Great on a sunny afternoon to sit outside with some shared plates & a cold beverage. Food is above average and view is stunning, plus prices are reasonable given the location. Good ambiance, great to place to chill and enjoy Sydney.
If you can get a group together for breakfast/brunch it is amazing. The food keeps coming and coming and each course is delicious. Great communal vibe, perfect dishes for sharing. Loved the sweet couscous & breakfast tagines, we were struggling to fit in the final course of pancakes so took it with us! Felt slightly hurried towards end, (others were waiting to be seated) however we were well and truly done by that stage.
Very westernised mexican themed food. Decent sized meals, lots of dishes are really heavy handed on cheese. We find the food pretty bland and quite expensive for what it is. Clean and modern interior. Service can be a bit hit and miss.
Had vintage dining chairs reupholstered. Excellent, friendly service - made great recommendation on material to use. Super fast and quality job
Arranged for a termite inspection after a number of our neighbours discovered infestation & damage to their homes. Quick to give quote estimate & arrange inspection. Very thorough - with no evidence of termites found. Recommended low cost, environmentally friendly and easy preventative measures to take. Did not push any unnecessary treatments.
Quick & friendly to give quote. Were easier to deal with than some other local companies. Explained process & costings in an easy to understand manner. Competitive pricing. A bit slow to install due to issues sourcing stock. No issues with installation, all trades persons were friendly & efficient. Super hot water when sunny and have not experienced any issues with hot water supply during our extended wet periods.
Love this place. Awesome beer garden that overlooks the Shoalhaven River and the ocean. Have only been for lunch and you need to get in quick to score a table outside. (Good to catch happy hour for a cheap drink before 11am, then follow up with early lunch - if you are holidaying & not adverse to a brew before midday!) Food has been decent pub fare at reasonable prices. They have various dinner specials & Sat/Sun breakfast which we have not yet tried, plus a produce market on Saturday mornings. Overall a good relaxing & friendly pub, really enjoyable on a sunny day.
I have been here for lunches, dinners & weddings, all of which have been thoroughly enjoyable. Lunch prices are very reasonable and they offer 3 course set menus too. Fare is mod oz, which is well executed and presented. have really enjoyed seafood, duck & pork belly. Service is efficient and friendly, setting is lovely, except for the mozzies, it can get uncomfortably noisy when busy.
I have not been here to eat, only dropped in for a quiet afternoon drink. First time the language and subject matter of another group of patrons (very loud) was appalling. Second time still wasn't busy but similar behaviour from a different group. I don't consider myself a prude but sexist, racist conversations held loud enough for everyone to hear, with an abundance of F & C words, though not aimed at anyone at the pub is not acceptable. I believe they did have a lingerie waitress one particular arvo/evening as an attraction, not sure if thats still going - so if that's your thing this is the place. I won't be going back.
Love their treatments, especially facials - perfect pick me up that's super relaxing. Waxing, tanning etc also offered. The girls are very professional and friendly. They also have an e-newsletter with special deals & offers. Some noise can be heard from reception in treatment rooms, but they tend to handle this brilliantly and very discreetly. Would recommend.
