fresh food, the owner grows veggies and herbs in her garden. organic, fair trade jasper coffee and jonsey's milk. love it and continue to come back
i love the fact they use spelt flour and really know how their toppings work together to maximise taste. my mum argued for ages trying to get them to make a pizza and choose her toppings but the chef kept explaining that different ingredients need to be cooked differently and so some things don't work well with others - I loved this - their pizza's are amazing, the pace has a cosy feel and their pasta is great. we are regulars.
