I used to go there for six months now. Took several people there too. As previous reviewer said, good value. Susanne is the only qualified hairdresser there. She's been doing my cut and tips. She is the only worker who is busy. Unfortunately it took it's toll, it is too much for her, now rushed, working on two or more clients. Six weeks ago I was there, she was not there, went with one of the guys. Disaster. Unfortunately, he only told me middle of my cut, that he has never been a hairdresser, he used to be business owner, (whatever of) in HOng Kong. He did not cut my hair conventionally. Made little twists, cut end with razor. Front he didn't even touch. $10 for this, if it was free, I'd never go back again. I looked like somebody had a catfight with me. Customer service doesn't exist. Either you have five jump on you or nobody. Once you refuse one, they'll never look at you again. Used to be happy with Susanne, now found a great place in Springvale. Same price, with good service and cut.

Moved my mother's belongings to my house, within same suburb. I was surprised, my very short notice didn't faze them at all. Sales consultant extremely efficient and friendly. Two young man, efficient, mature, extremely careful, nothing is too much. In fact, they didn't even mind to move existing furniture in house. Of course, being a woman, changed my mind a few times. No worries, they did it all.

Delivery of groceries, twice weekly. Mainly milk, bread. On occassions other grocery products as well. Great free sample products as well. Enough for a family of four to try and test.

Angry and disappointed! Ordered personalised childrens' Christmas CD. Website advises, wait is 2 weeks. When product didn't arrive, rang customer service. Was told waiting time is 5 weeks, and will get ordered product definitely. No above info mentioned, when ordering. Was told, promised CD will arrive for Christmas. It is Boxing Day today, still no goods. They're excuse is they deal with a third party. In fact, they don't even care, customer service officers are parroting what they've been told to say. Not good enough, would not recommend, will never order from them again.
