, product and ease of installation was fabulous. And the blinds look great and do their job with the 100% Blockout. Thank you all so much for the great customer service and wonderful blinds, that actually were a faction of the price compared to other sites and local stores. I just bought 26 shutter blinds, the wide ones with no holes in them, sort of like plantation shutters but with cords. They are absolutely fantastic. I did the whole house in the white ones and they look amaaazing! I was a bit unsure about buying online so I only ordered two to start with, just to see if they were ok... My husband was so impressed by the quality, he said I should order the other 24 straight away! And he's not easily impressed! They arrived from interstate in just 3 days, on both orders. So easy to install, they just need to be shortened. I have already recommended blinds on the net to my neighbour.

I am very satisfied with the product and service offered by Blinds on the Net. They have a good website on which they clearly and accurately describe their products. The ordering process is straightforward and it works. In my case I was contacted shortly after purchase to discuss an additional delivery fee as I live in reginal WA. The discussion was polite and the additional fee was reasonable. Even with the additional fee the delivered price was less than half of the cost for custom blinds from any other supplier I could contact. When the blind was delivered I was dismayed to find it damaged in transit. The damage was impressive given the heavy duty packaging the blind was in. I contacted Blinds on the Net without great expectations of an easy resolution to the problem. I was extremely pleased with their professional and polite response. Once proof of damage was provided a replacement blind was quickly manufactured and delivered. The new blind was simple to install and looks great. I cannot fault the quality, price and service that Blinds on the Net provide. I will purchase from them again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Binds on the net are one of the best Australian businesses I have dealt with. They have a huge range which makes it easy to find something to suit your house and the supply of samples makes it easy to choose colours. I had dual roller blinds delivered for 4 windows and a single for 1. The duals ranged from 1m wide to a 3m wide blind. They all look amazing and work really well. From order to delivery was about 3-4 weeks we are very pleased and will be using blinds on the net again.

We needed to replace verosol blinds in our hallway, curtains and holland blind in the master bedroom. We wanted the options of privacy, openness and light in both areas. The Calico Translucent blinds fitted the requirements and look fabulous. We now have options of plenty of light or privacy. The samples were received within 24 hours - outstanding compared to other blind suppliers/manufacturers where some took more than a couple of weeks and that was after prompting. Being able to 'speak' with a person when you phoned with questions re ordering and delivery was very calming. Have recommended your quality and efficient service to friends.

I had three very large roman blinds made in the palm beach collection and they look fantastic. A local company said that they couldn't make 3 metre blinds and that I would have to have 2 blinds per window; however, blinds on the net did. They even came up with a solution for one of the blinds that was larger than the 3 metre maximum. Malcolm was fantastic in his communications with me and very efficient in his response to my emails, he even rang to clarify some of the details. Blinds on the net are an outstanding and excellent online business and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. I would recommended them to anyone.

We built our house and shopped around for blinds. Came across Blinds on Net by chanceon google. Absolutely loved the idea they were able to send more than 1 free samples to choose from, which made the choice much easier. I ordered blinds online which was very easily done over the net. However, I made an error when giving measurements but was able to call and talk to them directly and they were happy to explain in detail and re-adjust the size. Great service, excellent products, very convenient and fast delivery. Easily DIY-able. Higly recommended to my friends who have also purchased from them.
