I went for my first ever treatment at Jeune Cosmetics the other night. I had Botox done by Melissa. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. The treatment was unbelievably quick and virtually painless. Im so impressed/happy with the results. I will 100% be back and couldn't recommend Jeune Cosmetics any higher!!

I really enjoyed the service provided by Theresa. She did an excellent job at my microdermabrasion, using laser at the end for photorejuvanation which had great results. I enjoyed chatting with her as well, finding her to have a great customer service oriented character. I ended up in McKinnon by chance having actually booked at the clinic location in Ascot Vale but there having been an error made. I find it negative that when I called because of this, the staff did not take responsibility, blaming me for the error by saying I had booked wrongly - which was not right as I had specifically asked for the Ascot Vale site. I ended up having to drive an extra hour to go to McKinnon however thanks to the excellent service provided at this site, and as I was advised that only they had the laser to use after the microdermabrasion treatment and this not being available at Ascot Vale, I decided to call this error a blessing in disguise. A 2 hours extra drive might have given me a better result so I will recommend the clinic! I was also given a $100 voucher at the end of the visit to use for future treatment and advise on how to care for my skin - which was great!

My face feels great during and following the visits, and friends have complimented my skin which is a great recommendation. Jeune have a visiting service in my home town, but if the dates don't suit me, I travel over 2 hours to go to Jeune in Melbourne (even though the same services are offered by other clinics in my home town). I see Melissa who advises me of the most suitable treatment, within my budget. Melissa gives suggestions in a sensitive and diplomatic way and I always enjoy the interesting chats we have during my treatment.

Terrible.....first the beautician hung the phone up on me, then called the police after I went into the clinic asking for an apology for the hang up! All over a voucher that was due to expire and she didn't want to acknowledge the service! Don't go to the ascot vale clinic, you will be incorrectly judge, or if you have a voucher...make sure you use it x4 months before its due to expire or she'll be very angry with you and call out "harassment"! Good customer service today has gone to the dogs!

I have been going to this beauty salon for years now and I have never had any problems. The staff are professional and its a pleasure to go there. I find that they can address any issue that I have with such good advice. I've been stopped by people who comment on how good my skin is and I always tell them where I go. Great specials and I love a good special, especially when its making me look good.

Melissa is really fantastic - she is very helpful and her prices are very reasonable! She's honest and won't talk you into getting more than what you need. I would recommend her to everyone. I'm always happy with the results and she is very professional in her approach whilst not coming across as authoritarian. I've been to a couple of other cosmetic medicine specialists in the past and they have been terrible! They rush you, they over charge and you are left very unhappy with the result. The opposite happens when visiting Juene!

I had a course of IPL scar treatment on my face over an 8 week period.. did a great job, the procedure hurt alot but the staff were excellent, they always went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and that if the pain got too much that they'd stop.. Great job girls

I have always had great experiences with Jeune, having had Botox, filler, microdermabrasion, tans etc, and recently teeth whitening. It was the best result I have ever had in comparison to other whitening treatments elsewhere. And the cost was so reasonable and affordable. I highly rec this and all treatments Jeune has to offer including the skincare products. The girls are all highly experienced, knowledgable and so lovely.

I had eyebrow, lip, chin and half leg waxing with Haley. This was my first time with Haley and the first time ever that waxing hasn't hurt - even on that tender upper lip area. Good product and always greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Will be back for more treatments.

I only have botox twice per year however she is knowledgeable when l ask questions with regards to other treatments or fillers that I am interested in for the future. I was very happy with this experience, and would recommend this service. Staff were very helpful and ensured that they asked any questions, and comments that I made. I found that it was easy to make an appointment with staff eager to accommodate the dates that I needed to attend. Staff presented as being supportive towards my needs and my age group and my health needs. i would aim to go back there in the next six months if not sooner. I telephoned the staff when I left the premises and past on my evaluation. Overall it was a well worth visit that I experinece for me .

Melissa is a GODDESS. She listens, advises and supports. She will not push any treatment if its not necessary. I couldn't and wouldn't go to see anyone else. Whereas other cosmetologists make you look fake and plumped, Melissa leaves you looking natural and youthful.

Jeune does the most amazing spray tans. It's a 'Tuscan Tan' and goes a beautiful golden brown, as opposed to anything resembling orange. I have had several done there now by Nicole and each time the tan has been perfectly applied, the service is on time and really quick and what's even better is that the prices are really really good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeune to anyone for great tanning results.

I've been going to Melissa for years for botox and restylane filler around my mouth/lips. Her expertise in the industry is fantastic. If there is a new product that I have seen of read about, I can always pick her brains on the subject. She is always well informed, her experience is exceptional, and the treatment is painfree and always great. I have recommended her to a lot of people who also are pleased with her results. I would highly recommend her to anyone, if its your first time, or looking for a new consultant as she does not believe in letting you spend your money if the result is not going to be worth it.

Di has looked after me and reassured any nervous episodes i have experienced throughout my IPL sessions. She has always applied my best interests at heart, not to mention safe and clean application of apparatus. Coming into this form of hair removal as a newbie, Di made sure I understood how it worked and what to expect in coming weeks. I have dealt with Melissa now for a few years and find her amazing. I get Botox with her but call her now and then with qu's regarding fillers, different facials and new procedures on the market... She is extremely knowledgeable and never tries to sell me something that wont give great results. She is honest and friendly and even though she works an hour from where I live I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else because I trust she would never rip me off and try and sell me something inferior or something that wouldnt work for me.
