We went here for a number of years, until we left Adelaide. They were always prompt and helpful to answer their phone, and the vet we always saw (Eleanor) was lovely, caring and thorough. I would really recommend them to anyone.

We went to them a number of times, as we lived around the area. The front desk staff were always lovely, and I was never left waiting a long time to see the vet around my booking. I was always happy with the treatment my dog and I received, and though I wouldn't rave about it I always felt my dog was in good hands.

I used them to sell my house, and though they are expensive they did succeed in selling it for the desired price. The one thing I wouldn't do again was have their advertising style; just put it on the market with all the details, drip feeding is counter-intuitive I believe.

This review is for Phil McMahon Real Estate, Glenelg North SA

After Phil McMahon bought out Mackenzie Real Estate, my rental property was moved to Phil McMahon. So far, the Property Manager Paige has been very good at keeping in contact with us, and the periodic inspections and reports are provided promptly and seem to be done to a good standard. I would recommend at least considering them on the basis of my experiences so far.

This review is for Semaphore Palais by the Sea, Semaphore SA

The Palais is a good place to go on a nice sunny day and enjoy a beer and a light meal. Though expensive, the food is generally good and the outside beer garden is really good. We had the pizzas (one lamb and pesto and one Hawaiian), and they were pretty tasty. Was great to be able to watch gridiron on the giant TVs as well.

This review is for Buddha's Kitchen, Semaphore South SA

Buddha's Kitchen is awesome every time we go. The service can be slow when they're busy, and the setup with having to walk through the kitchen to get to the toilets isn't ideal, but the food is worth any perceived difficulties. The food tastes fresh and the service is always friendly. The small room and dark lighting makes the restaurant feel intimate rather than dingy, and in general everything is done classily. Would definitely recommend it! Best Asian fusion food ever!

This review is for El Toro Espanol, Semaphore SA

The people in El Toro on Semaphore Road are really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Their tapas menu is extensive and the food on it is of a high standard, and I would recommend it to anyone. The one time we deviated from the standard tapas offerings and got the paella we regretted it, as it was a bit bland and flavourless, so definitely stick to the tapas!
The desserts were great also.

I didn't know what to expect from the name of the restaurant, and when we arrived at 6:30pm on a Saturday it was a bit quiet. However, by 7.30pm the place was packed, with no tables to spare, but the table spacings mean there was just enough room to feel like you weren't squashed in like sardines.
As a group of five we ordered mains and desserts, and would recommend them all. Our dishes were varied, from pasta to seafood to a couple of steaks, and they were all excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare as requested. The desserts were also excellent, with refreshing fruit sorbets, white chocolate parfaits and chocolate mousse all winning acclaim.

This review is for Mirchi Indian Cuisine, Ngunnawal ACT

We were looking for a takeaway place at short notice, and on the recommendation of others at urbanspoon decided to give mirchi a go. Since that time, we've been regularly returning. The saag is the best I've had, and the butter chicken (and basically all the other offerings) are excellent. I've yet to have a meal there I did not enjoy, although I would caution against the vindaloo if you don't like spicy food, it's very hot.
With a discount for takeaway orders over $40, it's great value too!

Went along to a place named after mushrooms despite being allergic as a large part of the menu looked enticing, and we weren't let down. The Risotto con Zucc Pollo was excellent, as were the handcut sebago chips (I definitely recommend them) and the steak. The seasoning on the steak was just right. Would definitely go back.
