Ordered a bed from here. Was told that it would be in stock soon and then delivered. Then all I get is an email saying we can't deliver it because our courier couldn't fit it in. This should have been known. When I called early to discuss I was not told of any problems and the person I spoke to acted like I was an inconvenience to her for calling about my purchase. Will not recommended this place to anyone and will be ensuring everyone I know doesn't waste their time with this place.

Excellent service! I had made the mistake of ordering the wrong pram Adapter for my capsule when they called to check and make me aware that it was for a twin capsule set up not a single capsule setup. So thankful for them calling ahead so I could cancel my order before they sent it. They definitely went above and beyond with quality service!!

We bought a net for our baby crib from here and arrived fast and was the best price on the market. It was a great purchase as it helps keep our cats away from our baby when he is sleeping. We had previously bought something else from another shop but the product wasn't very good.

Could not ask for better service we had Tony and Nadine help us with our 3 car seat fittings today, so professional & helpful. Love the nothing is too much trouble attitude. Truely great customer service which is very hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Best customer service I have ever received! All the staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to help me fit 3 car seats in my car. They assembled my pram for me and I got a great bundle deal. Just really good all round customer service which is quite rare these days. Highly recommend Baby Train to everyone!

I picked up 2 car seats for for my twins today. Upon install noticed scuff marks on one of the seats and asked if it was a display model. Upon being promised it was new, I was still unconvinced. I drove home annoyed that I was made to feel like a fool 25 weeks pregnant too!! Then I noticed the 2 car seats are different, different head rests, different fonts on the brand writing etc. I went back to ask what was going on. I got told over and over that they are still the same. As you could appreciate I wanted them to match for my twins. [Removed name] did not apologise or offer any compensation. Just said we could order more and we could come back. I was then furious, feeling really cheated so I asked for a refund and left. Iv since found he was selling really old models for the same price across the street. [Removed comment] Not happy. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I very much like this store! The customer service is great. I recently bought a car seat and it’s lucky I know what I wanted because the assistant tried to sell me a messy mat when I know it came with one. Every other time service has been on point. They are now in Dingley Village

I contacted Baby Train after my high chair had some broken clips. They we’re really helpful and provided me with replacement clips for my high chair free of charge. I’d definitely recommend choosing them for your baby products!

We went into baby train today after going to another baby store. We left the other baby store with little to no help and the staff gave us the wrong answer. As soon as we walked into baby train we were met with someone willing to assist us straight away and they were able to give us the correct information about the product we were after. I will definitely go to baby train again! Awesome Customer service and price was also better than the competitor.

I visit the one in Ringwood. The staff are much more friendly than baby bunting. They offer competitive price and try to beat others. Would strong recommend people go there !

Today was our first outing exploring the scary world of baby shopping and after a pretty dull visit to Baby bunting where we were not acknowledged once as the staff were busy with others and we were rather underwhelmed by the experience, we strolled over to Baby Train and had such a terrific first experience. Shop assistant Taylah was welcoming, extremely informative and very relaxed and the least bit pushy. We left with such a positive feeling and will certainly be back there.

Great price... HOWEVER, poor communication, still waiting for my item and it has been almost 3 weeks!! I found out after a week of waiting they didn't have stock (which I wasn't informed of when placing my order). No communication to let me know what was happening, had to chase it up with 2 separate phone calls :/

Best price on the car seat I wanted, reasonable shipping and lovely customer service! Called to confirm the colour I was after before shipping and very friendly. Quick dispatch too. Unfortunately there was a delivery issue (at the fault of the delivery company, not BabyTrain) and they dealt with it very compassionately and very quickly. Highly recommend purchasing with them.

We're expecting twins and had baby train recommended by a friend. I'd pass that recommendation on to anyone expecting twins or indeed any number of children! These will be our first children and Lyne could not have been more helpful. She gave us her honest opinion on all the products we were after. Her advice and POV were extremely useful, she noted everything we asked for and came back to us with the best price she could do them for. When we mentioned other things we'd been recommended Lyne talked through with us and either told us if it wasn't a necessity or advised we waited a while to choose. Lovely to not be pushed into buying everything. We felt very well looked after and like we'd received the best deal. We'll be back for our next purchase without a doubt!

My husband and I have been into Baby Train Moorabbin several times now and each time have been happy with the level of service and product knowledge by the staff. I feel confident purchasing all our big ticket items there and feel the prices are right on point. The range is good without being overwhelming. I would recommend.

My husband stumbled across Baby Train and it's been smooth sailing since. The help and knowledge of the staff is fantastic, and they go above and beyond to help you pick with is right for you. We have purchased the big items to the smaller items because I feel in safe hands and wouldn't imagine going anywhere else.

My husband and I organised a car seat fitting for our 1 year old with baby train at very short notice, they were very accomodating! We were greeted and serviced by Jim who walked us through the functions of the seat even though we bought it from Baby Bunting. Jim was very thorough, adjusted the seat and explained it's too early to place the seat forward for our bub. We were there for 30mins and they wouldn't even charge us! We have vowed to only purchase from Baby Train as our experience has always been excellent.

We've bought most of our major baby hardware here for our twins, and have received so much good advice. The staff really seem to now their stuff, and take the time to explain it to you. There's no pressure, just friendly service.

what an amazing service, had been told our original car seat was no longer suitable for our child and had a new one fitted by babytrain. they are so more personable and cheaper than baby bunting. they actually had the time to spend with my partner, unlike other places which have bookings as long as there arm. definitely recommend this business

I stumbled upon Baby Train accidentally and was so happy with the service and pricing I received! I had already been to many of the bigger stores and the staff were unable to provide service or pricing like Baby Train. I am from the other side of the city and am more than happy to travel there because I know that the staff know their products and truly offer a great discounted price - much cheaper than Baby Bunting and similar stores. I was served by Lynne who I was so pleased with - best customer service - she spent over an hour with me going through different products and had such a wealth of knowledge. Being a first time mum I don't really know much about baby products and brands so I found it refreshing that the staff knew so much about their products and didn't just read off a tag like other stores. Will definitely be purchasing any baby related products from here and recommend this 100% to all my friends and family. Thank you Baby Train for all your help and support :)

The service at Baby Train was unbelievable! I had been to Baby Bunting a few weeks earlier and there is no comparison. Lynne was great! She helped us with all our baby furniture needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful, she recommended products that suited our circumstances and I left there feeling very confident in the use of everything she had recommended (I'm about to be a first time mum & have never really had anything to do with "baby stuff")....Oh, and the member's discounts were amazing too :) Thanks guys! Even though my kids aren't babies anymore, I still go to Babytrain for gift ideas. There is always an interesting range of products that are reasonably priced. I have recommended friends to get car seats installed and they are always very satisfied with the quality of service.

I walked into Babytrain not really knowing what I needed or wanted to buy. A wonderful woman called Lyne served me and all I can say was it was like shopping with my own mother. I never felt pressured to buy, she took so much care and time finding out my needs (asking about boot space in my car, car seat requirements for my other children) and explaining how certain products would fit my lifestyle. I had looked elsewhere prior, but never received the same service and felt like Lyne really cared about helping me find all of the things I needed to prepare for my precious baby's arrival. She is more like a guardian angel than a shop assistant.

Finally - a baby shop with service! My head was spinning with so many prams, car seats, baths etc to choose from. All the staff were so friendly and offered really sensible advice on what products I need and didn't need (as I had no idea!). I will always recommend Baby Train now to any new parent and I'll be back there for sure!

After finding out we were pregnant with twins, we went to Baby Train (who's owner has twins) and got the truth about what we really did and didn't need. We bought the zoom pram which has made life with twins - when getting out & about - a breeze! I would recommend it to anyone having twins! It folds up quick & easy, & the capsules click in & out of the car seats. It also has bigger seats for when the twins get older, and the seating position changes so they can face each other or outward. It was a massive help dealing with someone experienced in twins! I would not hesitate to recommend baby train to anyone, whether having twins or a singleton - as the customer service is above & beyond anywhere else.

As a first time parent i am find the volume of information so confronting and confusions and being an older father to be I am not used to using the internet so I were very pleasantly surprised to Find out that babytrain were so friendly and helpful and went through all the operation of the parms and strollers with myself. Going to babytrain has helped clear up so much, i am starting to feel a little more relaxed and believing i will survive the coming months while waiting for our new bundle of joy to arrive. We recently purchased a range of gear from Baby Train in anticipation of our first baby, this included the nursery furniture, car seats and ancillary bits and pieces. My wife and I found the range of products to be excellent and most importantly that the prices represented great value for money. The service provided by the staff was above and beyond what you would receive in most retail stores. Todd fitted the seats in both our cars and took the time to go over the correct operation and answer any questions.

We purchased our pram from Baby Train and could not have been happier with their service. From the email communication we received answering our questions to the staff in store. They were friendly, knowledgeable and only too happy to help us get exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this store both online and in store to anyone and would even consider driving the hour to get there for future purchases. Their price was unbeatable by other stores too!

We've bought the bulk of our baby needs from this store on 2 separate occasions and have found their service and price is as good as you'll get anywhere. With the sheer volume of stores around, internet options and the competitiveness of sales especially during Xmas/Boxing Day, this store is still our 1-stop shop. We live way out over the west and have found that checking the prices out our way and then coming to Baby Train still works out cheaper for us. They don't ‘do' sales like the way most stores do eg. Boxing Day sales but they will give you the best price they can if you just ask them so don't get put off by the ticket price you see around the store. We found that we walked away with prices equivalent and better to other Boxing Day sale prices. The owner even gave us a further discount as he was putting the items through on the register and on 1 particular item, he gave us a slightly better price than the cheapest we could find on the internet. What we love is that it's a family-run business and the level of service and care the staff take in explaining the differences in products/brands is second to none. And they don't necessarily recommend the most expensive items either. We were served by Lynne both times and she offered us advice based on personal experience, having a few grandkids herself, and could really help with why she would recommend a particular carseat/baby carrier etc over another brand. It was all really practical and valid points she made and although we've had helpful assistants in other stores, we would rate her knowledge level and general customer service approach the best we've come across in the many many stores we've been to. Thank you to Lynne and Todd for making this as stress-free as possible as we didn't have to run around to all different places to get different items and we feel that the items we've purchased have been tried-and-tested to be the best available, whilst paying very reasonable prices for them.

This new business is like Baby Buntings but without the hussle and bustle and pressure to buy. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Have good range of products and child equipment and arranged lovely. Some good sales and prices all reasonable.
