Logan was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He was prompt in quoting and had my new fly wire window screens and screen door complete in 2 weeks wasn't an easy job as the home is old and nothing's straight or standard sized .great price great service now I can open my windows and doors in summer without worry of mozzies or flys or moths

Customer Service was excellent. Rang on the Saturday for a quote. Logan from Casey Shutters came around on the same day and quoted. The quote was a great price. The roller shutters were ready to be installed the following week. This company was professional, friendly and highly recommended by my family. The shutters are fabulous.

Look the shutter is fine and works well, but the services was very very poor. A well established and sizeable plant under the winder was completely destroyed with out it even being mentioned to me at all. When I requested an explanation it took 3 weeks for someone to call me and say it was really my own fault for not cutting the plant back, despite being told initially that this wouldn't be necessary. A simple acknowledgement and apology would have avoided this review, very disappointing!

The most disgusting service I have ever come across in my life !!! DO NOT use this company !!!! They came and gave us a quote for some roller shutters for our new extension upstairs after us ringing them and leaving messages to ring us numerous times , they finally came and gave us a written quote . We decided we would go ahead and they wanted a deposit which we paid straight away , we were told the shutters would take 4-6 weeks to be made , they then rang and made a date for them to be Installed . Someone came that morning and cut a hole in our wall for wiring and said they would be back in a few hours to finish the job , when he came back later he told me the manufacturer didn't give him a part and he couldn't install them and would have to come another day to install them which I wasn't happy about as I had taken a day off work to be home but mistakes happen so I said just let me no when you are coming again . Later that day a very rude lady from the office rang my husband and said we didn't fit your blinds today because your roof is to high up for our installers to fit the blinds and is to dangerous ! Yet the [Redacted personal identifier] off the company had been to the house to quote and seen the roof and how high it was and didn't mention this ! Then I spoke to the [Redacted personal identifier] after numerous times trying to ring and she wouldn't answer to be told by her they want another $500 from to fit the blinds ! I said we have a written quote that is a legal document you can't change the price now so she said they wouldn't do the job then because they weren't going to make enough money from it ! So I said she will have to come and fix the hole in the wall and give our deposit back !! She was extremely rude and said she didn't have time to talk to me and was I going to pay the extra money or not !! She admitted it was her [Redacted personal identifier] fault because he was in a hurry when he quoted the job ! She then told me she would ring me back but never did and I tried to call her numerous times but she wouldn't answer my calls !!!! Beware of these people ���

I waited a month before giving a review - to see if there were any post installation teething problems - there weren't any! They measured twice & cut once! The shutter installers & electricians were here for several hours as we had 7 x windows to do including upstairs ones. They were all excellent blokes (including the Kiwi). Their work was meticulous but fast. The installers advised me they were trained by (& worked for?) the shutter manufacturers - which IMO explains their quality of work! I decided to buy from Casey Screens Shutters and Security Doors in Melbourne, after going on-line to find a roller shutter firm who could provide me with a quality product, a reasonable price and professional installation. After calling a number of roller shutter firms I decided to go with Logan who was courteous and friendly, he came out promptly and gave me the best price for installing window roller shutters at 2 homes. I can't recommend Logan and his expert service and installation team enough, the product I was sold was of top quality and Australian made with a 7 year warranty and the price was very reasonable in comparison to the other company's prices I obtained. John the installer was friendly and he did an excellent job installing all the roller shutters, I can't thank Logan and his team enough for the great job they did. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal with a highly professional company.

Very friendly person, Logan not only does what he is requested to do but also think from customer's perspective and give suggestions, Flexible hours (available after work and weekend) Reasonable price. I had blinds and security doors installation services about 2 months ago and a post-installation service today. At the beginning when we were not sure about what blind types and color to choose, he would give honest suggestions not based on what is most costly but what is most suitable for our place. For the security door opening side, he also gave advises to help future furniture moving in/out, which we never thought about. It would be great if he could be more responsive to the messages in the future. Because sometimes, it takes a while to get him back to me due to things acceptable such as sickness. If he could have let me know earlier it would be even better. Today, he not only helped us with some blind issues and also helped us put a new clock on the wall, which is not part of his responsibility. In short, very good service, very friendly person, very good value. And I would recommend

My experience was similar to other reviewers. Logan's service is professional, friendly, and timely. Casey Screens arranged for the installation of 5x 240V motorized window roller shutters, 1x window flywire screen, 2x replacement security door locks and mesh, and 1x window security screen. I am very happy with all the work done with regards to the screens (Logan) and John (roller shutter installer). John had the unfortunate luck of his van breaking down on the morning of the scheduled installation. He was good enough to come out and install them on Sunday instead and arranged for electricians to complete the job first thing on Monday morning. I would recommend the people of work done by Casey Screens and Shutters. Their prices are competitive and their installations are first rate.

I've just recently had 4 security screen doors and 3 aluminium shutters installed to my new house. I couldn't have been more pleased with the great customer service and the items installed. I love my security front screen door with the one way mesh and highly recommend it and if you have west facing windows like me, the shutters have made a huge difference already this summer in reducing heat into the house. We needed roller shutters for our daughters' bedrooms for noise, light and security. We shopped around and got quotes for value and time - and chose Logan's company because they were the best value, and their turnaround time was only 2 weeks, which is incredible just before Christmas. The contractors that came were obliging, polite, came on time, and cleaned up after themselves. If you need roller shutters, I cannot recommend this company enough. Well done Logan.

We have used Casey Screens Roller Shutters on 2 occasions. The first time was many years ago to have electric shutters installed on 6 of our windows. Logan was very helpful and his prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Many years later we had trouble with one of the shutters, but as it was still under warranty Logan was only to happy to liase with the shutter provider and helped to have this shutter replaced by the manufacturer. When the replacement shutter was installed we had an additional 2 shutters installed as we were very happy with the way the original shutters had performed and the service Logan had provided.

He also offered us good advice with regard to what is best for us. His after sales service was also good with a quick response. All appointments from start to finish were kept and I am happy with the job I received. The after-sales support is excellent and there is a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ordering roller shutters can be a daunting process, but I am confident in recommending Logan & the team. Over a period of years we have had window flyscreens fitted in most parts of our house and most recently a Screenguard security door with the aluminium matched perfectly so it looks like our wooden front door. It was worth the wait for the door and the price quoted remained the same and instalment appointments are always adhered to!
