This was my second time using Ruttley in 2023 for big jobs. Shaun did a stellar job installing a new Rheem hot water system today. Considered discussion to help me select the right water heater for my needs. Prompt attendance at the agreed time. As with the other team members at Ruttley, Shaun is personable and kind and explains the work so you are informed. I definitely recommend Ruttley plumbers and electricians.

Dan was very good, punctual, quick, efficient and was very helpful. Pleasure to deal with. Great product knowledge and gave me different options that would suit my budget rather than pushing me for the most expensive one.Would highly recommend him. The Admin lady (sorry I don't remember the name) was also very helpful and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend Ruttley plumbing

Ruttley Plumbing accepted a smaller job without fuss. This was after ringing several plumbers who did not bother to return my calls. Jan set the scene with her calm manner and set about making an appointment time. Dan arrived on time. He was pleasant, efficient, competent and completed our job. It was not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Dan arrived promptly on a further occasion in response to a query I had and resolved the issue immediately. I would recommend Ruttley Plumbing and will use this business again when needed.

We were desperate to find a plumber as it was three days before Christmas with a number of guests arriving and our toilet was blocked. Ruttley Plumbing was able to book us in the same day, investigated the problem, gave us a quote and came back the next morning to fix the problem. I would gladly recommend Ruttley Plumbing as my preferred plumber as the work was completed in a professional and timely manner and they took the time to explain the process. Great work.

We had a damaged hot water pipe in the roof cavity. Michael was polite, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Did not cut any corners or rush the job; I feel like it was good quality work. He also threw in some pointers on hot water upkeep and thoughts for planning the pipework for our new bathroom! Happy to recommend Ruttley.

I've dealt with Michael a number of times, both on behalf of the whole block of units at Marrickville and also my personal unit. He completed a repair to a gas main at our property which was a pretty complex project. He took the time and effort to explain the scope of works thoroughly, highlighted areas where he thought there may be additional work and also attended a meeting of the Owners Corporation to answer any additional questions. The work was completed without issue. As well as this, he's replaced my hot water unit which was quick and painless and also performed some additional reworks to make the tenant happy. I'd highly recommend him.

Michael and his team arrived on time and proceeded to investigate and repair the problem with my hot water system. I found them to be very professional in their work and manner and could not have been happier with the service I received. When they left they had cleaned and tidied the area where they were working and took away the old system. I would highly recommend their plumbing and gas services to all my friends.

My drainage from kitchen sink was blocked because of the grease induced from daily food use. The technical team was quick and professional. It involved with using tube attached with camera to show us where block was. After the service, i was even given cause explanations as well as advice to avoid further similar problem. Very satisfied with this choice of my life.

Ruttley Plumbing responded very promptly to my emergency call when my toilet cistern seal stopped working and water just kept flooding into the toilet bowl. I was offered several options, including full replacement of toilet for $650 plus a $150 call out fee. I went for the replacement of the seal and my toilet was quickly restored.

I have been using Ruttleys for the last 18 months. Firstly the sewer pipes cracked and overflowed and then about 6 months later I had tree roots in my storm water pipes. I have found them to be great blokes who are efficient good value experts. They completed all the steps on the quote to the highest quality and cleaned up after themselves very well. I can't recommend them more highly.

This is my second review of this business. I had a leaking boiler and my first call was naturally to Ruttley Plumbing Services. They arrived exactly at the arranged time. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour, and that included a trip to the wholesaler for a spare part. I highly recommended these guys and they will be my first call for any future plumbing issues.

My husband and I contacted Michael from Ruttley Plumbing after coming home from work to find our toilet and laundry tub both blocked. Michael was at our house within 45 minutes of first calling him (after hours). Michael inspected the issue and advised he would need to remove our toilet to investigate why our pipes were blocked and to resolve the problem. Thankfully the issue was not a major problem and everything with our pipes were fixed.

We had a leaking hot water system and asked Ruttley to come and take a look on Monday. They were very polite and professional, and quoted a fair price, so we decided to have them replace the system on Wednesday. Michael and Nick were extremely pleasant and polite. They also ended up having to drive a long way to get a water heater that suited our needs as the one they had brought was too tall for the room. The job probably took them three times as long as they expected but they took it in stride and didn't charge anything extra, and were very professional throughout the whole process. Michael answered all my questions and explained things clearly and calmly. The guys really took all the steps to make sure that they had a minimal impact on the room, making sure not to slam doors etc. Thanks guys!

Ruttley Plumbing was wonderful, they helped remove an old sink and install the new. They patiently waited around for the other trademan (who had the new sink but were an hour and a half late) at no extra charge. The boys were very friendly and professional. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Needed a plumber for our bathroom reno's and didn't know anyone so read a few reviews and called up Mick. Very happy with his attitude and customer service; he didn't make short cuts and quoted fairly. My cousin has since used him for a blocked toilet and was really happy with him.

We were faced yesterday with blocked drains and sewage was flowing out onto the grass at the front. The boys from Ruttley phoned to say they were a little late but arrived soon after depsite the fact we are nowhere near their home base. Both boys shook hands and introduced themselves and their work and manners were OUTSTANDING. They were neat and well dressded and I recommend them to everyone. The boys cleaned up the area when they had finished and shook hands again on departure. Terrific

I was pleasantly surprised with Michael's service. He was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. Asked for some maps of the pipes layout and since I had no idea what he was talking about he was very quickly able to get it of the water company. I will recommend his service anytime.

Broken pipe as a result of a tree root. Also a leaking bathroom tap. I was a little apprehensive because I had not used Michael before. What a pleasant surprise. Michael was pleasant, courteous, competant and he could tell you upfront what the job would cost. I thought for the amount of time he spent that his pricing for the job was very reasonable. I will make Michael my new plumber and will be very happy to recommend him to friends.

We had a blocked drain that needed immediate attention so called Ruttley Plumbing. Michael was very quick to come out and clarify what work had to be done to fix the problem.
