Darren was kind, professional and hard working. He went above and beyond my expectations, my carpet looks like new. Where a stain couldn’t be lifted any further he took the time and explained the reasons well. Peter came yesterday to clean a rug for us. He was punctual and very friendly. He organised his equipment and then got to work, closely supervised by our friendly dog, who was the reason the rug needed cleaning. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone.

yet again Box Hill Dryton have saved me following vomiting by my dog. Despite my best efforts it was not pretty. Peter worked with me to find a suitable time (in the week before Christmas) and Robert did a wonderful job - stain gone!!!!! And Darren has always done a great job cleaning my carpets. Very happy with Box Hill Dryton and would recommend them without hesitation.

I had the most uplifting experience. My cream couch which had not been cleaned in 15years now looks like new and has a new lease of life. Dear Peter, On Friday 4th May Robert came and cleaned my mother's carpet in East Bentleigh. I am writing to say what a delightful person he was. He arrived early (having phoned prior to check that this was ok with us) and did an amazing job. My mum is nearly 90 so asked if I could be there...just in case. After Robert left she said to me that I really need not have been there as he was so sweet and polite. Robert did say the same, that my mum's place was very clean (she really just wanted her carpets freshened up) but mum is over the moon with the results. One rug/mat that is just inside the back door has come up looking like new!! So, again, thank you to you and your team on the great job!! Bev

The service that we received from Robert at DRYTRON on Wednesday January 31, 2018 was everything that we could have wished for. Robert was punctual, friendly and efficient. He very quickly assessed what was to be done and organized his equipment and set to work. He was keen about the job and obviously enjoyed himself and the task at hand. He worked very hard to clean our carpets and did an outstanding job. When asked for advice about further care of our Carpets he gave what help he could but also referred us to his Boss for further assistance. Firstly I would like to thank Scott at your Melbourne call centre for the way he took my call and explained the process involved in restoring the carpet which is exactly what happened. I would like to thank Peter and Darren for being able to get to me on the same day I rang up. Both of them were very helpful, understanding and explained very clearly what needed to be done with the approximate time it would take to dry, put the carpet back in place and clean it. The quality of the work done was to a very high standard, as I had never had a carpet this wet before, when it was all completed the carpet looked like it did when we moved in. I would certainly use you again and will recommend you highly to my friends and family if they want their carpets cleaned. I chose you as I have seen your vans in my area and your website made it very easy to understand what is involved in the cleaning process to restore the carpet. We were very happy after Darren came to clean our carpets last week. The carpet looks great and he managed to get out some spots that had been there for a while. Darren was friendly and professional, he made sure to warn me about the hot water and keeping my daughter away from it. He very helpful and did a great job. We were happy to be able to walk on the carpets soon after, they were not wet. We will use Drytron again.

I am very happy with the service Darren provided when he cleaned my carpets. He was professional, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My carpet came up really nice even though my carpet is quite old (about 15 years) and he said that it may not come up perfectly because of its age. Darren even managed to get old stains out as well as that nuisance blue tac. Yes I would recommend Drytron and will use Drytron again. I used to use Steam cleaners in the past but my carpets have stretched and I was told that this is from getting the backing wet, so I decided to try Dry Cleaning. Thanks.

Hello, We were very happy with the work done by Peter on the 1st of December. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. The quality of the work was exceptional - he was confronted with very old carpet and drapes. While I had kept them in good condition I did not realize just how clean they would come up after Peter had finished with them. Yes I would most certainly use Peter again and would recommend him very highly to others. I have used Drytron some time ago and was pleased with them. We were extremely satisfied with all of Fred's work. He was on time, diligent, explained what he was going to do, gave us a firm quote upfront, worked in all of our rooms in an efficient manner, was friendly and helpful, did a great job removing stains. Overall, he provided excellent service and we'd certainly ask for Drytron Box Hill & Oakleigh, particularly Fred, again. The carpets were dry afterwards and we could immediately use the spaces about the house.

Just had Fred from Dryton come in and clean our carpets and let me just say wow. To start off he was just lovely. I just had come back from visiting my sick fiancé in hospital so I had a few things to move still and he came in and told me not to worry and he moved them. The carpets smell amazing and he spent extra time on the more stained areas and knew what to use to remove them. It's a big thing to get the carpet cleaned in your house and I was thinking it was going to be such a hassle but he made it so easy and convenient and the benefit is that it doesn't take to long to dry either which makes things so much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get there carpets cleaned. Just exceptional service :)

We were more than happy with the job that Peter did on our carpets. They were very dirty because we had just had an end-of -life very old dog leave many marks. Peter removed even the most stubborn stains. I don't know how he managed to get our carpets come up so beautiful. I will never have anyone else do my carpets but Peter, after this. I was very very happy with Fred and the service he gave. Fred rang to let me know he was arriving earlier and asked if that suited me. He was friendly, very professional and no stain was too much for him. He removed stains that I'd long given up on, stains I didn't believe could be removed even one that had appeared to lighten the carpet. I have only had dry-cleaning of my carpets once before with another company and hadn't been too impressed. However after Fred's dry-clean, I'll never go back to steam cleaning & wet carpets, nor will I use any other company. I will only use Drytron! I found Drytron online, and recognised the name from the vans I see around sometimes. I feel like my carpets are clean and my money well spent. I thank Fred for the extra effort and professionalism he put into my carpets.

I just used Dryton for the first time and on recommendation of a neighbour. My carpets are a light colour ,15 years old, had not been cleaned for 5 years and in the living room had many stains, some years old which had not been removed by other contractors. The living room carpet I was thinking of replacing, but now it really does look like new. I also had my drapes cleaned. Not cheap, but a brilliant job. It was certainly value for money by a professional operator.

I was recommended Drytron by a family member and I am very pleased to endorse the cleaning work completed by Peter (Box Hill) in October. The Drytron response to my email inquiry was within the hour and a convenient booking time negotiated. Peter fulfils all the criteria; he was on time, extremely pleasant and produced the most impressive results on 4 floor rugs and a bedroom carpet that had never been cleaned since it was laid in 2001. Peter provided valuable information and advice in his answers to my many questions throughout the cleaning process. The results are excellent particularly on dust and dirt impregnated Persian rugs that are now remarkably more colourful. My grandaughter spilled foundation makeup on our carpet and in a panic I used a couple of different carpet cleaning products to try and get rid of the stain without success. It was an orangy stain and seeped into the carpet. I was talking to my girlfriend and she said to get Drytron as they were excellent with stains. This I did and Fred came who was the cheeriest chap and extremely nice. He looked at the stain and was not certain if it would come out. He cleaned the whole room and to my amazement and his he did a wonderful job and although not thoroughly out no one would notice it if they didnt know. It was in a very prominent spot right infront of the loungesuite. I would have no hesitation getting Drytron again and highly recommend Fred.

I contacted Drytron Box Hill & Oakleigh to freshen up my carpeted bedrooms as well as one floor rug after reading their reviews on WOMO. Darren has just completed the work and done an excellent job. Not only did he arrive on time and introduce himself (his name and the business - not much to ask really but it sometimes doesn't happen) he was really friendly and has done an awesome job on the carpets. And with a new puppy (happily now toilet-trained) in the house, it was great to know the carpets were deodorized and sanitised included as part of the clean. In fact, I'm not sure the rug was even this clean when we brought it home from the shop! I wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend Drytron Box Hill and Oakleigh (and Darren) again.

I have used other cleaning companies in the past but Peter is the BEST!!!! Carpet and drapes look like new...smell fresh and they are left so dry! Service you can rely on..time after time.

Our old wine-stained, cat-stained, food-stained carpets hadn't been cleaned for around 6 years and were pretty disgusting. Peter did wonders bringing them back to life, and they now look far, far better than I would have thought possible. Peter himself is very friendly, but also highly punctual and professional. I'm very happy with every aspect of his work and can't recommend this business too highly.

Very old Carpets in bedroom, hall, lounge and diningroom were heavily stained and after Darren from Dryron treated them, nearly all stains, including a large water stain were removed. I would recommend Drytron to anyone.

Peter came to clean our 7y/o white macrosuede couch... A fair challenge! He was punctual, friendly and did a great job at a good price. You can barely see any marks on the couch anymore; it looks almost new. We've had a few different cleaners out to tackle that couch in the past, and Drytron have definitely been the best of the lot. Highly recommended!

Peter & Fred took on the labourious task of cleaning our office carpet. Years of clients coming & going had left them in a sad state. I opened up the office and basically left the guys to do their thing. They did a great job - not just cleaning around the furniture, but actually moving the furniture! Not to mention that they managed to remove 99.9% of the stains (0.1% were burn marks - so beyond help anyway). I straight away bought a bottle of their stain remover! A friendly, punctual & efficient service - carpets look & smell great. Thanks so much guys.

I've had all the carperted areas of my home cleaned a few times now by Drytron and every time Darren arrives not only has he got a really warm smile on his face but he just goes about doing the job with a great attitude and enthusiasm. His advice is really helpful and he imparts lots of knowledge about how to look after my carpets. He's a really nice guy too and a pleasure to do business with. I've told lots of my friends about Drytron and will not be using anyone else as long as I've got carpets and drapes!

Darren drycleaned our carpet recently and it has come up really well. A family member who shall remain nameless, but she knows who she is, spilt coffee down the hallway and I didnt notice till it had completely dried the next morning. Eek! .... I had Drytron's Darren Chellew come to clean my carpets this weekend and was thrilled not only with the brilliant job he did (particularly with a revolting stain my three-year-old had created) but also with the care and pride he took in his work. Darren was friendly and a total professional, explained what he was going to do; walked through each room with me to make sure he knew what I wanted. He was efficient and checked I was happy as he finished each room before moving on to the next. The best thing was Darren's happy and positive attitude, which he maintained for the two hours he was working. My carpets are gorgeous, the stain is gone and my house smelled wonderfully fresh and not chemically after he'd finished. I would recommend Drytron without hesitation, and if you're fortunate enough to live in the Box Hill area, I'd suggest you ask for Darren!!

Today, I had 3 bedrooms, stairs, landing and part of pool room cleaned, and treated in heavy traffic areas. Peter was very professional and worked very hard for about 3 hours solid. He even managed to remove a 'mystery' stain that had previously been treated with no luck. I appreciated his attention to detail and look forward to using his cleaning services again. Price included Drychem product for spot stain removal.

I have used Drytron for many years so contacted from Drytron who cleaned our floor rugs and two large settees during the week. We are thrilled with the outcome. The settees and rugs look like new and can be used a couple of hours after being cleaned, which is such an advantage with a busy household. Carpets cleaned were in the dining room, lounge hallways and one bedroom. Also several rugs. Most were at least 10 years old and I thought were on their last legs. They came up amazingly and look nearly new again. It had been 3 years since their last clean. The operator was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It only took a couple of hours to do and as it was a hot day everything dried very quickly. By dinner time you'd never know it had been cleaned that day (except for the nice fresh smell).

After having our sofa cleaned by Darren we got him back to do our carpets. Once again we couldn't be happier! Darren is a pleasure to have in our home and his work ethic is impeccable. The results were amazing on 20 year old carpet that had not been professionally cleaned in 14 years. We feel like we have had new carpet put in. All the hard flat spots in high traffic areas are soft to walk on and the same colour throughout! We will be getting this done every 12 months now as in the past month since having them cleaned our house smells so much cleaner and not dusty. We have also noticed a big difference in normal vacuuming; the carpets are so much easier to keep clean. Well done Darren!

Major flood damage needing furniture moving, air drying, then re-laying and cleaning carpet. Work was all done expertly and all visits made at the agreed times. Once again I had sick dogs who made a lot of mess inside-yuk! Called Drytron and I was easily able to arrange someone to come out promptly! He turned up on time (always a big plus!!) vacuumed the carpets and then removed all the stains! :) I love that the carpet is dry to walk on and doesn't smell damp like when I had the carpets steam cleaned once before and couldn't walk on them for 2 days after! Will definitely use and recommend these guys again!
