Staff are happy to let you browse and select your own dresses but will also suggest others that are similar in style to the ones you like. The lady who served me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the ranges they stocked. While I was there one day, the store lost power but the lady was still happy for me to continue trying on dresses. I went back to this store on a number of occasions to try and decide between dresses and staff were always professional and courteous.

I found the setup for this store a little odd. I had to disclose my budget before I was allowed entry into the room where they keep the dresses. I tried to explain that my budget would be whatever it needed to be in order to get The Dress but the lady wanted a figure. Once I got into the room I was not allowed to choose a dress to try on myself rather the sales assistant chose them for me. The dresses were lovely but seemed to be more expensive than the quality would dictate. I found the process of the lady selecting dresses for me (guessing what I would like) a little frustrating and gave up after 3 dresses. She also was trying to push me into making a decision on that day and leaving a deposit. There was very limited range of bridesmaid dresses.

This would have to be the worst example of customer service I have ever encountered. The lady was rude and unhelpful and completely disinterested in providing any help whatsoever. Considering the cost of a wedding dress is several thousand dollars I would expect that the staff member to be attentive and polite. The woman looked me up and down and declared that none of her dresses would suit me so was there any point in trying them on?! (I'm a size 10) It was the first bridal store I had gone into and did not know what to expect. I was so shocked I just stood there and simply said but can I still try something on? The lady had to enter the dressing room with me to help put the dresses on and again felt the need to make a comment on my choice of underwear (black). I tried on two dresses in the store and then left. It took me another month before I felt confident enough to go wedding dress shopping. In what should be one of the happiest times in your life this woman made me feel like absolute crap. I'm surprised she still remains in business.

We went there with a group of six and it was one of the best nights out we have had. We decided to eat out elsewhere and just went to see the comedy show. There were 4 comedians who performed plus the MC who was just brilliant. The first comedian was terrible but the rest were great. Drinks are expensive but they often give special discounts on tickets. A lot of politically incorrect jokes - but well delivered.

I went along with an invitation to join up but felt I was being pressured to sign up on the spot. Very limited equipment (hydraullic based) with not a lot of room to expand. Might be the perfect solution for some but did not suit my needs.

I met a guy from formal wear express at a bridal expo and decided to book with them for our wedding as they were a mobile service and offered conveniant AH fittings.

We had to reschedule the appointment twice due to them overbooking but the lady who did the fittings was very friendly.

When the suits were delivered over half of the supplied garments were the wrong size or style. A rush order was placed with the QLD office and new items were delivered the afternoon before the wedding. There was a heated exchange over whose fault it was that the wrong items were supplied with the employee trying to imply that it was my error not hers (although she was the one measuring everyone and filling in the forms). Although it was a stressful experience the owner was able to organise replacement garments in time for the big day.

I met Ralph Roath at a Bridal Expo and after a few minutes of talking to him I knew he would be perfect to be the celebrant at our wedding. He has a lovely welsh accent and a pleasant demeanor. Ralph supplied me with a wonderful collection of readings, vows and sample ceremonies for us to use on our day and helped us prepare a personalised ceremony that truly reflected who we were.

We had our wedding ceremony in the upper gallery and the staff were great. They provided disabled parking and assistance to those guests who needed it. We had intended to have our ceremony outdoors but due to bad weather had to move it indoors at the last minute. The staff allowed us multiple entries to the venue to test music equipment and rehearse.

Brilliant images. Very professional manner. Creative. Rocco is always thinking about the next photo and manages time and time again to find the extraordinary in the ordinary. My husband dreaded having the wedding photographs taken and was blown away by Rocco's attitude and creativity. The hardest part is picking our favourites to frame.

We went to Beaumont tiles as they were the preferred choice of our builder. They had a great range of colours and styles to suit any budget. Great example bathrooms on display in their showroom. Our sales assistant was very helpful and patient and knew her products well.
