So impressed with this shop. Good service, was just looking for a spare vacuum pole. They had several choices for me Prices are good and has great stock. I found them by googling because I did not want to go to that expensive vacuum chain starting with G.

I meant to write this review a few weeks ago after an amazing experience with this local business, but life got in the way. Then issue I had with my vacuum cleaner, a blockage, was sorted on the spot, and the owner of this business couldn't be a better bloke. After going to him, i'll be back for all my vacuuming needs, won't be going anywhere else. Many thanks!!

Felix went out of his way (literally) to help my disabled sister with her vacuum needs. He is obviously a great bloke delivering wonderful service. Soooo helpful!

When is something broken with my vacuum cleaners that's the place I can fully rely for honesty and reasonable price. Felix is just absolutely great in all aspects of the business. I can only wish that all other businesses would be the same.

Vacuum Cleaners Plus has my trust. I recommend this business without hesitation. It's not in my local area but after one visit there many years ago it has become my "go-to" place for vac cleaner help Felix has given me excellent advice & assistance, treating me as neighbour, as a person! This is old-fashioned service with up-to-date knowledge and products. Purchases have been well-priced, value.

New vacuum cleaner from here in 2016; superb price and performance, excellent service, still running strong. New hose after over-enthusiastically trying to unblock it and damaging it (don't ask!); ordered over phone and arrived in two days, replaced easily and great price. When I first purchased this vaccum cleaner, I'd researched numerous options and had an idea of what I wanted. I spoke with a major retailer and was put off by how little regard they had (they were focused on what they wanted to sell not what I wanted), so then checked reviews and found this place. Felix listened to what I sought, clarifying a few points, and explaining the options. We eventually agreed on a cheaper model; I'd been concerned that it would mean poor performance but he let me try it first, and it had excellent suction and manoeuvrability, as he expected. Now having had the vacuum cleaner for two years, it's the perfect one for me. I rang Felix Monday, hoping to order the hose over the phone, as it's a 45min drive to get there. He was, as previously, responsive, and sorted it for me quickly, and must have sent it the same day, as it arrived Wednesday! What impresses me with Felix is trust. He offers good old fashioned customer service, and clearly works with integrity in his business. He doesn't try to upsell, but to match what you want with the right product. That's invaluable, and I'll never return to the larger franchises again.

Ongoing customer of Felix and Vacuum Cleaners Plus. Would not go anywhere else. Why? Reliable, honest & knowledgeable. If not in stock chances are it can be ordered. A broad range of products are available anyway. Felix is the king of options and what's best for your home or business.

Professionalism. I came in with a foreign part needing repair. Godfrey's didn't want a bar of me. Felix took a look at the problem and came up with a solution. Excellent knowledge on all the products, parts etc. Well worth the travel. Godfrey's are only interested in selling new equipment, not to help out. Thanks Felix, we'll recommend you to friends and will be back ourselves.

I took my Zelmer vacuum cleaner here yesterday. It had died after just 3 years of ownership which was surprising for that kind of vaccum cleaner I was told. The gentleman/owner there correctly diagnosed the problem before ringing through to Zelmer to have it confirmed (he definitely knows his stuff). The quote to repair the CT board was significant and so I had to explore the avenues of buying a new one versus repairing. He bent over backwards to give me a great deal as he felt awful that it had only lasted a short period of time and was out of warranty. (And I hadn't even purchased it originally through his store so he went over and beyond trying to help me!) On top of that he threw in a new rod and head for my mother's vacuum that was broken. It was an offer I could NOT refuse! And what great customer service! I have always travelled there to buy my vacuum bags and will now continue to do so despite it not being local just as a token of my appreciation. What a nice guy :)

I bought a Vaccum Cleaner a year ago from Vacuum Cleaners Plus. It has been working well for its intended job. When I went to change the bag recently I discovered it was overfull and couldnt remove it. I asked Felix to have a look - he not only removed the bag, he cleaned inside the machine including the filters, put in a new bag and now I have a vac that works like a charm again :-)

I have bought a vacuum cleaner from this shop about 6 years ago and go there once a year for replacement bags. The vacuum cleaner has been working great and last week my mother also purchase a vacuum cleaner. The service is good, the advice is knowledgeable and not pushy.

Very Humble Man, I have bought about 9 differrent brands vaccum cleaners from felix'shop-vaccumcleanerplus on glenhuntly road in last 3 years. I run the cleaning business in Melbourne. The service is excellent, I have never heard No from him if there is any issue with the machines. Very good range of vaccum cleaners and price is always lower than the market. I would definatly reccomand him if someone is looking for any vaccum cleaner

Absolutely great service every time I come to the shop! The range is excellent and the staff are very good. The staff is very knowledgeable and always happy to give you a good advice and save you money in the long term. So far all products that we've bought still work fine and sometimes perform above our expectations.

the shop has a good range of vacuum cleaners and accessories . The staff are knowledgable and helpful. There is no 'hard sell' like in other vacuum sales shops. They were very helpful when my vacuum needed repairing and was under warranty too.
