Love the styles they have in store and the service they offer. Bought in a skirt I wanted to wear to a wedding, and they found complementary tops and jackets to match.. I like it when they are honest enough to say something does or doesn't go.. I'm glad I can go back and know they will be honest is something fits well.

Sorry guys.. to have the car fully serviced and then seven days into our trip up north and find the alternator belt not checked.. all cracked and possibility of it breaking it out on the middle of nowhere.. not good!

The nurses at this practice deserve an award. The saw me through a new diagnosis of very high BP, and were very good at monitoring me through the weeks it took for it to settle with the right meds. The front desk staff are all very pleasant and professional.

From the initial R & I through to Bankwest.. this bank has evolved but has always shown that customers service is a priority. Mistakes can be made in design.. Curtin Uni bank needed more staff and thought into design but look at Albany's.. modern design and 6 days a week. Top customers service!

Horrendous customer service. Even changing the name to Tlife hasn't worked. 2 deep in a line and the lady behind the counter walks to the third person in the line and asks then how can she help them.. mystifying way of servicing people. Next time i went in changed from prepaid to plan on a mobile and asked if I could have it on the one bill. The young lady said I would have call Telstra to set that up.. I though it a joke.. I was iin the Telstra shop.. then she realised what she had said!

These guys really know how to treat their customers right from the time you walk through the door. No wonder they sell so many bikes.. their aftersales service is also tops.

Not great at all. We had so much difficulty setting up, no would wanted to come out as I don't think the service guys and Foxtel talk to each that well. The after 18 months of having it we quit.. too many programs repeated. They have sent us a note to say we are in credit.. but how do we get the credit back in our account.. a mystery!

The place to go shopping for food in Albany as there is PLENTY of parking unlike some of the other centres like La Plaza
