Well, what can I say, Fear and pain is all that comes to mind when I think of a Dentist, the horror of it all, as a child I went to school dentist, to be slapped on the face, told to shut up and stop crying, and I carried this on into my Adult hood. My Teeth where in very poor condition from poor hygiene, football injuries and the lack of visits to Dentist due to the fear of the pain and the embarrassment of being told you need to look after your teeth better, it was a vicious circle of belief of pain. I knew I need to do something to correct my Teeth problems, I gathered the Courage and started to look around. I found a Dentist in Balwyn, Dentist Boutique and at this stage I hadn’t realised what I had found. Firstly, I was greeted by lovely young lady named Hayley and she guided me through my options very clearly and explained the process in a simple manner and also explained my financial options. Then I was introduced to Dr Andrew one of the Dental surgeons. He was friendly and helpful, and he explained the Dental procedure to me in a way that I could understand and put me at ease. So, I decided to go ahead with the procedure, I was to have All on 4 in the upper jaw using 4 implants and one single implant and a three-tooth bridge with 2 implants on the lower jaw. Well, what do you think it was fantastic, what a difference it has made to my looks, I can now smile without seeing rotten and missing teeth. I am very happy with the results, I could not be any happier, and now I am looking forward to seeing the dentist, that is a remarkable change in my behaviour, and every one that knows me remark on my teeth, they cannot believe how natural they look. Everyone has shown their excitement for me and how happy they are for me. This is the best thing I have done for myself, and it could not have been achieved without the friendly and professional people of Dental Boutique. So, a big thank you to all that have helped me on my journey, and I will never forget any of you. Thank you Dr Andrew a great caring surgeon, Krystal the dental assistant/ nurse, what a fantastic job she done, she was always prepared and ready for anything, she was caring and supportive to me from start to finish, it was great to see her friendly happy smiling face. Thank you so much Krystal, hope to see you again and Hayley Thank you, what a very special team of people, you have made a very large change in my life. I cannot say thank you enough. I Love my Teeth.

Just had some work done only my bottom half so far. Not fully finished yet. But the difference already is fantastic. Cannot thank Dr Andrew Cheng enough. All the staff just fantastic. Anyone wanting to smile again with confidence and feel good about themselves highly recommend 10 out 10 .

I could not recommend the team at dental boutique enough! I haven’t been happy with my teeth for as long as I can remember so I decided to get my teeth fixed, the whole process from start to finish was amazing. Everyone I spoke to were such beautiful people, so friendly and welcoming and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Sam Koh and the team were amazing, very professional and friendly. He was so caring and made sure I was feeling okay. He did a root canal for me which I was so scared of getting done due to past experiences, but it was by far the quickest and I felt very minimal pain during the procedure. I’ve now got composite veneers and waiting for my porcelains for my front teeth to be made but I am so happy with my results and it’s not even completed. Thank you so much Dr. Sam xx

While at home in iso I decided to google porcelain veneers, and came across the amazing transformations from Dental Boutique. Boy, did I hit the JACKPOT!!! I was contacted by the lovely receptionist, I needed a root canal finished and I was really intrigued to know what could possibly be done with my teeth… I was confident but secretly unhappy with the way my teeth looked, especially in photos and when I smiled. I was super fortunate to have my initial consultation with Dr Shaylee Wang. She talked me through what she could do for me, and before I knew it I was having impressions done, and my journey began… the BEST decision I’ve ever made!!! Dr Shaylee is super professional, confident, knowledgeable and an absolute perfectionist. She reassured me to trust in her, and the process. Honestly, she is absolutely AMAZING!!! I want to squeeze her, she has absolutely transformed my teeth, my mouth, the entire balance of my face, to something I never thought possible. I’ve had so many compliments, jealous friends (lol) and my clients have been amazed at how great my teeth look. I have been recommending Dr Shaylee, as it’s amazing how many people aren’t happy with their teeth, and have been asking me so many questions, as they now would love to have beautiful teeth like me. Amazing staff and people, they make you feel so welcome and address every issue that you may have, they were so helpful with sorting out a payment plan for my teeth as well. Dr Shaylee has been incredible, she fixed all my teeth and made me feel very comfortable while doing so, I love how you can watch Netflix as a distraction it really helps! Also my partner got all his front teeth filled and they look amazing! When another dentist wanted to rip them all out Dr Shaylee actually took the time to see if they were alive and healthy and fixed them all up. We are now both confident with our teeth and can't thank dental boutique enough !

Wow is all I can say… I had a massive dental phobia and was petrified making my first call to DB.. Where to start,I minute I walked in to dental Boutique I new I was in the right place,the girls at the front desk where awesome and very helpful.Dr Anna is by far the best dentist I have ever had and ever seen,Dr Anna and Tegan did wonders with my teeth and gave me confidence to smile again. I can’t recommend the team at dental boutique enough! I haven’t been happy with my teeth for as long as I can remember so I decided to invest in porcelain veneers, the whole process from start to finish was super easy and strait forward. Everyone who I had the pleasure of talking to were such beautiful people, so friendly and welcoming and I felt super comfortable. My dentist was Dr boon, he was so gentle and something I thought would be a painful process I can say I felt very minimal pain and he always checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and wasn’t in too much pain the whole time. So happy with the end result

I had the most amazing experience at dental boutique. Considering I have major dental anxiety, they all made me feel so safe and looked after, from the initial consultation. Dr. Shaylee & nurse Krystal were so patient and caring, and the customer service team were unreal too, Mimi & Nadia were so helpful, and made me feel awesome! I came into dental boutique not knowing what to expect, I had found them from their social media page on instagram. I had been unhappy with my teeth for such a long time, with 2 rounds of braces I didn't have the ideal smile I wanted. I decided to invest in porcelain veneers, I had read many reviews and had feedback given to me from friends that had visited dental boutique themselves. From the get go I had such a pleasurable time, dental boutique really makes you feel warm with their on the ball receptionists and staff, everyone is lovely, they greet you all the time even if you arnt their patient and are simply just walking to a dental room. My dentist was Dr Julie pham. In 4 simple words .. she changed my life. I went so many years with feeling uncomfortable taking photos to just using photo editors to whiten my teeth to make them all match. Dr Julie sat down with me and went through all my options, she told me the pros and cons of different situations. I went into the practice not knowing what to expect and came out fully informed of treatment options, prices and payment plan options which made pricing alot easier for me to adjust to! I cant thank Dr Julie pham enough and sumi for their help in altering my smile to the way I wanted it to be. The practice catered to my time frame and I received weekly check ins to see how I had gone after treatment. And one thing I was surprised in is that my veneer preparation was totally pain free! I could not recommend this practice enough Will definitley be back for future dental work :)

Choosing a professional dental practice can be very challenging and time consuming and after my experience with Dental Boutique i will not go to any other dental clinic for any of my future dental treatment. I have suffered from crooked and protruding teeth all my life and i have always been very self conscious with my smile. I was recommended by a friend to Dental Boutique and my experience there has been nothing short but exceptional. At the age of 57, i started my invisalign treatment with Dental Boutique, and in a short span of 1 year my teeth has straightened up significantly. I could not be happier with the result and i have even recommended 2 of my friends to Dental Boutique since then. I hadn’t been to the dentist in so many years I was so fearful to call up and make an appointment and even more fearful or attending the appointment to find out how bad my teeth were. However after checking out Dental Boutique’s website, I started chatting to the rep on live chat and she was really helpful in answering my questions and booking me an appointment. The whole process was simple and the dentists were excellent and very informative in helping me design my new smile as I had a number of dental issues that I was not happy with. So glad I came across this clinic. It really is amazing - you will not be disappointed!!

I visited Dental Boutique because I really wanted to fix my front teeth with veneers. After researching a few dental practices I felt that Dental Boutique looked like the best practice for me. I had braces when I was younger but I did not wear my retainers and so my two front teeth started to overlap over the years. I was unhappy with this and colour of of my teeth so decided to finally do something about it. I love to smile and laugh but I was afraid to because I felt too self-conscious of my crooked teeth. Dental Boutique helped me realise what my smile could be, and since treatment I feel a lot more confident and no longer afraid to take photos and smile. The staff were amazing in supporting my treatment decision and throughout the whole process. They have a fantastic patient support system and made me feel comfortable and assured the whole time that it was going to be okay. So happy with my result!

I visited Dental Boutique as I had previous cosmetic work done at another dental practice but was unhappy with how it made me look. I did not feel that the work performed suited my facial features and personality characteristics, as my teeth were too big and bulky and were in disproportion to her face. This made me very self-conscious about my smile as I felt that the teeth were not my own and unnatural-looking. At first I had hesitations about redoing my dental work due to my past experience. However, I did my research online and really liked the aesthetics examples of Dental Boutique's work on previous patients as the work looked natural. What was a stand out for me was how gentle the dentist and dental assistants are and how much they cared for me both before and after treatment. Dental work in general is not necessarily cheap for most people. The whole team are friendly and professional. The thought of visiting the dentist petrified me but after speaking with Reuben I felt finally ready to go back to get some treatment after years of avoiding it. Claire's welcoming smile and bubbly personality make every visit feel like you're coming back to a friend and all the dental nurses take the extra steps to make sure you are comfortable. Everyone who you would meet, starting from the receptionist to the Dentist are super friendly. They give you a very warm welcome, which helps a lot to break the stigma of a scary dentist office. My dental cost are not the cheapest in the market, but I have no qualms spending the amount to get the fantastic service that they consistently offer.

Whenever I walked into the clinic they will always send their warmest welcome to you to make sure you feel comfortable and happy. As well as to promote their teeth health to us with their big smiles :-P. I have done one teeth orthodontics before with other dentist however it failed. Then I consulted Dr May with my concern and she has proved me with her professional opinions and her own experience to make me have more confident on my second tried. I was impressed by her professionalism and passionateness when the time she paid attention to each of my appointments and especially to the tiny details while the other dentists may not be able to notice to. I am glad to be looked after by Dr May Chan and she is always presenting not only a dentist, but a good friend to you :-D.

I have had several bad experiences with other dentists in the past, not until I visited the Dental Boutique! I had my root canal tooth crowned by Dr Reuben Sim and he was extremely professional, gentle and assuring! The entire process of preparation, crowning and post check up was a pleasant experience and I am really happy with the final outcome of my tooth!

dental boutique is unlike any other practice I have ever seen. The staff are exceptional, friendly,helpful and talented. the environment is closer to a day spa than a traditional dental practice and the costs are reasonable. most importantly - the dental work is first class.

My experience has been positive from day one. This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to by far. I am about to have dental implants and trust them totally with my wellbeing

I was extremely anxious to go to the dentist as I needed 2 root canals and had been to a few dentists but never found one that made me feel at ease- I found that often they made me feel bad about my teeth and it would leave me really distressed! I really searched through dentists and finally found Reuben Sim at Dental Boutique. He is amazing. So empathic and gentle, extremely informative and professional. I felt so relaxed and don't fear going back to the dentist at all. I couldn't reccommend him more!!

I am a highly nervous client when it comes to the dentist. After being traumatised prev. I was so relived to find Dr Ruben. He made me feel calm and at ease, even after a 3hr surgery. The consultation process was extensive and thorough, couldn't recommend him any more.

I have never experienced such great service and treatment from a Dentist before. Having suffered discoloured teeth most of my life it is a joy now to have a perfect smile. Rueben was outstanding in his dedication to making sure I was completely happy and I would definitely recommend the Dental Boutique to anyone.
