Very happy with Doorite Screens. The whole process was a very pleasant experience. Romy was very professional and polite. David was prompt in doing a measure and quote. Even though they advised that it will take up to 3 weeks for installation, they completed the job in less than one week from paying deposit. Wayne was very nice and efficient, arrived very punctually. I love the end product invisiguard. Would highly recommend Doorite Screens!!!

After sale response when things go belly up is a defensive tactic of complete denial and blaming the customer. Extremely disappointed with the quality of product as deterioration has been astounding. Have you ever been told that you have to clean dust off and external door every 3 months? Good luck if there’s an issue.

We needed to retrofit insect screens to sliding doors. I wanted something neat and unobtrusive that preferably fit within the existing door frame. Most companies wanted to fit a large frame around the existing doors so they could install their screens. Yuk. Doorite were the only company to say, yep, we can fit screens within the existing frame. Yay! They are great - they colour-matched the existing frame and the screens look like they're part of the original doors, not a retrofit. We can now get a breeze through, and I'm really very happy with the purchase. Well priced, too. Before ordering I did go down to the factory where the staff were really helpful and had everything on display. Everyone at Doorite was lovely - from the sales staff, factory staff and installers. Very happy to recommend this local business.

I have had a fantastic experience with Doorite screens. They went out of their way to offer solutions for our 40 YO security door with the broken handle. The job was assessed and the repair completed within a couple of days at an extremely reasonable price considering the effort that went into getting it just right. Everyone my mother and I dealt with could not have been more helpful and accommodating. It is very refreshing that family companies are still surviving in this day and age and somewhere you can still get real service and talk to real people. I would not hesitate in using there services again in the future.

I visited Door Rite to see if they could repair a lock from an old security door which was needing to either be repaired or replaced. After looking at the lock they said it couldn't be repaired but after a few minutes of looking around they found a similar used lock and gave it to me. I offered to pay but they wouldn't accept anything and were happy for me to have it. I'll certainly be keeping this company in mind when I need a new security door and have no hesitation in recommending them. Fantastic service.

I just wanted to say how much I love my new security screen door and what a brilliant job you did…it has made a HUGE difference to the amount of light in my new kitchen, being able to see outside, apart from the security aspect… a bonus, it stops some drafts coming in from the old front door too….& really suits my little period workers cottage. I also appreciate the time you put in to explain things to me, like how secure it was, as I live close to beach, how to maximise rust prevention over time, by double dipping and how you could adapt the design to match the panels of my period front door … nothing was a problem. I know Wayne is coming back to changeover something from grey to black…but just wanted to say how thrilled I am at the installation job he did so professionally and quickly too. So, just many thanks for the great great service. ps: …I rarely write notes like this nowadays as it’s hard to find professional family businesses like yours anymore .. or get service like this anymore … . From the moment I called to enquire about the types of screen doors the service was friendly and they had a rep come out to my place to do the measurements within a week. Screen doors look excellent as they were custom built and the service was very friendly. Highly recommend.

I seldom write reviews but I had to on this occasion. Great product and the team at Doorite were really easy to deal with. The door looks great (would you believe that we've had compliments on the color and style of door) We got three quotes and they were cheaper on one and on par with the other. Don't waste your time shopping around, Doorite are great value and their product is fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending Doorite.

I had a couple of quotes done and the girl who came out was on time, talked me through all my options and provided me a quote on the spot. I went with a steel frame canterbury door for my Victorian terrace house and a single window screen in the same steel mesh. The guy who came out to check measure called me within a few days of me placing the order, and within a few weeks my door/flyscreen was ready. I had to initally change one thing before they started to manufacture the flyscreen and this was also no problem. Wayne came out to install my goods and was on time, friendly, and quick and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the quality of good, installation and service and would recommend to anyone.

Just had a steel porch enclosure installed and we are rapt with the end result. It really looks amazing and the workmanship is of a very high standard. I visited the showroom to see the doors in person before I made my final decision. The staff were very helpful and offered practical advice in relation to materials, design choice, etc. And good value for money. Overall, it was a simple process for me and our job was handled with the utmost professionalism. Job took around 5 weeks. Would definitely recommend without any hesitation.

Thankfully a friend recommended Doorite Screens to us. Andy listened to our requests and was very thorough recording our requirements. Wayne was fastidious with the measurements on our 80 year old house and double checked his templates and any queries he had with us. The door measurement taken by Andy was accurate and Dave did a good, clean job with the fitting and installation yesterday - the timing of which suited me well. The new Screen Door looks very nice in appearance and I am glad I used Doorite to do the job.

Hi We were absolutely amazed at the unprecedented customer service, attention to process, timeliness and overall excellence of service and product form this family owned and run business. I was reluctant to add a screen door because I felt it would detract form the beauty of our new lead light paneled front door...but we love breezes in summer. Doorite solve our problem with a custom made, colour matched screen door that has actually added to the look of our home. We found them very efficient. They came to measure as arranged, gave us a quote on the spot. We called into the showroom to double check the look and the mesh required. Installation was within the time fame and with minimal fuss. We were very happy with all aspects of our dealings with them. Have recommended them to a neighbour with similar needs.

I also did a lot of research to find a reputable company to replace our two security doors and found Doorite Screens to have numerous glowing reviews. And once again, they have another happy customer. Shanie in the showroom was very friendly and helpful in guiding me towards the most suitable doors for our needs and she didn't use any pushy sales tactics (unlike another local door manufacturer). She was then thorough and professional when she came out to measure as was the man who did the final installation. The doors look great and have modernised our courtyard. I will highly recommend this family-owned business to my friends and family!

I researched a few companies before deciding on Doorite. I always read the reviews people write and the reviews for Doorite were all positive and commendable. I wanted security doors and screens on the windows that look out onto a courtyard. Now that my door and window security screens have been made and fitted by Doorite I would like to add to the list of reviews. I am extremely pleased with the finished product as they blend in with the features of my apartment and look very classy. Andy has been very professional, friendly, and prompt through the whole process. He did not try to persuade me on the products available but gave me options and thoroughly explained the differences between them. He followed up and delivered on time. The materials used are sturdy and great quality and cut to perfection. Assembled, everything lines up perfectly and I am very happy with the whole experience and recommend Doorite 100%. This company is a god send. I believe it is a family run business and has been around forever- I'm sorry I didnt find them sooner!!! I am absolutely loving my new flyscreen windows and security front door, they allow all that cool breeze through and the bugs out....cant wait to see my next electricity bill and see how much I've saved from not needing my air-con and fans running throughout the night anymore. I would also like to thank the team at Doorite Screens from my beloved pooch that now can come and go from inside the house as he pleases due to his new doggie door in our back door, I would assume my neighbours also thank you as they dont have to hear my pooch barking to come in. Doorite Screens offers flyscreen windows and doors in a wide variety of screen, security and colour types. The staff here, from the girl who answered the phone, the gentleman who came and measured my windows and doors and the woman who came and installed my new screens, are all so very polite and seem to go that little extra mile to cater to their customers needs/wants. The cost is very reasonable in my opinion from all the research and quotes I have been given. A real bonus that I like here is as I mentioned above that it is a family ran business and the products are made to order in the factory. They have a huge range is display doors in the show room with staff that really know their product. Super happy with everything this company offered and showed me- keep up the good work guys...... I have been using Doorite Screens for years (even when they were in Cheltenham) and have never had any complaints. They are always friendly and willing to help where they can. They have done an amazing job with my dog & cat doors, and I love the added security I get from my front door, especially on those nice breezy days when I want to leave my front wooden door open. I always recommend them to everyone I hear talking about needing security screens or doors done. An amazing job by everyone from the office, to the measuring/installing & to behind the scenes where the products get made. Will always continue to use Doorite Screens no matter where they move. :)

Doorite screens replaced my front security door & side panel a few months ago. They are a family owned company and I found them very helpful over the phone. I was given prices for several options over the phone. Their showroom had all the door designs and mesh options which helped me to choose the exact design I wanted. The father/owner came out to measure my door and side panel. He offered great advice and he recommended they change the width of one of the panels so it exactly matched the wooden front door. He was also able to have the security door & door handle powder coated in the same colour as my timber front door which is a discontinued paint colour. No other company was able to do that for me. I believe their doors are all made to measure and made on their premises. I've had no issues with my door and am happy to recommend them.

You know, it's quite hard to find people who are willing to just do a few fly screens around your house. Certainly, we couldn't find anyone in the local paper and some of the calls we put in went in vain. Thank god for WOMO! Doorite were the only ones that seemed decent of the businesses reviewed, so we decided to give them a call. The office staff were prompt, friendly and were able to provide what seemed a very competitive price over the phone. No brainer to go ahead with them and Andy arrived at our home later in the week to do the measure and finalise the details. Andy was very helpful and even though some of the flyscreens would be a bit trickier to install, quoted us only a tiny bit extra to sort it out. The order for the screens were placed and they were ready to come and install ahead of schedule. Talk about under-promise over-deliver. Andy came out again to do the install and was done in no time. The screens look amazing and work really well! It's like you don't even notice they're there. We would really recommend Doorite, especially if you just need some basic screens put in!
