I love Melba's at Christmas time as its so lively, cheery and warm. They used to trade until midnight which was a real delight to go to after seeing the lights at Lobethal. Their traffic light lollies and rocky road chocolate are the best, when we go up into the hills we try to make the effort to visit and go across to all the little craft and food stores.

A huge range of nuts and seeds and they offer a range of goodies such as couscous, polenta, flour, dried fruits etc. I went in there on Thursday and have been enjoying the nuts all weekend, which are freshly roasted, also found shelled pistachio nuts to make my pane forte.

Taste is great, quality is great, affordable and fresh.

I have been here a couple of time for coffee as i just love the atmosphere. It is a great way to escape the daily routine and relax, have some time out and have a yummy chocolate to take home, as I am a sweet tooth. Every time i will look through the furniture and home wares store next door, lovely pieces that aren't over priced.

I love this place. We first went into the Wohlers store at tanunda and have since purchased from the Richmond store as its closer to home for us. They have beautiful home wares, lovely mahogany furniture, lazy-boy lounge chairs, clocks, frames, gift ware etc. Something for everyone. After our purchase of a chair we received a number of vouchers and have gone back since. I tell everyone who is shopping for furniture of occasion pieces to go to Wohlers, service is also amazing!!

A group of us girls went to get a pedicure and manicure for a wedding that we ladies were in. The service was amazing, very helpful and friendly, we were also looking at lipstick for the big day and they applied different colours on us. The pedicure and manicure were relaxing and well finished off and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Would definitely go back.

I tend to go to baldocks for those items that are hard to find at the supermarket or bakeries for decorating cakes such as red chocolate, chocolate molds, artificial flowers and to design my own cards. They have an extensive range and aren't expensive.

Fred Cetta layed our carpets nearly two years ago. They were able to price match on a product they could get in but didn't have on display, no harm in asking. We also prefer Fred Cetta as he is in the area and family have been to him before with good reviews.

I love my chips, and when I walked in to find the store had been taken over by the old owners of Yanni 's Yiros I quickly changed my mind and went for the fish and chips. They were the best in the area ever, just like at Norowood, I am going back for their BBQ'd Chicken, Yiros etc etc once everyone finds out who the actual owners are this place will be packed!

I was craving some fried icecream and was on the hunt, 9:00pm on a week night called Chinese Garden Restaurant and they put on fried icecream for me to take away, picked up within 5 minutes and was delicious without being sickly sweet. Yummo!

The Beachouse, it has the old carousel and what can i say I am a big kid at heart and love the carousel, the ferris wheel, the mini put put golf, the dodgem cars and games galore. When we went they also had a massive jumping castle outside for kids but it was all slides so kids could slide down from all angles. Great day!!
