This review is for Station Road Medical Center, Booval QLD

This medical centre is bulk billing and is pretty good ay getting appointments in. This is the only reason I have gone there in the past. I would never go here for anything serious.
There is not a lot of warmth here. Just feels like the whole place is a well oiled machine, doctors and receptionists go through the motions to earn their dollar.

What can I say aside from- it's a kebab stand in the middle of a food court. They are absolutely no different to every other kebab place around town.
Starting to get a bit pricey- closer to $10 for a plain kebab. Also, the staff aren't the greatest. Hit and miss- if they are having a bad day, they will take it out on the customers.

Approximate cost: $10

Average food. What you would expect from a chinese buffet in a food court. Most of the food is unrecognisable because it is covered in sauce.
They do have a menu option, but that food just feels like a slightly fresher version of the hotbox food.

Great little sushi bar at the top of the foodcourt. Food always is and looks fresh. Don't have a huge range of foods aside from sushi, but do offer a good range of different sushi and sashimi rolls.
The staff are always very patient and friendly. A good alternative to food court food.

This café can not be faulted. It has a constant flow of people, I don't think I have ever been past and not seen at least one person there.
They have a wide selection of fresh made burgers and sandwiches. Fried to order, chips with chicken salt to die for!
The staff will always brighten your day, will have a chat as they get your order together.
It is in a cute little building, like an old fashioned wooden house. An excellent café!

There are pros and cons to this gym. It is small, not a lot of gym junkies, so you feel comfortable. Easy to go in and out of, big car park.
Down side is that personal trainers seem to use a standard routine. It is not really tailored towards the individual. Can also get very stuff in the corner where the cardio equipment is.
Very cheap compared to other gyms.

This review is for Thai Silver Key, Booval QLD

This place is very close to another Thai Restaurant. In my opinion it is quite obvious that this is the best one, when the other one closes much earlier and has no people lined up.
You have to wait a bit longer for your food here- about half an hour. But that is because they are always very busy. And with one taste of the food, it is quite obvious. It is very fresh tasting, doesn't feel like the meat and vegetables have been frozen for 6 months.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

This review is for The Glades Tavern, Yamanto QLD

You would get better value by heading around the corner to the Yamanto Tavern. More money seems to be spent updating the poker machines and gaming area then the dining and entertainment.
There is never any real entertaining live music or shows. The food is just standard pub food- steaks, roast of the day, pastas etc. No better or worse than other pubs, but at least other places offer decent entertainment outside of gaming.

Approximate cost: $15

This review is for Fentons Cafe Restaurant, Ipswich QLD

verified email - 26 Nov 2013

This restaurant has been in Ipswich for many years. It is nothing spectacular, yet it is not bad. Doesn't really specialise in any type of food- just offers standard choices- steak, chicken etc.
It is very well maintained. No mess, everything is tidy, looks very elegant. Staff take your orders and provide everything, but not a lot of personality. It's like the owners have a 'how to run a restaurant' guideline and are following it word for word.

A lovely little Italian style restaurant. You can also get the food to take away, if you don't feel like going out. The carbonara is one of the best I have ever eaten, hand made sauce and pasta makes it authentic.
Very warm and welcoming place, well worth the visit.
