I had a wonderful experience last Thursday at Yan Refael Hair & Beauty.
I had a cut, colour and Keratin smoothing service done and the results look and feel fantastic- it turned out exactly what I'd been hoping for.
Tim, who was my hairdresser, was absolutely lovely and couldn't have made me feel more like a princess.
Yan took the time and care to let me know exactly what I should be expecting when I had a free hair consultation a month before, and on Thursday gave me the colour free of charge (he also tinted my brows free of charge).
The atmosphere was completely welcoming and and salon was hygienically clean and well-cared for. They have wonderful massage chairs at the basins and I was so relaxed the whole time.
While the process was long (4 and a half hours) Tim and Yan stayed overtime and didn't try to rush me (which would have been to the detriment of the process).
Overall, the best hairdressing experience I've ever had from start to finish.
