Chris promptly answered my enquiry on his website. He came to measure and quote on replacing a large window and door at my mother's place and gave us a reasonable price. He and Gregor did a great job and were always willing to answer any questions me or my mother had. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would have no hesitation on calling them again if we need other carpentry work done.

Rare that I take the time to leave reviews for anything, but Chris was fantastic. He provided a quote punctually, talked me through it and responded to any emails I had (and even to the people making the door). His workmanship was superb and the quote remained as was, even with a few unexpected hurdles along the way. A really honest and decent guy and I couldn't recommend him enough.

Chris and his team have done three jobs for us over the past couple of years ... most recently in September 2019 … making old double-hung sash windows open more smoothly, installing a new security door and fixing a broken gate hinge. Chris quotes promptly and sticks to his quote. We've always been happy and wouldn't hesitate to ring Chris again. He's in high demand so we were particularly grateful recently when he came very quickly to replace a broken hinge on our driveway gate.

Internal sliding door. Highly recommend Chris - he turned up on time, consulted us on ideas to get the best result for what we wanted and was great to deal with in general. Chris' work was excellent. Will use his services again.

We had sliding door installed for our laundry. Chris was professional, punctual, communicated with us in lead up and did a great job. I would t hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to others.

Chris replaced all of the upstairs windows with aluminum framed windows. Chris and his colleague did an excellent job. They were punctual, worked extremely hard and tidied up after themselves every day of the job. The quality and finish of the work is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Had a whole window replaced and some beading on another window replaced. Chris was very courteous and polite and came back when he said he would to ensure things were finished properly (Thats a first for a tradesman in my experience). Very thorough job. Would certainly use again, and recommend to friends.

We had several window frames replaced and some restored. The replaced ones were wind out types and the restored ones were casement type. The work was well done and the staff employed were courteous and quick and cleaned up after. They also did several extra small repairs without being asked. Much better quote than another well know company which were hundreds of dollars more.

We have used Chris and his team for multiple projects over more than one property. When it looked like our sliding door was down for the count ($3,000-$5,000 replacement cost), Chris got it repaired and working like new for $725. He turns a hand to any carpentry job, from replacing moldy sub-floor bearers to a glam entertainer's deck. With an eye for design, work always fits the building aesthetic and Chris makes practical suggestions along the way for improved looks, better function and to help save money. Everything we've had built is super-strong, looks great and attracts positive comments from anyone who sees it. Would recommend Chris to friends, family and anyone else who needs a terrific 'can-do' carpenter.

Front door had to be adjusted before and after the installation of wooden floors. Chris adjusted the door before the floors were laid and almost got it spot on but had to adjust again after the floors were laid. He did a great job and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
