I used to hate dentist as lots of dentist trying to rip off and didnt do the job correctly. But I find that this practice is trustworthy and the receptionist is excellent and very professional. I initially had my wisdom extraction with dr luc and wasnt sure if it’ll be ok. He indeed did excellent job with calm manner, gentle and there is no pain and he even called me the next day to ensure im ok. Best dentist practice that I ever been in melbourne with excellent service ( always work beyond expectation), excellent receptionist, good value and accept any card payment. But we need to book in advance to get appointment.

Vicki is just great, friendly helpful and understanding. Dr Kim is very professional, explains in detail, has patience and is gentle. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

Changed places of living and read the review of Melbourne Smile Centre and it turned out people are saying the truth. Dr Luc is so gentle and experienced in helping me remove two wisdom teeth, I never thought teeth removal would be so painless and smooth as such. Plus the cleaning service is perfect as well, recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable dental experience!

Business Manager Vicki sets the tone. Friendly and caring gives confidence before you actually see the dentist. This morning saw Dr Kim who proved to be so kind and honest. I thought I may have needed a filling but he said no - it would be OK just keep flossing. How often does that happen?? Would recommended him to family and friends.

Vicky, Adam and the team at Melbourne smile centre truly went above and beyond over the last week in 2 visits I have made to the clinic. Adams demeaner is very calming which is great for someone like me who is incredibly nervous in the dentists chair. I am so happy to have found the team and will definitely be back for my next check up. Thank you!!

This clinic is excellent with friendly experienced staff who are proud to work there. Throughout the whole process of braces, I always felt that I was in good hands. I would like to thank Dr Deepak, Vicki and the whole team at Melbourne Smile Centre. It was a two year journey with my braces and every visit was enjoyable, warming and felt like home. Always on time, staff always friendly no matter what time of day I came in and very professional. Highly recommended to all, especially those who are scared of dentist because this team will make you feel at ease the moment you walk in the doors. What a professional and caring team at Melbourne Smile Centre. Dr Adam is truly amazing he is spot on with his diagnosis he has helped me make the rights decisions on my dental care. Staff are always friendly and very professional i hand them that. I visited and was told my tooth was decayed and i had to come back and pay for a quote as the initial dentist couldnt fix. My quote a crown $1300. My gut said find my old dentist who moved from local to a distance away, so i did, $300 later a clean and cleaned put the decay and a really good filling, ridiculous her words were. Just be mindful a second opinion is always better. My old dentist owns her own practice and building and is very acclaimed and respected. Wow might go shopping with that $1000 i saved.

I never thought that I would bother to review a dental practice or a dentist. However, I feel compelled to rate my experience if for nothing else than to aid others who may be looking to find or change dentists. Myself and my wife have seen Dr Adam on several occasions for various treatments; he has surpassed my expectations and previous experience of any other dentist. What sets Dr Adam apart from most is the time he is prepared to spend explaining and demonstrating why treatment is required, options and potential outcomes. Dr Adam educates and explains his rational in a really clear way. This enables the patient to make genuinely informed choices. As per other reviews, Dr Adams is highly professional, interested and caring in his approach and is clearly passionate about dentistry and wanting to solve problems for people. The practice is small, but always very clean Vicky the receptionist (as per other reviews) is second to none, very friendly, helpful and informative. If like myself and my wife you are looking for a Dental practice in the Berwick area, I would highly recommend the Melbourne Smile Centre.

Melbourne Smile Centre is the most amazing Dental clinic I have ever been too. Everyone treats you like gold, the dentists are gentle and veryyyyyy caring, willing to answer any questions you may have. The clinic is ALWAYS clean and tidy, doesn't smell like that dentist smell a lot of people hate! The assistants and reception staff are always kind and polite, everyone at Melbourne Smile Centre treat you like they have known you forever, like a real individual not just another patient at the clinic! Best Dental Centre I have ever been to and my partner and I look forward to more outstanding service by these amazing people!

I have been around to a few dentists and I can say that the team at Melbourne Smile Centre has been outstanding!! Dr. Adam is an exceptional dentist with a great passion for what he does and his level of professionalism and service is the best I have experienced. Even for my 6 yr old who had never been to the dentist, it was a very positive experience. I can highly recommend Melbourne Smile Centre!

As someone who is normally scared of visiting a dentist, my recent experience at Melb. Smile Centre was positive. I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed as I did at MSC. The staff are friendly and efficient and I was told upfront the cost of service. Mark (dentist) is FANTASTIC. Highly recommend - especially to those who are petrified of dentists!

Their prices are reasonable and he will try to provide to you with the cheapest solution to your case. If your looking at getting braces look no further. Also first initial consultation is free

After being extremely scared of finding a dentist i felt happy with having had a few bad experiences in the past. I searched for one that had great reviews. I had an extremely painful and difficult extraction with a tooth that only had the root remaining which had badly abscessed. Adam was patient and kind. Allowed me time in between attempts to extract the root. I am grateful for his patience in getting it out. And i will return to have further work carried out . Would highly recommend to anyone

Im have been lucky enough to have Dr Adam Wahab and Kylie looking after me for my past few visits. I can not fault their work at all. They are both very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I have to have a lot of work done on my teeth and I still have a bit to go. If your looking for a dentist you will not regret going to the Melbourne Smile Centre.

Dr Deepak was my orthodontist at another clinic, he is one of the best dentist out there. Really puts his heart and soul into his patients. Really glad that I managed to find him and his clinic is now much closer to home will definitely get my whole family to there for general dental check ups from now on. Receptionist Vicki was amazingly friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended, definitely one of the best dental clinic!

Chose them because of their preferred status with Medibank. Had some work done on my teeth, mostly happy, but needed some rework, which was done without complaint and at no further cost.

Dr Deepak is fantastic, he is super friendly, very funny, and very calming which is great if you are a bit nervous going to the dentist. I got my braces put on in February and am super happy with the service, you get a reminder text the day before your appointment which is very helpful. Also Vicki is fantastic, one of the nicest people i have met, she explains everything you need to know, especially about the sometimes confusing process of claiming on you private health cover. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

I am thrilled with the service ,their knowledge and their experties. The Dentist Dr Deepak is a perfectionist, he truly understands the art of dentistry and his manner is caring and friendly. Vicky is the star with her friendly ,caring service, Vicky impressed me with her milestone calls before and after appointmnents. Vicky,Dr.Deepak, and Kelly is so welcoming and caring, they love what they do and it shows.Dr Deepak is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to - extremely thorough, with the latest technology and most importantly with great results.The Team is very professional, helpful and very accommodating. Going to the dentist is not something many people love to do but my experience at Melbourne Smile Centre has been fantastic. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile by Vicky, the receptionist and the dentists there are excellent at what they do and very gentle which has always been my number one thing I look for in a dentist. Not only do they do a great job but they take the time to explain everything to you and show you what you need to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting dental work done and is looking for a good dentist.

I came across the MSC while I was Googling dentists/orthodontists to in my area. I new I wanted braces or invisalign and wasn't happy with my current dentist. From the moment I made my first call to MSC I have been treated with amazing customer service. I felt so at ease with Dr Deepak and I trusted him straight away, Something that was missing from the 3 prior consults I had had at different practices. I felt that I was in good hands. 6 months on I am in my 5 month with my ceramic braces and everything is going great. The cost was significantly cheaper than the other quotes I had received so that was a bonus!

I am very nervous around dentists and hadn't been to see one for 12 years. Dr Aditi Gadre was fantastic - so gentle and no surprises, her assistant told me exactly what was going to happen every step of the way. She was so good that I even went back - unheard of for me! It's a lovely little practice in Berwick, all the staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. I booked my appointment on-line, another great feature! They were also a lot cheaper than quotes I'd been given for the same work to be done.
