Wow, quick delivery !!!!! The XXL comfy collar for our Bernese Mountain Dog is great, especially after those clear plastic Elizabethan collars that ache when the dogs bashes them into your legs. The Comfy collar is exactly that, COMFY

Very happy with my experience with The Woof Shop. Very fast delivery and has some products that are different to other shops. I bought the Cat Crib Hammock for my two girls and they absolutely love them! A unique and space saving idea for a cat bed and oh so comfy! It is tucked away and private which is exactly how cats prefer to sleep. They have quickly become my girl's favourite nap spot. Would definitely recommend The Woof Shop for unique pet products for all fur babies.

Placed order for PAWZ rubber dog boots on the Monday, requesting Express Post, and received them on the Wednesday. Excellent delivery service. Also appreciated the hand written note with a bit of extra information on the use of the boots, and the thank-you for the order. My Weimaraner is ageing and is dragging his toes to the point where he has worn his nails back to the vein. As opposed to regular boots, the PAWZ rubber boots, whilst semi-disposable, are wearing well and provide a far more natural feel of the ground for the dog and don't affect his natural stride as I was finding with vinyl or cordura boots.
A good product and a great business. Will be using them again.

The woof shop is great, i purchased some rubber socks for my dog that was hit buy a bus and knuckles on his hind paw so i needed something to protect his foot when he was without his orthotic boot. Great friendly service and fast and easy delivery!

There was a glitch in the ordering online. I emailed them as I needed the Modkat Litter box in 3 days. Ellen was so helpful and managed to chase one down and organised it to be delivered on time before my new kitten arrives. So happy with the service and quick replies. I panicked no more and would recommend pets lovers to shop here.

My rescue greyhound has been recovering from 2 foot injuries over the past few weeks so it was important that I find something to protect his feet once we can walk again. I placed my order online on the 30th June and Pawz Waterproof Boots arrived on my doorstep today ( 2nd July )! Very prompt service - thank you Woof Shop. Also very impressed with the handwritten note on my invoice with the added advice.

Excellent in every way possible - immediate response and personalised advice, and Ellen was a lifesaver - I was able to go and pick up a much-needed comfy cone on the weekend. And the product - perfect. My dog actually seemed to enjoy having the comfy cone on, so much calmer than when we had her in the clear, stiff e-collar. It not only stopped her from re-opening the wound, but kept her calm and comfortable. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
