The following week he came out to clean our tiles i was shocked to see such a difference the grout look so clean and the tiles have a shine looking like brand new. Ignoring all the hoo-ha in the advertizing, this guy Matthew can't help himself but agitate his customers. Says he used a machine that would have cost more, but never mentioned that on first phone call. Over an hour late, but when I suggested he should have phoned or texted me that he was going to be late, he gets his back up. This guys basically knows nothing about customer service. Any pleb can clean carpets, but it's how they treat customers that makes a difference.

Thank you Matthew !! We had rugs, carpet and a couch cleaned. All done to a very high standard given we have 3 small children. He was very friendly with a great attitude. Nothing was too much hassle. He was also very efficient plus the cost was more than reasonable. My husband was very impressed as we have had some less than competent cleaning guys in before. We will be definitely be calling on Matthew again and would not hesitate to recommend.

don't understand how the positive reviews came about for this guy. I got quoted for 100 dollars for cleaning a 2 br unit, and he ended up charging us 160 because he thought it was for 2 bedrooms only, what about a 2br unit didn't you understand? I was not at home but my mother was supervising the cleaning, the guy was so rude to my mother. I called back demanding an explanation to why he did not honour his quote, he just gave the same excuses as above and started lecturing me on what constitute a 2br unit. It really is not my fault that he did not clarify with me what and where needed to be cleaned before he gave me a quote within 5 minutes of receiving my request. NEVER USING THIS EVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! VERY NOT HAPPY!

Matthew steamed cleaned my lounge and dining area which had about 5 large stained areas from doggy accidents that I made worse by trying to clean off with commercial cleaners. There were also 6 small dark stains that looked like engine oil that a previous carpet cleaning company said could not be removed. Matthew got it all out and the 1980's Berber carpet looks like new. I was amazed and thrilled, as I thought I might have to replace the carpet once my old doggie has gone to heaven. He was so helpful and told me how to deal with future accidents, as well as leaving me some of his product in a spray bottle. I totally recommend this carpet cleaning legend!

I rung him the morning of needing my carpets done and he was happy, funny and extremely helpful. he organised a time, called 5 minutes before he was due to tell us he was around the corner. He was full of helpful advice for future cleaning which will save us money and time. The work was amazing and the carpets turned up better than I thought they would. Matthew had come out to our home and had performed quality service, always ready to fit myself and all my other family member's carpets in his schedule. He always works wonders on our carpets and couches he uses a stain guard that he sprays onto the couch which prevents any staining or horrible grease marks from all the times we eat on the couch. Very happy with service!

Contractor rang prior to appointment, presented himself well. Inspected all rooms to have the carpet cleaning and informed on us on the method. We did move some furniture to make it easier and for best results, cleaner was happy to move other furniture. Also cleaned additional rugs. Very happy

I had this company clean my carpets. The next day my carpet was covered in white patches. The cleaner returned to remove the marks while my mother inlaw was home. He was only there 15 mins and I have no idea what he did as it made no difference to the marks on the carpet. Upon contacting the cleaner to discuss he blamed me and said he didnt know what the problem was. I asked him to return so I could show him the problem with his response being he would not return unless I paid. I explained that as a customer I wasnt happy with the carpets. He continued to blame me and kept telling me his equipment is the best. After trying to negotiate with him he informed me he was done with this and hung up on me. This resulted in me contacting another carpet cleaning company who bent over backwards to assist me with this issue. They were also able to remove the marks on the carpet and informed me that previous cleaner had used to much product on the carpet. A very expensive carpet clean resulting in me paying two different people to get the result. I would never recommend this company or use them ever again after the way I was treated.

Deep carpet cleaning all the house, with great cleaning skills and very honest about what can and what can't be done in order to use de correct chemicals or cleaning products avaliable. Was punctual and quick, with great knowledge of what he was doing, very amicble and hard worker.

It was actually amazing what he had done. I'm preparing my house for sale and was stressed that I would actually need to replace the carpet, there were some stains that I never thought I'd see go away but he got to his hands and knees and actually hand scrubbed them out. I am highly impressed with the service and the price and definitely would recommend this service to anyone and everyone.

Matthew came to clean four carpets for me when we moved out of our rental property. He turned up on time, got the job done quickly (about 35 mins) and satisfactorily. As I had vacuumed the carpets before he came and everything was ready for him to get straight to work he gave a free bottle of cleaning fluid. He was polite and friendly and even recommended another carpet cleaner as I was moving out of his area. As I am new to Australia I didn't know who to trust to do work for me, I will definitely use the womo website again. Thank you.

I had 3 lounge suites cleaned. (1 of them was pretty dirty & it was cleaned to near new state) I was blwn away with the end result but also the effort put in by Matthew. Matthew also came back & cleaned 3 carpets. Again 1 was pretty stained but the end result was amazing. I was impressed with the price as well. Very reasonable.

Thank you Priceless Cleaning Services .... WHO knew there was a light brown carpet under all that cigarette ash and cat hair (smells nice too) . Some of those marks and stains were years old and they've gone ..... amazing stuff and once again thank you . When I amass more funds (I'm on a small pension) I'll have no problem at all getting more work done by this friendly and Helpful company .

My naughty dogs peed on my couch so i knew i needed someone to use the right chemicals to remove the odor and germs so as i have just moved to SA i looked on WOMO and found Priceless Cleaning services with all good reviews and a special for $125 5 seater lounge. I have to say Matthew is very friendly and professional and full of advice, he even cleaned an extra seat at no cost!!! I would highly recommend to everyone and will be using him again.

The quality and service of the carpet clean was excellent. The carpets look fantastic. Matthew was right on time (8am) and was extremely fast - out the door in 40 minutes. He was also very friendly. All in all it was a great deal - $59 for 2 rooms cleaned.
