I love my visits to Attitude. Have been a client for many years and love the one on one service I receive. Amela is excellent and the hour I spend there each month, is so relaxing and enjoyable. Amela and the crew are very attentive, professional and friendly. Great service and customer ethic. Highly recommended.

I love this place! It's greatest asset is Amela who is professional, warm and welcoming. I enjoy just catching up with her and leave with my feet feeling fabulous. I have had a facial also and will be booking more of those as well. Just a delight and very reasonable prices.

Nice, clean and very comforting atmosphere. I love the lovely fragrant from the oil burner as soon as I walked in. The staff are super friendly. I had waxing done by different therapists and they are all very skillful in doing the treatments. I will definitely go back for my future treatments.

Just had my first spray tan with Rachael & she made me look amazing in the past at other salons I've always came out orange. So happy my friend Helen recommended me to this business will definitely try some of their other pampering services. Fantastic customer service with a smile

Oscar is amazing and I used to see him fortnightly. My only problem with the salon was the old owner Nancy who was a bit rude. I think the reason I stopped going was because of her way of dealing with bookings over the phone.

I have been going to Attitude for waxing since 2011-12 and have always found Rachel and Amela to be wonderfully pleasant, relaxing and professional. When I first walked into Attitude I was nervous but Rachel was very kind and broke the ice instantly. I love walking into Attitude as the foyer always smells Heavenly. The rooms are always Immaculate, at the perfect temperature and the team at Attitude always allow you privacy whilst getting changed. I think the price list excellent and as I was a student (high school) when I first started coming to Attitude and am currently still a student (uni) , I found the 4+ treatments discount a pleasant surprise. I always go to Attitude if I know I have an event coming up or if I just want to be pampered, as I know that they will do an Amazing job. Whenever I enter Attitude I feel Wonderful because I know I'll be well-looked after, and I always feel like a Star when I leave as I'm brimming with confidence. Thank you Attitude for being such an Awesome part of my life.

As soon as I walked in the door I was very impressed. The whole salon has the beautiful calming and relaxed atmosphere. It is a hidden gem in the heart of Mount Waverley, away from the noise and busy shopping places.

I booked a Sheer Indulgence package as a retirement gift for myself. I was pampered and spoilt for four hours today by Rachel and Amela who provided massage, facial, mani and pedi. I felt like a million bucks by the time I left. I'm still floating on air. Thanks so much--will be back soon!

I have seen Oscar twice for remedial massage. The room is always beautifully warm and comfortable with lovely lavender scent. Oscar has been great at managing my ongoing neck and back pain and is very professional. Looking forward to trying some of the beauty services. A hidden gem in Mount Waverley

Had a facial a few weeks back. Felt so good after being slack and neglected my wellbeing for so long after having 3 children. Great service and products. Staff didn't try to push you to buy their products which is something I like. Nice cosy place. Will definitely return again. Prices are reasonable but I hope to get more discount in future.

I have been going to Attitude since last year for IPL treatments with Rachel. My husband has been waxed by Rachel. We have found Rachel to be a friendly and professional person and would highly recommend her services at Attitude Massage and Beauty. I think we might try the massage next!

I have been coming here for about a year and the girls are warm and friendly. Rachel is a gem, she is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and gives the best microdermabrasion and oxygen facial. My skin feels great and the maintenance regime keeps my skin in good shape. K

Love going to Attitude as I regularly have my eyelash extensions done with Amela who is just brilliant!! I also have a wonderful massage with Oscar who looks after my back and neck problems with such professionalism. All the staff are lovely and make you feel special as soon as you walk in the door.

I have complete trust in my massage therapist Nancy, so when she suggested she wanted to try something new.....Gua Sha (also known as scraping or spooning) I did not hesitate to say yes, even after she explained what it was and that although it would be rather painful the benefits would far outweigh the initial pain (and the pain I was already in). She was 100% correct - it did hurt but over the next few days I felt a million times better - and I would most definitely do it again and anything else she suggests!!!! I highly recommend Nancy and her team of experts - thanks Attitude!!!

The team at Attitude lead by Nancy are fantastic! I had the pleasure of a remedial massage with Nancy - one of the best I've had (having had massages all my life that's saying something) Rachel did one of the best waxes ever - half leg and bikini and absolutely no pain - at ALL. Prices are reasonable. I left feeling fantastic!!

Charles is excellent at correcting stubborn muscular conditions. I have had a great deal of tension in my back and shoulder and worked with varied therapists that never really fixed the issue. I am really glad that I found this massage place. My husband also had shoulder and neck problems which he had seen myotherapy and other modalities for but Charles was the one that helped him most. We are both very thankful for the work done to alleviate pain and tension.

On a recent trip back to melbourne I made sure I set aside time to visit Nancy and the team at Attitude. They were super helpful in fitting me in despite my short timeframe. I treated myself to a facial with Rachel - sublime. She was professional, helpful and super friendly - would highly reccomend to anyone. I also booked in for a remedial/relaxation massage with Nancy. As usual I left feeling amazing, just wish there was some way to have a full bosy massge without having to turn over somewhere in the middle :-) I was lucky enough to win the Attitude Facebook competition so not only was my facila awesome - it was FREE!! This place is beyond brilliant. Amela is a total genius when it comes to eyelash extensions - her technique and friendly attitude are second to none, and she makes it impossible not to want to return for more treatments. Once Amela had done your lashes once you won't even consider going anywhere else. I can't recommend her highly enough - amazing amazing amazing.

I received a trigger point massage from Andrea. Her knowledge about how to release locked muscles and relieve pain was impressive. The massage was thorough and not only unlocked both of my shoulders but also relieved me of the pain I had been experiencing in one of my arms. Very happy with the experience and will be returning.

From second visit, Andrea - massage therapist - is fantastic, professional and knowledgeable for the massage services. She is very friendly and shows her caring to her client. Her attitude really impresses me that she is keen to work with me and shows me how to manage my body in a good posture and fix my body issues. During the treatment, she showed her concentration how to work out on my body, used her expertise to give me advice. Her advice is so important to me and I will try my best to work on her advice. I have already booked my next appointment with her, as she also works in weekend and her schedule really fits in my busy life during week days that I wouldn't be able to attend. Andrea, you have done really a good job and I set myself to enjoy your treatment on regular basis and I hope you will stay at Attitude for long, I do not need to look for another massage therapist again. I definitely will recommend my friends to you for your fantastic and excellent services. Also Attitude has connected to the Hicaps of my health funds that I can enjoy more from my treatments. We both get excellent remedial massages and I also love to get pampered with spme of the many fabulous services provided by the well trained and delightful staff. Just had a fantasic Remedial massage with Oscar. It was my first visit and I was made to feel very welcome. Oscar had a full discussion with me regarding my health concerns and was extremely attentive throughout my massage. He is clearly very knowledgeable and expereinced which helped me greatly. I feel fantastic now. Suprisingly I could even walk up the stairs back at work without knee pain - this hasn't happened in 6 months! I have already made my next booking. Thank you

I have been going to Attitude for a number of years and the quality and service is amazing! Nancy has always kept an eye out for quality products and revolutionary treatments. The team is wonderful and I can't recommend highly enough. Their eyelash extensions are well priced and absolutely stunning (I have had both bad and good ones and these are definitely A class), the best massages - especially while pregnant - thanks Geri!!, and probably the best coloured spray tan anywhere. Today I recently returned to Attitude for a full set of eyelash extensions. I had not been for some time due to family health issues. Attitude is a beautiful place to visit as Nancy and the staff make you feel so special and give you lots of self confidence. My eyelashes are fantastic and have rebooked for my refills. Next visit will be to try the Synergy mineral makeup as I want to get away from the normal unnatural makeup. Thanks Nancy and look forward to my next visit.

The Organic flower peel facial is amazing. The service is a complete one hour service that includes a personally tailored facial and a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. I like a facial that takes a little bit longer and has that little bit extra rather than a rushed job. I also like how the therapists here will do little extra things to help your skin. The massage on the other hand wasn't very good, the room was cold and the therapist wasn't that great and didn't listen well. When I asked for a little bit more pressure he ended up going so hard he hurt me. I highly recommend this place for facials and the price is also very good and they keep giving regular customers a good price. I go to Angelee and she's just amazing. I've seen her a few times now and her service is always great and consistent. ***EDIT 14/08/2013**** So I received a callback from the owner for a complimentary massage with a different therapist and it was absolutely amazing!! it was calm peaceful and ultra relaxing. I thought it was such great service to get a callback from the owner. Not many businesses would provide that level of customer service.

Very helpful in making the appointment and sending out reminders. Upon arrival, friendly and able to offer plenty of advice on products. Nicely laid out rooms. Prices were very affordable considering the amount of work. Would definitely return if I still lived in the area.

The best massage ever! Being 5 months pregnant, it was difficult to find someone who could accommodate pregnancy massage. Not only was it the best massage I have had, I now recommend all my friends there. I still go every 5 weeks for a massage with Nancy - she is fantastic.
