I initially engaged Spiro (What if we Finance) back in Sept-22 when I was first looking into possibilities of buying a property. As part of my due diligence I met with several well reviewed Mortgage Brokers at the time, however, not one of them were as clear at walking me through the process and clarifying my personal borrowing power vs buying objectives as much as Spiro did. I knew after the initial discussion that he was “the one” and based on our chat he made it clear that in order to meet my borrowing objectives my deposit may be a limiting factor. Well, one year later and with a bigger deposit, I got back in contact in order to officially start the process. Impressively, Spiro remembered me and we continued our discussion by going through everything in detail once again based on current market conditions. His process and tools made the entire process smooth, stress free and easy to understand, and I felt very confident knowing Spiro was my trusted advisor and would be able to handle any issues which may arise. This was especially reassuring considering the many other challenges one needs to face when searching for and buying a property. TL;DR: Great service & understanding, responsive & proficient. The long version: I had a bit of a tricky scenario where I had previously been sole director of a company and due to Covid19 and the downturn in trade my home loan rate was 4.25%. Spiro listened to my dilemma and took all the information I had, and asked the appropriate questions to fully understand my scenario. Spiro and his team were able to provide advice, sort out the necessary paperwork, and put together a deal that gave me a refinance with a rate of 2.09%! Less than half of what I had been paying previously. Spiro's magic has meant that I've been able to reduce the amount of interest I pay and get my finances back on track. 100% recommend with no hesitation.

When we where shopping around for a home loan, it gets difficult especially when the banks are just after your money. My wife said "What if we finance", and I said, "well, we are, aren't we?". Apparently, she was referring to this company and thank goodness she found them. It was so easy to work with Spiro due to his professionalism and knowledge of the subject. As a first home buyer it is getting harder and harder to find finance. Banks speak their own language and the rules are not very clear. Spiro and the team helped us immensely because they were ale to explain clearly what we need to do to qualify for finance, they patiently translated all the jargon for us, prepared the application with us and did all the running around. It is because of them we are in our new home and we cannot be happier.

When looking at finance it is so to understand products but the team clearly and simply explained product structures, the benefits of different products and also they took time explain how banks will treat our applications. As an investor you want results and someone you can rely on. I had my bank of 10 years delaying and asking for their pound of flesh.
