Dined here on Valentines day evening - food was beautiful, but service and staff were absolutely awful and let the place down. This was our first visit and as we are locals we thought it would become our new thai place.
Arrived at 7.30pm - no booking, but seated quickly. They were quite busy and the staff seemed very frantic. We ordered 2 x entrees and 2 x mains with rice at 7.45pm. By 8.30pm we started to chase our entrees with 3 different staff members. At 8.45pm they brought out one of our main courses - we had yet to receive our entrees! Said we wanted our entrees first, turns out they gave them to another table, so had to cook them. Finally ate entrees at 9pm. Mains came out quickly once we had finished entrees, but this is because they had been cooked half an hour earlier and were reheated, but were still cold.
When we paid, we explained the issue, we received an apology for the delay. Total cost was supposed to be $50, and they offered a $5 discount for delay. We complained more as the service was appalling and mains were cold. They reduced the $50 bill by one main at $14.
Overall, the food was lovely, but I doubt we will be back as the service and issues let them down. During our two hours there, a number of other tables had issues and two tables left before getting any meals due to extensive delays.

Absolutely shocking service - staff would rather take a break or muck around with their phones than serve customers. They also don't know how to clean tables as when we dined in last week, over 80% of the tables were dirty with food/rubbish left on them after people had eaten and left. I have complained in writing to their national office and after promises of a phone call and response, I'm still waiting 10 days later. For the price they charge, the service should be excellent. Overall very disappointing. I have been to other Nando's stores and they are a lot better.

Dined here for dinner last Friday night - menu was quite large, however the mains selection was pricey for what you got! I felt the mains choices were not that great, but they definately made up for it in the dessert range! Pancakes were great - would probably only dine here for breakfast and/or desert again.

I took my parents here for a quick lunch in early July. No table service - had to order at the counter, which was fine but not explained to us when we arrived, so wasted a lot of time waiting! We wanted to order garlic pizza - but they had run out of dough and were unable to make more??? Ordered nachos and hot chips, which were both fine, but nothing special. Hot chocolates were nice! Service was average - staff seemed like they would have rather been elsewhere!

Visited here for dinner a few weeks ago with my partner. A bit disappointed overall to be honest - service was very slow and takeaway/delivery orders seemed to get preference and cooked first! Food was yummy - lots of choice.

Just to let you all know - Square Waffle is no longer operating! We had a voucher from the latest Entertainment Book and were looking forward to using it, however discovered it had closed down. No note on door so unsure if it will be back!

Excellent service - great food - good atmosphere. Prices are high but quality is exceptional. Have dined here twice and will definately be back.

First visit to Spice of Life and was impressed. Great service - a bit too attentive at times! Menu selection was varied and lots of choice and food was very fresh and lovely. Price was a bit high for size of servings, but taste more than made up for it. We had two entrees, two mains, one naan bread and 2 soft drinks - $65.

Service is a major issue here - not enough staff on the registers/service counters - yet plenty floating around the store! I was then shocked when another customer queue jumped, then got served first - even though I queried it and said something - as we had all been waiting over 5 minutes. I was then accused of being rude and the queue jumper was given favourable service. Not impressed.

A reasonable priced meal - restaurant was 1/4 full on a Thursday night. Plenty of selection - but flavours seemed to be the same for all meat types. Not a lot of different choice. Food was served quickly and hot, but flavours were not as intense as expected. No issue to take home leftovers.
