I am a Real Estate Agent and work with Andrew in relation to providing professional property management services for his clients. During the leasing and management phase of each property, it is clear each investment purchased is tailored to the rental demographic as the vacancy periods and rents achieved are always favourable. Andrew was fantastic with his advice. Andrew provided a selection of well researched properties in different areas for our final choice. He also provided a comprehensive service, catering for everything from research, sale negotiation and everything we needed to do to ensure the property was settled and managed "post" sale. There are many firms out there I spoke to, that simply were not up to par. Andrew Crossley however was excellent and possesses the knowledge and credentials to provide solid guidance and advice. Andrew met with us, researched and found 3 different properties for us in 3 areas. We received a lot of information and were able to chose the property that we were comfortable with. We are 2 professionals with a family that do not have the or expertise to find a property. We left that up to the expert. We definitely consider Andrew's fees as money well spent for the peace of mind.

Andrew has sourced us several diverse properties to fit our portfolio form a wide number of sources. Others we had spoken to only had a limited number of properties and all miraculously seemed to fit our strategy. Andrew has looked at our best interests, rather than his bank account as others have tended to do. Andrew has worked closely with us giving advice on properties, suburbs and strategy. This has also included properties and suburbs that we have found from other sources. This advice has been honest, even if it meant us sourcing the properties from others and Andrew not receiving any income. Andrew has given us regular updates on the properties and has been on the other end of the phone or email when we have had our many questions. A significant part of our journey has been the education that Andrew has provided. As we have continued our journey our strategy has changed and this has been reflected in the advice we have been given. We have no hesitation in recommending Andrew.
