Gadi has helped fix our oven twice in the last 2 years, and his service has been excellent. Prompt, professional, and efficient. Both times he has provided a same day service and had our oven up and running and fully tested within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Gadi was very responsive, asked all the right questions in a simple way when he initially rang to get tech info out of a luddite like me. He arrived within 48 hours of our call (he had to get the part). He was prompt, professional, knew his business - our oven is an usual size, and not a common brand (Ariston), but he knew exactly the part we needed, and how to fix it. He was great to deal with, and very aware of all the hygiene rules in the current environment. His rating is well deserved.

I called Fixmyoven and Michael returned my call with 30 mins to arrange a service call later in the day. He arrived on time and the service to my gas oven was very thorough. I was charged only the call out fee - a very reasonable cost. Unfortunately, the problem persisted so he returned the next day and serviced the g,as lines again. This time the oven stayed alight. He was very courteous and tidy in his work. I would recommend him and Fixmyoven to anyone with a temperamental gas oven!

Gadi fixed my 10 year old Technika wall mounted oven today by replacing faulty oven element with new one at a fairly reasonable cost. The root cause was correctly identified and problem rectified in no time. The oven & grill were thoroughly checked as well to ensure proper functioning. Gadi repaired my Westinghouse oven. His service was very professional and he was extremely knowledgeable about my oven - telling me functions I didn’t know how to use. He repaired the element, the door hinge and checked temperature . Rather than a quick repair it was. Ore like an “oven consultation” I would have no hesitation hiring him again and am very happy my oven is back to working even better than before.

Fast response time, same day, knew exactly what he was doing and did it cleanly,quickly and efficiently. Very professional, with lots of advice on how to maintain the oven and what not to do if we wanted it to perform efficiently. Charges were quite reasonable and within the anticipated budget. Would recommend very highly to anyone with a malfunctioning forced air oven.

Rang about oven not heating at 8.35 am; Gadi was here by 11; everything fixed and tested most thoroughly before noon (including the thermostat - which did not need repair - so I knew the inaccuracies of the oven thermostat). He is an EXTREMELY capable technician who gives outstanding service.

We phoned at 8:45 am and Fix My Oven helped us the same morning. Gadi replaced the element and also a door spring on a 30+ y.o. Chef oven so we are up and running again. Also gave us some no-nonsense advice going forward, about the temperature, care, and likely future of the appliance, and options when we need to replace it.

My oven wasn't heating very quickly so I emailed describing the problem and asked for them to come out and service the unit. Gadi rang me the next day and gave me advice over the phone on the cause and what the options were. I was still a bit unsure, so he came the next day and checked my oven and supplied a cheap and easy solution. I'll definitely call him again if I have any further problems

The elements in the upper oven of our Westinghouse double wall oven were not working. After checking some basic points over the phone, Gadi was able to come around the same day. Although it was an unusual problem, Gadi quickly identified the cause, repaired and tested the oven. I was very happy with the speed and quality of the service provided.

The heating element in our CHEF SUPREME fanforced oven stopped working suddenly and because it is 30 years old, it was great to get it fixed by Gadi of FixMyOven. Gadi fixed our old, poorly designed oven. Everything was in good working order but the poorly designed and flimsy control knob making it unusable. We were told by the maufacturer 'we no longer stock that item as it is over 10 years old'. Gadi showed some inventive creativity and sorted out the problem. We were saved the cost of a new oven. My oven stopped heating, I called Fix My Oven in the morning and he came the same day. My oven was repaired within 45mins. He was very efficient and it was at a reasonable price. He was also very informative about my oven and gave me tips on how to look after my oven. I would use them again if it broke down again. I am a very satisfied with this service!

Gadi responded to my weekend email first thing on Monday and arrived by 11.00 (ringing 20 minutes prior to advise of arrival time) . I had no manual to my Ariston oven so he explained the functions and tested the temperature which overheats by 30 degrees. Oven knob would not release and was promptly fixed. Gadi also gave me advice on other electrical whites goods - very professional.

Very happy with the prompt service. I rang Thursday morning and Gadi made an appointment for the next day. He called to make sure we were home and arrived on time. Gadi was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the element on our Blanco electric stove and showed us how the oven operates correctly. He also tested the temperature to confirm it was heating correctly. Additionally, he gave us a free run down on cleaning our Blanco dishwasher and using that as well. I would highly recommend Fix My Oven to anyone.

Really impressed with Gadi's work. There was actually nothing wrong with my oven (I was just using it incorrectly!) He could have sold me any part under the sun (I wouldn't have known...) but instead he showed me how to use it correctly and only charged a call-out fee, which is totally fair enough. Very impressed with his honesty and ethics.

The clock on my old Smeg oven was ticking very(!) loudly (even with the oven off). Gadi arrived on the same day and at the specified time. Since the oven was so old, Gadi mentioned that the part would be hard to find (or probably very expensive), so he offered to disable the timer. All done in less than half an hour. He also checked that all the other functions of the oven were working correctly, and did a temperature test. All round great service. Highly recommended.
