I believe this is one of the best furniture shops in bundy the staff are extra friendly and go the extra mile for great customer service I recently bought my bedroom package from here even a new computer/office chair and laybyed our second tv and another tv cabinet and they all look great in my house I had my bedroom package delivered the same day I made my purchase and not a single mark was left on any of it either I could spend all day just browsing this shop they have such beautiful home décor at reasonable prices they were very understanding of my situation when I said I was struggling with my layby they made it very flexible for me so when ever I need an upgrade or just something to decorate the house with, this is my go to place because I know I will always be satisfied shopping here

I went in here to see if these guys had a seat belt for my model car and to my surprise was treated like dirt and spoken to very rudely the person who served me seemed more interested in answering the phone than looking after the customers in front of him and I couldn't help but over hear how rude and abrubt he was on the phone too to be honest I couldn't wait to get out of there I would've just left if I didnt need a seat belt so bad, i haven't been back there ever since and don't intend to either

this little shop is always busy when I drop in to get my hubbys supplys but I don't mind browsing while I wait to be served theres just so many little nick nacks to see I have even bought gifts from here there slightly expensive but good quality and worth it the staff are quick with there service which is needed given how busy they get unfortunately its a small shop so you have to be careful when you turn around that you don't bump into anyone or their trolley like I have a couple of times

this is an awesome little butcher and is a family run business including the ladies of the family and they are a friendly helpful bunch too always happy to suggest the best meat for your meal and offer tips or the best ingredients for extra flavour or what ever it is your cooking they were even more than happy to cut up some dog bones for the 4 legged member of our family and all for a great price I just love the specials these guys have and there range of yummy rissoles they even have meat packs too its a must to go and check them out

these guys ordered 3 new links for my guess watch after i had no luck finding the right ones on ebay, i had my watch back within a week and was very pleased with it the lovely young lady that served me was pleasant and friendly and explained everything i wanted to know in detail the price was reasonable and the value was great i wasn't disappointed at all i was even greeted with a big smile and a " hello how can i help you "upon entering the store loved the fast friendly service was it great

I love my silver and this is a great shop to get it fromwith low prices I decided to buy my birthday present here today with the money my hubby gave me it was a cute little butterfly watch they had on special for half price with a one year warranty the lady that served me was very friendly, cheery and helpful she even gave me an estimated quote on my guess watch that has lost a few stones so I left it with them to fix and now I just have to wait for them to call me with a price ect... while I was there I noticed a lot of pretty jewellry at a very reasonable price so I know where i'll be getting my Christmas present this year

I bought lunch here and only had to wait 8 mins for them to cook it I have a thing for seafood so I ordered the seafood mee goreng dish and it was delish! unfortunately they stopped doing sushi but they still have a huge menu to choose from however the person who served me was a little hard to understand and spoke quietly and took his time to serve me i can't say if he was friendly or not because he didn't even smile but he wasn't rude either. otherwise it was good food and good value and I am likely to go back again in the future.

my 2 oldest children had their birthday party's here late last year and because one of them had a lot of no shows I wasn't charged full price which was just over $69 for 10 children (which is $6.95 per child) even though the rules are you must pay for a minimum of 10 children whether they're a no show or not they generally offer the meals and party bags ect instead of a price reduction and the hostess was fun and friendly not to mention patient! unfortunately on quiet a few other occasions when I have gone through the drive thru to order meals 50% of the time I end up missing something from my order or it is somehow stuffed up which can be frustrating when you get home only to find you have to go all the way back to fix the order so I started checking before leaving but even that got annoying so I hardly go there now and I stopped buying their soft serves all together because they aren't very generous with the soft serve once you eat the ice cream off the top you're left with an empty cone and no one in my family likes to eat a plain cone without ice cream if they filled them and made them slightly larger I would still buy them but they are very small soft serves

I sometimes buy my hubbys beer from these guys and find the service varies every time, I guess it depends on the staff working at the time, their mostly happy to help when you can't find what you're looking for and usually friendly but overall they have pretty good value for money and sometimes great specials too I love their huge range and that there clean, spacious and tidy with plenty of room to move because i'm not a fan of shopping anywhere in tight spaces

my 5 yr old locked my phone and I had trouble unlocking it and decided to pop in and see these guys on what to do after waiting almost 10 minutes to be served I explained the situation and told to come back in another 10 minutes and someone will be able to sort the problem out so I wondered around the other shops waiting for the 10 minutes when I went back and explained my situation all over again I was rudely told like some criminal due to the nature of the situation and because I didn't have proof that the phone was infact mine, they wouldn't help me! I didn't bother going back there when I got my proof, I went else where and had the problem fixed no hassles at all! so I wont be going back to this store after the way I was treated!
