From the moment we tasted the samples we knew you were the one we wanted to make our wedding cake. When we came into the store to organise what we wanted with Jennifer she was so helpful & friendly. I wanted Australian Natives flowers for our cake & they were made beautifully. We really loved the look of our cake & the taste is just amazing. Our guest commented how awesome it was. Sales and sevice very professional. Made an appointment to design my wedding cake. Went through many options eg cake flavours and a taste test of each one. Every detail of cake decoration was covered- icing finish, edging detail and cake toppers .The extensive knowledge of lady who served me (sorry her name escapes me at the moment) was evident and I appreciated her drawing skills when we finally decided on the design. lay you payments a bonus too

Hi Caroline and Team, We just want to say Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a delicious and amazing wedding cake. The chocolate raspberry was a massive hit with all of our family and friends. We had the Citrus which was so delightful to have with coffee for the next morning. Was 95% happy with my wedding cake made by Carolyn in March 2014. Looked exactly how I had wanted it, arrived on time, tasted amazing, and was loved by all. The only downside (5%) is that I had ordered fresh roses to be arranged on the cake, and on the day they put fake sugar flowers on it. I'm not sure what happened - it didn't ruin my day - but it didn't look exactly how I had wanted it to and I think fresh flowers wouldn't looked much better.

We wanted to have special cake toppers and decided to visit Carolyn after reading so many positive reviews. Carolyn was very patient as we went to her without the slightest idea of what we wanted, but eventually, we were sold on their divine fruit cake and mud cakes! The cake turned out beautiful and many people commented that the cake toppers resembled us and our corgi! Cost is quite reasonable but I guess that is what you would expect for a custom made topper.

We had our wedding cake done nearly 6 years ago and it was wonderful, our topper was a green car with the two of us sitting in it, is still going strong and sit proundly in the cabinet on display. Infact it is in the gallery pictures.

Hi Carolyn White, thank you very much for the lovely cake you made for Jeremy. If you don't mind, I would like to share abit with the rest, of the events that unfolded leading to this beautifully cake you baked for us. It was such a blessing Joanna Aaron-Silvanus and I have been ordering cakes for our little ones Jeremy and Jacinth and our bother's little ones Justin and Juliette for sometime now. Like this cake, all of her previous cakes have been a wonderful delight and a big hit at all the parties. Celebrating the Birthdays on an Sunday is an usual practice in the family and this time around, as usual, we made our order via the email and was set to pick up on the Saturday before the celebration. Finishing up with the last minute party supplies shopping, we headed to Carolyn's shop to pick up the cake at around 4pm. To Carolyn's surprise and our horror, there was no cake. Checking with the records, the date was set wrongly, instead of the birthday being on the 23rd of June, it was stated as 23rd of July. Unsure, of where the mistake lied, we were lost for words. Carolyn, who was almost done and set to go home, graciously agreed to bake and design the cake for us. Now, this is just the evening before the party and so Carolyn had to be up late that night to finish it. We thanked her, and took our leave. On my way back home, with an unsettled feeling, I checked my email and realised that the date mix up was done by me. We really felt bad for Carolyn and called her up and explained to her that the error was made on my part, and apologised for it. Carolyn graciously accepted the apologies and even comforted us by telling us that she would continue to bake and finish up Jeremy's birthday cake. The next morning we went to collect the cake, and realised that Carolyn was back in very early and had just finished the cake as we were arriving. We were again lost for words as the cake was made with such detail, that we almost thought it was the real Nerf gun. We had nothing but thanks for her. We would like to thank Carolyn for her professionalism, dedication, kindness, for taking her personal time off to finish the cake, and most of all, she had made Jeremy's birthday a very special one by baking this cake with much love and personal touch. A fabulous looking cake is one thing- and Craolyn certainly has this covered, BUT what about taste? tasted the dark mud and rasberry ripple cakes today. OH YUm! Now that's cake worth swapping a few extra calories for! Moist, light and beautifully flavorsome without being too sweet. Like it!

Have met Carolyn before she was in the shop right from the start she strived to learn the new things that were about then explained and showed us how to do it . fantastic teacher but then she went to new shop and not only did she improved her skillets but she implored good staff to teach the things that she didn't know or didn't have time to teach but as she go busy Carolyn never stopped helping even when I rang she always had time to talk my problem throught with me . Caroline responded to emails quickly and efficiently. She was lovely, and didn't mind my husband eating almost all of the sample cake she had. She also creates little cake toppers to match you- same hair style, dress, suits etc. Very cute! Ours are now sitting on our shelf. Works with you to design the perfect cake. Also, it tastes amazing! We had trouble narrowing down to only three flavours, they were all so good.
