Fantastic ambiance - upstairs was packed and full of chatter and laughter and a really pleasant feeling.

The food was delicious. We ordered a selection of dishes and shared it between everyone - it was wonderful and such a social meal this way.

The only faults were a couple of the dishes came out quite late compared to the rest of the meal. And, the service was slightly lacking as it took a long time for someone to come to take our order and they weren't too good with serving drinks. One of our party was given a wine list to look at when she asked to order a drink and they never came back to get the order for it.

Bookings are a must because there was not an empty table in the house!

I still give it 4 stars because the delicious food alone made up for the service.

I take my children here quite often. It is really clean, bright and fun. There are all sorts of sections to keep all ages amused (which is good as I have 3 children of different ages) and there is a reasonable menu for snacks and light lunches. The coffee is good.

I have also had the pleasure of holding a couple of birthday parties for my children and the staff were fantastic and provided a great service.

I do find it slightly expensive - it costs $7.50 for my 3 year old to get in. And they charge minimum price for between 10 and 12 months which I find a bit ridiculous - they used to have under 12 months free. But well worth it for the good time had.
