Rohan just finished work on my Honda civic. He spent 4 hours straight on it and did an amazing job! I'm really happy with the paint protection that was applied; it brought out the color of the car beautifully. Customer service was immaculate and job was completed to perfection. Extremely satisfied and will highly recommend! :)

Rohan recently performed a detailing job on our Toyota Aurion. Rohan showed himself to be a really hard worker and and he takes pride in his work. He was prompt to our agreed appointment time and he took the time (more than a few hours) required to complete the job to a high degree of professionalism. Plus, the conditions were tough (it was raining!). If I had any criticism, its that a couple of spots at the margins of the windscreen and rear windows weren't completely smear/smudge free.. but that is really really hard to totally remove, and with rain it would probably be difficult to see. So I totally understand. Rohan made the car really shine. It was a mess inside, and he has done a truly amazing job. Thanks Rohan.

Having read other people's reviews I have to say that I would agree with the positive comments about Elitecare Auto Detailing. From the start when I emailed Rohan with my enquiry, he responded very promptly and answered all my questions. He sent me a text message reminder and arrived early for our booked appointment! My car needed a lot of care on the exterior due to being parked outside near trees that had left yellow marks / sap on it. After Rohan's detailing my car looks brand new! Very impressed! I felt that Rohan treated my car as if it was his own; his attention to detail is excellent and it is clear he is very passionate about what he does. Highly recommend!

My Land Rover Discovery 4 White one Do the "Paint protection plus" $490 + extra $60 Full interior steam. I brought it last week from an OFF-ROAD seller. When i get my car, i am so surprised about the finishing of both inside and outside. I like my leather seats and they look so shiny and even better than some dealer cars. $550 is not a very cheap service. But I can definitely say it worths the money. Very Happy. And Rohan is very nice.

I recently purchased a second hand 2008 Toyota Aurion Sportivo ZR6, and had it detailed by Rohan about 3 weeks ago, after finding his website via Google search. My car was looking reasonable before I took up Rohan's "Elite Detail" package but after he was done it looked *amazing*! I have since received several compliments from my friends, work colleagues and family, many of whom told me that the car looked new and they were surprised it was a 2008 model. On top of this great result, Rohan seems like a lovely bloke and was a pleasure to deal with - he was punctual, down to earth, flexible / accommodating with my own schedule, and more than willing to offer advice on the best car body maintenance practices for me going forward. He was also happy to remove old rego and permit stickers from the windscreen, and fit some car mats I had bought, at no extra charge. Clearly Rohan loves his work and takes great pride in everything he does. I have already recommended his services to several people and will continue to do so. When it comes time to give the car another spruce up, there'll be no need to decide on who to use - Rohan / Elitecare will be a clear and easy choice.

Rohan is a really friendly guy, and his car detailing work is fantastic. I'm very picky, and I'm very happy with the final result of my BMW X1, which I had just bought second hand and marks on the leather seats, and was dirty on the outside. Rohan was able to significantly improve the look of the car, both inside and out. Highly recommend him for any car detailing work.

I bought a second hand Audi A4 and wanted to restore it to close to its original condition and I also had an old Honda SUV that I wanted to sell. Rohan came and gave the Audi an 'elite detail' and the Honda a 'sell my car detail'. He arrived at the promised time after sending me a reminder text the night before and worked his magic on both cars. They both came up a treat and I was impressed enough by the results to book my Harley in for a detail next week. Normally no-one gets to touch the Harley! My car was in desperate need of an interior clean. Ever the sceptic, I spent several months researching mobile car detailers online. There were many dodgy looking businesses in Melbourne, however I kept coming back to Elitecare. Rohan’s website and online reviews were the only ones that were professional and legitimate. I finally made the call and booked Rohan for a full interior clean/detail and basic exterior clean. First and foremost, is his professional attitude and outstanding customer service. He was quick to get in touch, was easy to deal with over the phone, I was able to book at a mutually agreeable date and time – and he showed up on time, exactly when he said he would. His work was top notch – he completely transformed the interior of my car and got everything fresh, clean and feeling brand new again. My car seats had been messed up from my job – he got all the dirt and grime out. The carpets and mats came up spotless. Everything looked as it did when I first bought my car. He took great care of the exterior too which had recently had some repair work done. I was so incredibly happy and impressed with his work. He had a mobile electronic payment device, and I was able to pay via EFTPOS on the day. I highly recommend Rohan at Elitecare. I will be calling on him again next time I need my car cleaned up!!

I booked him to do the job at my workplace which was really convenient. He came on time and did a terrific job. I had excellent service, the car has never been this clean. I was parked down the end of a slim driveway and the tap around the back of the house, but that was no problem. The interior was covered in dog hair and I have no idea how he removed it all but he did.

I booked Elitecare to do my new car with their protective Hydro wash. The finish is as good as the day I bought it and even with all of the rain it's stayed clean and stopped all the dusty rain marks sticking to the car. Rohan was on time and super helpful.

My car looks like new! I had a full detail including cut & polish and interiors to remove greasy kids finger marks from the roof of the car. Excellent customer service, with a reminder call, arriving on-time and accurate estimation of how long it would take (and providing updates). Rowan also was super helpful by helping me to remove and offering to re-install the car seats. I will be using Elite Auto a Detailing again.

Cannot recommend enough. Rohan arrived on time, early on a Saturday morning to detail my convertible, and left a result that I would not have thought was possible after 6 years. Had Rohan come out today to polish my Gen F GTS, was never really happy how the dealer gave me the car and thus went searching for a professional to do the job. Rohan was quick to reply after inital contact....on time.....a great price and a fantastic service. Now the GTS looks like it should. Rohan did an awesome job. My van hadn't had a decent clean in 5 years (since I bought). Rohan has made the van look better than coming off showroom floor. Even the plastic bumpers have come up a treat and the paint work has it's gloss back.

My wife's Subaru Forester needed some 'love', and Rohan delivered. It had not been cleaned for ages (as the neighbours have been renovating their place - lots of dust - for over a year). Rohan arrived on time, was very courteous and diligent, and left at the planned time. He is efficient and left the car looking great! Now I'm thinking of getting the paint treatment for a car we bought last week - all because Rohan helped explain how it works and I felt I could trust him. Prompt service, quality work. For an older 4WD the paintwork started to look a bit sad. After other detailers not getting it how I wanted, Elitecare definitely ticked that box. I needed paint protection for my new car and contacted Elitecare to do the job as they are listed as one of the approved applicators of "Toughseal" - a paint protection product which I found to have very positive reviews when I was doing my research on the internet. The nice thing about Elitecare is that they come to your home to do the job. Rohan spent about six hours on my vehicle. He was painstakingly thorough and took great care in applying the paint protection to the car. What is more, I ended up paying about a third of the price that I was quoted by the dealer from I bought the car. I would definitely recommend Elitecare Auto Detailing if you looking for someone to look after your car's appearance

Rohan detailed my husbands ute as we were selling it. We were selling the Ute around xmas time so were expecting to have to wait a while to find a buyer as its such a busy time of year. Rohan did such a great job and was really lovely to deal with. The day after we put the ute up on car sales we had one guy come and look and offer us more than we were expecting. What a great experience - if you need to sell a car get Rohan to detail your car!

Rohan's work on my Astra was of the highest standard. He is someone who genuinely cares about the work he produces. If you want someone to care about your car as much as you do - he is the man. Due to a cigarette smell, I called Rohan to detail the inside of my car. He was very professional and prompt. The car was detailed a month a go. The inside still looks like new and the smell is gone. He also cleaned the outside of the car, and for at least 2 weeks, I could still pick my car in a carp[ark because of how shiny it was. I would recommend Elite Auto Detailing and I would use this service again.

With three small boys under 5 we had outgrown our Subaru Forester and needed to sell. We found Elitecare Auto Detailing online & Rohan came to the house a week later. Rohan was friendly, efficient and did a really thorough job. For $170 our five year old car looked brand new inside & as good as it possibly could on the outside. We sold a fortnight later for a good price & we were so pleased with Rohan's service that we asked him to come back to detail our new (second-hand) car. Rohan was courteous and diligent and having him come to your residence is a bonus when you have three small children. It's Rohan's own business so he is professional & seems very genuine.

My car is the cleanest it has ever been after getting these guys to come down and detail it. The windows are perfect, the outside looks great, and what's even better is they managed to get all the dog hair out! It looks better than brand new!!! Rohan was professional, punctual, and cheerful. He did a very thorough job getting my Tarago ready for sale, so good that I wish I had done it earlier, it is silly that the new owner will get to enjoy that new car smell while I had to put up with the signs of passage of the kids. While it is not possible to remove all the ravages of time and neglect, it is looking MUCH better now. he also cleaned the interior of my wife's car, it is back to new condition (until the kids get in). Great value for money, and a real pleasure to watch Rohan in action.

I cannot recommend Rohan of Elite Care more highly. He did a fantastic job of detailing my car both inside and out . Nothing was too much trouble. I asked if he might be able to remove some yellow paint off the bumper bar and he said no problem, he'd have a go. now you wouldn't know it was was ever there. His rates are more than reasonable. in the end, I'm kind of sad I'm selling the car as it looks so good!!!

I met Rohan through a small business group on facebook and was pleased to know he was in Melbourne. I advised him, l would love to have my car cleaned, he mentioned he was away for Christmas but would get back to me upon his return...(normally this is is where you lose contact, never to speak again), nope not Rohan, the day he returned from holidays, he messaged me, arranged a time, came out 2 days later, detailed my car to a beautiful shine. It looks amazing !!! He was professional presented, organised, tidy, no fuss kind of guy. He didn't mind having a chat everytime l l went out to check out how the car was going and answered any of my car questions...Overall l am totally impressed with his work. My parents are also very keen to have their car cleaned, which has been booked in for next Monday !!!

I am someone who really is careful about who I get to work on my car, there are a number ill trained operators. Rohan at Elite however really does know the science behind detailing vehicles and does a no fuss quality job. I'm very particular about attention to detail and I could not fault his work. I had recently taken my 4WD to Fraser Island and it was an absolute mess with salt & sand everywhere!! I contacted Rohan from Elitecare and even on Grand Final weekend he could squeeze me in and had the truck seriously looking new again! The interior is immaculate now and after our road trip the front of the car was covered in bugs and now its actually spotless...unfortunately it has rained all week since the wash but because of the wax or sealant after the wash it still looks amazing (wish I could post a before and after to show you the difference). Rohan was great and there when he said he would be and spent a good couple of hours with it. Will definitely use Rohan again and already had my neighbour asking for his number!

Rohan made my old car shine like new again! I needed my car detailed before sale as over the years it had lost its shine, and I hadn't taken great care of it. It also had a section where I had scraped a painted pole and left the pole paint on the car. In just a couple of hours Rohan was able to remove most of that damage and restore the shine both inside and out. I'm positive that this is a good investment and will add value to the sale price of the car. Rohan was friendly, punctual and professional. Would highly recommend.

Awesome job and service. Got that glassy and glossy paint surface back. Swirl marks were gone, so were those annoying micro scratches from the door handle area. Overall, very satisfied with the service, and very reasonably priced too.
