Customer service is appalling. Everyone else in the eCommerce world provides change-of-mind refunds, but not Edisons. Sure, they'll offer a credit note, but take a massive 20% for the privilege. Online purchases rely on the seller's description and photos, sometimes you just don't get what you thought, that's why refunds are so important. Shop elsewhere, don't waste your time with this lot.

What a find!!! Belinda is happy to do what you ask or offer some great suggestions if you're after a change. My colour has never looked better, I get comments all the time about how great it looks. Service is wonderful, appointments on time and good value for money.

Faull's Shoes provide old fashioned service and expert fitting. Instead of just trying to sell you a shoe they spend the time to make sure it actually fits and if it doesn't, won't try and persuade you otherwise.

Kids fitters are very patient.

If you are after good value, high quality meat you can't go past Carey's. Their range is great and they make their own smallgoods and sausages - we love the many types of sausage and kabana.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and if they don't have something in the display they will happily cut it for you.

We took our Landrover to Mark for a scheduled service after reading recommendations on this site. Mark rang me to let me know he couldn't do the service on the day I had the car booked in as he had just found out the car needed specific engine oil or the warranty would be void. Mark kept me informed about the arrival of the oil and when it arrived the car went in for service. Not only was the service exceptional value, Mark also gave us the remaining oil for our next service where he could have simply kept it.

Would highly recommend Scooters.

Tried Vanilah based on feedback on this site, they are fantastic. Emily now cuts and colours my hair and she does a great job. Also get provided with a quote beforehand so no nasty surprises when I go to pay. Service is first rate.

Whilst the prices are cheap the quality is hit and miss. Most of the time the fruit I buy here doesn't get eaten so it ends up in the bin. Also cash only which is a nuisance.

I went here after reading reviews on this site. I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the fruit and vegies and would not bother buying there again.

You can always tell fruit and vegies bought from Wilson's as they are the ones that get eaten first in our household. I've tried plenty of other shops in town but the quality is nowhere near that of Wilson's. Customer service is always wonderful, I won't waste my time and money buying elsewhere, it just gets thrown out.
