I found Antonio from primo maintenance to be very professional and punctual when he pressure washed our roof and concrete driveway and paths, he also went to the trouble of finding the matching broken tiles that I needed replacing and capping repaired. Antonio saved me a lot of money he carried out all the repairs cheaper than all the other quotes I had obtained. I highly recommend Antonio because of his professionalism and honesty thanks Antonio.

I have seen first hand the renovation work that Primo Property Maintenance has produced and it is first rate. Including painting, a full kitchen renovation and even a shop being gutted and brought up to a truely beautiful finish. I worked on a project in Sydney for a building used as a hotel service. We hired the help of Antonio Trio(PRIMO PROPERTY MAINTENANCE). The type of work ranged from pressure washing, to patching, to painting, garbage removal, etc. Antonio brought in teams to handle the different aspects of which we required. The quality of the work was impeccable and the service provided to arrive at the finished products was amazing. We had numerous changes throughout the project which required additional work from him and his team to which he consistently took on and completed. He provided solutions and even extended additional help in organising other areas which did not have to do with his work. He even brought in his coffee machine and made coffees at break times for everyone! An absolute pleasure to work with and great value for the product and service he provided.

We recently renovated an old home and desperately needed all the outside pavers to be refreshed. Antonio did a brilliant job cleaning with the pressure cleaner. He was very efficient and happy to accommodate the additional last minute requests. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the future. Has a great Italian accent too!

Antonio & his team did an amazing makeover on our Hawthorn home. He managed to bring our home back to life inside and out! From new gutters to painting! He co-ordinated everything very efficiently and we were extremely happy with the quality of workmanship. We would highly recommend him!

We hired Antonio to undertake a renovation/repair of our house. Lots of painting and plastering work and minor handyman jobs. He co-ordinated a team of tradies over 2 weeks while we were away and got everything done to a high standard and on time. He left things cleaner and tidier than any tradie we've used before. We discovered a powerpoint had stopped working where a skirting board had been replaced. We told Antonio and it was fixed the next day. Antonio was very professional and hard-working and his work was done to a high standard.

Highly recommend Primo Property Maintenance, Antonio did a fantastic job on my courtyard, driveway, footpaths, rendered house, fences inside and front together with the top of house mouldings, all of which were extremely dirty. I am extemely happy.

Found Antonio's website via a Google Search. Glad I did. The pressure wash cleaning of our paver area around the pool, pergola and back of the house was first rate. I have used other cleaning companies in the past that were useless. Antonio was able to remove all traces of staining to the paved areas quite easily. Good guy to chat with too. Price was fair for the amount of work he had to do. The job was first rate in my opinion. Would recommend him to others. I will surely be using Antonio again. GREAT JOB.

we met Antonio last year just before Christmas when he was doing work for some other people in Brighton. We needed someone to clean the windows of my double storey house ASAP. Antonio not only fit us in at short notice, but did a wonderful job with our very dirty windows and at a very reasonable price. Great personality as well.

We get our shop floor and pavement pressure cleaned by the council but it never comes up that good. The pavement was still filthy. We called Antonio and he pressure cleaned the floor and pavement and it came up great. It was a job well done and we will use him again and highly recommend him

I had a terrific experience with primo high pressure cleaning I just had my deck and porch washed and sealed by this company a few weeks ago. They were great! They were on-time, polite, responsive, and reasonably priced. I thought they did a fantastic job, and my deck and porch went from gray and dingy to looking like new. The only scheduling issue I encountered was due to heat. On the day the sealant was to be applied, the temperature was soaring to almost 100 degrees. I received a call from the company and was told that the sealant could not be applied under these conditions and it would be rescheduled for later in the week. They ended up rescheduling for the next day when things were a bit cooler. I felt the company communicated very well, and I was never left wondering when the job would be done. It took one and a half weeks (not 2 months) from scheduling to completion to get my decked washed and sealed. Very quick turn-around time with fantastic results.

I would like to thank Antonio for delivering such a professional, efficient and cost effective service at our house yesterday. We had finished renovating 18 months ago and the house had been left covered in grime and dust. After one phone call, Antonio was around the very next day and the job was done! Just as we thought we'd have to repaint because the house looked shabby, he transformed it and we can delay painting for a few more years yet. Thank you Antonio!

Antonio came and gave our Edwardian house a thorough clean, all of the outdoor and painted areas look like new, everything sparkles from the paving, to the decking to the laserlite roof. Antonio is friendly, polite, professional and cheerful. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

I had my house washed and my paths, decking & driveway pressure washed. Antonio was really nice to deal with and my whole house looked fantastic when he had finished. Also I've tried to do my driveway myself with a Gerni but the difference was like night and day.
