We expected the visa process to be complicated and we wanted to be absolutely sure that the entire procedure would be carried out reliably and without any complications. All our expectations were met thanks to Migration Downunder Agency. Julie and her entire team were absolutely wonderful, they were always there for us when we had any questions and we always received immediate answers. Everyone was very polite and patient. The instructions we received when collecting the necessary documentation were clear, understandable and guided us step by step, which made the entire process pleasant and exciting. I was granted a partner visa 801 and 820 in September 2023. We are very grateful and thank Julie and her entire team for their commitment and help in such an important matter for us.

Our cooperation with Migration Agency Downunder began in September 2017 and ended in August 2021. I think Julie Williams will agree that our case was not easy. In four years, we have moved 5 times from country to country. From Russia to Thailand, to Australia, to New Zealand and back to Australia. And all these years Julia and her team had to be as flexible and quick as possible during our visa cases. During this time, we have applied for 6 visas and have successfully received all of them. The most difficult and stressful situation was with the 600 visa during the pandemic and lockdown. Julia and her team did everything possible so that my children and I could return to Australia and reunite with my husband and father whom we had not seen for more than 7 months. We received permission to enter Australia, got 600 visa, went through 2 weeks of quarantine, were given permission to cross the interstate border, another 2 weeks of self-isolation, and as a result, our family is together again. We applied for 820 visas in January 2021 and received 801 visas in August 2021. When Julia called me and told me about this, I immediately did not understand what had happened, and then there were tears of joy and relief. I want to say that Julia, Alice, Christine and others are an excellent team of professionals, Julie's flexibility in our case played a huge role, Thank you so much for your patience and empathy for our family. I have dealt with many solicitors over the years and its difficult to engage a solicitor that does not try and control everything...and run a case how they think....and bill for work unreasonably...like every minute on a phone...and a couple of pages copied...you know the type...6 minutes on a bill for a quick confirmation. If you hate these type of solicitors that are very un-personable, then you have finally come to the place where service is done the old way.....YOUR NEEDS come first. I have spoke to them after my great outcome of a difficult visa application and they were fantastic. I sacked the last solicitor because as soon as an application was finished, they would say "oh we cant answer that question because your not engaged with us anymore....Solicitors like that are money hungry pigs. My wife has recently received a Visa Grant Notification for her 461 visa we lodged through Migration Downunder! Given the complexity of applying for this visa, we decided to hand it over to the exceptional team at Migration Down Under. Alice guided us through the process and were prompt in lodging our application and getting back to us on any queries we had. The visa was granted in 5 months time where the department mentions could take as long at 12-14 months. We believe it was possible due to the expert guidance from the team at Migration Downunder to provide all the necessary paperwork for our application. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Julie, Erin and the team were so efficient in handling our Permanent Residency application, taking the stress out of a normally stressful procedure. They were always prompt to respond to any queries we had throughout the process. From day one of the application, after meeting face to face, we were always kept informed of every necessary step that needed to be taken. They even went out of their way to investigate options in light of any change of circumstances. The process was handled smoothly and I can now happily say that we are now residents of Australia - and Migration Downunder had so much to do with making that happen. After struggling to put together an application on our own, then receiving a rejection notice when we did. I knew we should have gotten help from day 1. Peter and I were very fortunate to come across Migration Downunder after a lot of research of Immigration agents in the area. Rowena from Migration DownUnder helped me when I needed it the most she helped me and my family ( mom, dad and 2 brothers) get the Medical Treatment Visa we needed. 5 Star Service!! Julie and Erin were incredible in handling my partner visa. They answered all my questions quickly and clearly and always verified the information with official documents / direct links to the immigration website. Before we chose Migration Downunder, we spoke to 4 other agencies and they all told us completely different things so we had no idea where we stood on what my working rights were, how long my visa would take to process, whether I could leave and re-enter the country etc. and I didn't know who or what to believe. When I spoke to Julie the first time on the phone she followed up our conversation with an email confirming our discussion and sending me all the relevant documents to back up what she told me. I knew straight away that she was different from the rest! Both Julie and Erin helped me at every step of the way, not only professionally, but also on a personal level. Julie in particular was incredibly supportive on an emotional level. It was such a long and stressful process and there were a few tearful phone calls when it all got too much for me, but Julie went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a migration agent. I can't recommend her, or Migration Downunder highly enough!

Julie is not also an amazing, professional migration lawyer, she's the only one who was willing to give my husband and I the chance to try coming to Australia. Migration Downunder is the registered migration agent in Sydney! I got in contact with Julie Williams when I applied for my Prospective Marriage Visa. She handled everything for me, was friendly and every time I needed some help with my application she was there to help. After my visa was granted I used Migration Downunder again for applying for my Partner Visa. I worked with Julie again and her colleague Albert who is a great guy. Friendly, quick and always there to help. Whenever I need some help regarding my visa I'll definitely come back to Migration Downunder!

Migration Downunder helped me with my 856 visa (PR visa). Fees are very simple and clear from the beginning. Required documents were communicated immediately. And after I completed all the required documents and signed all the forms, my application was lodged on a Wednesday and I got my permanent residency on the Friday. THREE DAYS from lodgement to visa approval, couldn't get any better than that. Two thumbs up!

There were issues with my Permanent Residency (not caused by MDU but Immigration themselves), however they were always very information, always quick to respond, and it was just nice to work with people who are professional.

My partner and I applied for a Permanent residency visa through Julie at Migration Downunder. Having already obtained a defacto visa through the agency, I knew them to be trusted and very efficient while also being competitively priced. Throughout our application for our Permanent Residency Julie and her staff were very helpful; meeting us in person, answering emails efficiently and always being on the end of the phone when needed. My husband and I were VERY pleased with Migration Downunder. We set out to to begin the application process for my Partner Visa (Subclass 820) and soon realized that we were feeling very overwhelmed trying to organize everything on our own. We are newlyweds and the whole process of applying for residency was adding more unnecessary stress to our lives. Julie from Migration Downunder prepared my application to move my 457 visa to a new sponsor. She was upfront that the approval could take a few weeks because it was a busy time, but in the end it went through in less than three. She was very friendly, quick and responsive, and was happy to also answer some questions about the permanent visa I'm planning to apply for. My employer paid for the service (which is normal) so I can't rate the value, but I'd recommend Migration Downunder for fast and effective preparation of applications.

Very good to deal with. My 457 visa was nearly finish and i want Permanent residence here in Australia so was told to talk with Julie at Migration Downunder. She is best and did great job even though my application needed lots of work. she charged me a very fair price and always told me how it was going. My wife and children are excited we can stay in Australia and I would very much recommend Julie to anyone who needs help like me. She even had her own Lawyer in the company to help with other things we need, they do everything for you. Best decision as we nearly used a very dodgy company, my friend told me that she was best also.
