Rapid plumb.sourced by the building strata team to fix a blocked double sink . First attempt at clearance unsuccessful and left Luke and I scratching our heads . 8:30 pm by this stage most would give up and go home to return next day and try again . Not Luke , new set of tools and blockage cleared . Friendly , polite , fast and very clever . Exceptional in all regards , your first call every time .

Luke has been of great assistance to us as we have upgraded our apartment. Luke has, replaced all 4 flexible hoses, all bathroom and kitchen fixtures, installed towel racks and toilet roll holders as well as installing our new dishwasher. Luke is prompt, has great communication skills, he’s tidy and does a great job. He’s also been very patient with us as we know nothing about plumbing. Highly recommended.

I have employed Luke for strata work and private jobs on many occasions, including a couple of emergency callouts. Luke has installed water heaters, gas heaters and completed multiple technical and complicated plumbing jobs over the past 4 years without a problem. Luke is always on time, efficient, honest, curteous and provides his services at a competitive and fair price. I manage 137 residential apartments and the residents also use Luke for their personal plumbing issues/upgrades and I have never received a bad report. We had blocked pipe filled with roots. Luke showed up on time and helped us not just fix the blockage but also removed the blocking roots. We are impressed with his excellent service and sincere advice. He provided options to allow us to minimise the upfront cost yet with next step for further fix. Highly recommended.

Luke was recommended to us by a friend. He is super professional at his job. He fixed our gas heater twice with little touch within two years, saving us thousands of dollars, which is different from other services who would only want to sell me a new one. He also installed a water filter for us. The job was done quickly and the sink and cabinets were left clean. I would highly recommend his service.

Prior to calling Luke Rapid Plumb, 2 plumbers from 2 different companies have attempted to clear our toilet. Both plumbers couldn't do it & gave very expensive quotes to dig up part of our backyard to clear the blockage (the 2nd plumber didn't even put much effort). Luke came in with a can-do attitude. He persistently and patiently jet-blasted the blockage (tree roots) using his camera as a guide. He managed to clear them and fix the toilet blockage with close to no mess! Our family is so grateful to have found him and will definitely use him again in future. I highly recommend Luke's service to anyone needing plumbing service.

Rang Luke was here in 1/2 hr fixed leaking porch roof also checked kitchen taps and replaced them (after being told by other plumbers it was a major job). Nothing was a problem to him. So pleased we found him and would definitely use him again. Thanks Luke!

We have had Luke as our plumber for nearly two years now and find him polite, punctual, reliable and very honest. His work is always perfect and he always leaves the premises nice and tidy. Our sewerage pipes have been full of tree roots and Luke has cleared these several times just recently we needed to get 4 metres of relining done. Luke arranged for a great Company to come out and provided us with a reasonable quote for the works. He went out of his way to ensure the job was done well in a timely fashion. I would totally recommend Luke to anyone, it has taken me several plumbers to find him and will most certainly keep calling him with any plumbing issues.

Leaking toilet driving me nuts, as well as a leak under the sink to my bathroom sink/vanity which needed quick fixing as it was leaking all in the vanity cupboard. Called and he came out the same day and had it all repaired within the hour and i felt it was at a fair price. Its hard to find a plumber who is honest, fair with prices and prompt in service so this business deserves a positive review and special mention.

Luke arranged to arrive the next day after my phone call. He needed a special part for my toilet, made a few phone calls, went for a drive to physically check the plumbing supplier's shelves and came back and installed the part. All very efficient and friendly! The price for the part was pretty exy thus the high cost below...

Stormwater pipe cut and L-shape attached to redirect stormwater directly into drain. Dug to check sewer pipe under soil due to our suspicion that it was broken and it was so the old clay one was replaced with a brand new plastic one + ring attachments and soil replaced over area.

I needed 3 new toilets installed in a 20 year old townhouse which i am preparing to sell. I had some idea of charges for toilet bowls and wanted quality in the bathrooms and budget in the outside laundry. The quote was very reasonable and included removal of old bowls etc and two other small plumbing jobs. When I asked about the items to be used Luke sent me a website where I could view the specific items. Luke and his partner arrived promptly. Luke introduced his partner and left him to do the work. It was completed in just over 4 hours. The plumber asked my opinion re the finishing touches such as a plastic cover over the pipes as one toilet was too close to the wall for fitting this item. We agreed that the plastic cover be left off to maintain the finish. There was minimal damage to the floor tiles.The laundry toilet could be used the same day but the other two needed 24 hours.I am delighted with the result!

Quoted on and installed a new gas water heater, replacing an electric water heater that had broken down. Luke was very quick to do the quote, very competitive on price, and coordinated with electrician etc to be able to do the installation fast and at a convenient time/date. Very friendly disposition and gave advice about a couple of other plumbing matters too.

We had our whole hot water system replaced to LPG which involved a whole lot of replumbing and installation. Luke came out for a quote quickly and was always on time. He was professional and courteous, and gave us the best quoted price. We also had some minor plumbing issues sorted. We are very happy with the work and would recommend rapid plumb to anyone.

Had a gas leak, we isolated it, Luke capped the leak so I could use the hot water and stove, he came back next day to replace a section of the pipe and replaced taps in the vanity and shower. Impressed with Luke & Rhory, both nice guys, friendly, efficient, clean and came out on time. You guys need to teach other companies how it's done. Will definitely refer you to my large family, friends and neighbours.

Arrived on time. Were prepared for the work - instal gas heating to two rooms, outdoor BBQ and also set up gas plumbing for oven to be installed at a later date - which they completed as promised. We have recently had gas connected to our house, with Rapidplumb carrying out all work installing the relevant pipework from the meter and connecting an instantaneous gas hot water system, a gas imitation log fire, an exterior bayonet fitting for a BBQ and putting pipework in place in preparation for a future kitchen renovation. We were very happy with the work completed. From the first meeting where the quote was given until the job's end, Luke and his team impressed with punctuality, professionalism, commitment to completion of the job and an ability to work through and conquer all of the technical difficulties that are inevitable with this kind of job. The job was completed exactly as described and quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Rapidplumb to anyone requiring gas fitting jobs completed. I strongly suspect that a similar work ethic would be applied by the company to other types of work within the plumbing/draining/gas fitting sphere.

Luke was really professional, on time and friendly. He did a great job of fixing our broken toilet cistern and fixed the hot water. (Great for these cold winter days!) He didn't try to rip us off or sell unnecessary things. My husband and I felt he was part of our team instead of someone trying to make money at any cost- like it has happened before with other plumbers. Very reliable and fast service- which was great because we had to go to work afterwards. Good job, Luke!

Was originally recommended Luke from a plumbing supply shop and have had him come back a couple of times since then. Jobs included fixing noisy pipes, toilet installation and blocked drains. All jobs carried out efficiently and he explained everything along the way. He's always on time and reliable, which is very hard to find! No hesitation in recommending Luke.

Was the best out of three quotes, will listen to you, does a seem-less job and are spot on ordering equipment and keeping you updated without bugging them. Phone Luke, he is the only trades person I've met recently that does excellent work. We had a water tank put in with auto cut over to mains water. He connected it to two toilets, water washing machine, plumbing was concealed and very neat. He even fixed the kitchen sink (no joke tap was busted).

The plumber arrived on time which is always a great start, he was happy in his work and although it was a basic job he made sure the installation was just right. The job consisted of a connection of dishwasher and installation of ball valve.He also advised us on some other work we may need in the future.I would recommend him to anyone.

Luke converted my barbeque from bottle-gas to natural-gas. He clearly explained the technical details relating to the conversion kit and when we had some parts missing he did not try to cut corners, he spent time looking for the exact part. Finally we had to get the part from the manufacturer and he had to visit our house several times. I found him to be very diligent with an eye for detail. Given this is a gas appliance, I am glad I had someone like Luke attend to it.

Rapid Plumb came to my assistance after two other plumbers were unable to clear a blockage in the sewer line. Not only did they come on time they left the place cleaner than when they arrived!
