The locksmith rescued us in a particularly tricky moment - the cars were locked inside the car while in the ignition... turned on!! It was close to midnight, and he came immediately, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and was a real problem solver. He got the car open and made us a spare key on the spot.

Called this morning with ignition key problems. SAS turned up at the time quoted. Professional, prompt and efficient. Repaired ignition lock in my work van, cut and supplied 2 new keys and explained everything that was going to be done prior to going ahead. Highly recommended, thank you.

Prompt service, with phone call prior to arrival. They actually came early for appointment and completed the quote and job quickly and easily. I would recommend them to others. I did not compare costs but going on past jobs with other companies I would say their prices are competitive.

This morning I couldn't get to work. My Honda Civic wasn't able to be driven or towed. My key needed replaced and I suspected the ignition needed repaired too. Was stressed out about the potential waiting period, to get a new key from Honda. Phoned SAS Locksmiths and spoke with Scott, who was friendly, professional, and efficient. Scott replaced the key, and repaired the ignition on site. Much faster, and more cost effective service than dealing with manufacturer direct. Thanks for solving our problem, and for being so easy to deal with :-)

Scott re-Coded my exiting front door and back door locks to use the same key. And provide a set of 4 keys. He provided additional 2 keys free of charge as backups.

Scott from SAS came out after being contacted by the RACV to fix the lock in my car. He was there on time, was very professional & courteous and had the job done in no time and even fixed another key problem for me while he was there. Would highly recommend Scott from SAS if you need a locksmith.

I had the drivers-side door lock replaced and some door damage around the lock corrected after a break-in to my car. I was very happy with the quality of the work - it was a difficult job but Scott made a real effort to do the job well and repair the damage. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to come out as well - most other locksmiths I called were going to be 1-4 weeks but Scott was there in 2.5 hours - which was a great relief as my car was undriveable! The price was also very reasonable for the work done and materials (new lock) needed. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

My car key broke in the ignition and I could not remove it nor get the car started. The locksmith turned up at the agreed time and removed the broken key from the ignition, provided a replacement key, switched over the transponder and even jump-started my car! That's what I call a complete service!

Following a burglary, I needed all my external doors made more secure. When I was let down by another locksmith, although he already had a busy schedule, Scott came around to assess the situation within three hours. He got back to me with a quote for all the work within a business day and as soon as he was able to obtain the required locks from his supplier, made an appointment to undertake the work which was all done most professionally.

The key to my car was worn beyond use or repair. Quote from manufacturer was $550 plus two weeks wait on shipping. Rang around and found SAS Locksmiths. Scott was at my house in an hours time, manually decoded my key (to worn to be read by machine) and had a new one made and fitted with my transponder in less than 20mins! He was very friendly, helpful and professional!

Elderly parents lost one and only set of car keys. Would have had to get a temporary key cut to unlock steering wheel and then get car towed to car dealer and wait all day for new keys to be cut and the chip programmed. Then I was lucky to find Scott from SAS Locksmiths, he was at their house within the hour, and lickety-split had two keys ready for them. One fully remote and the other semi. Saved us heaps of time, inconvenience and money. Highly recommend the service they provide. Cost was the same as dealer, but we got an extra key with SAS Locksmiths.

My door lock was broken on a cold and freezing night. Google and found SAS Locksmiths on the Web. It only took less than 10 minutes for Scott to come. He opened the door and fix the lock in less than 30 minutes. I was pleased with the quality of the service.

I had a vw golf car key stolen and I had to get another key cut so I could drive and lock my car several hours was spent on trying to get a pin so it could be done , the service person was very patient with the car system

My car key snapped off. I was quoted around $110 to get a replacement (and that was the cheapest quote). I rang SAS and was told that because I still had the head I could reuse the chip and it would be much cheaper (no-one else had told me this). He gave me a quote over the phone (which he stuck to) and I was able to go to them (as they were fairly close to where I live). He was friendly and professional and did the job efficiently.
